电机中由层压硅铁合金制成的定子与铝制散热器外壳之间的压强,会影响二者之间的接触热阻,从而影响电机的散热性能。选择合适的直径差,通过热套配合使定子与外壳之间形成合适的压强,是电机设计中重要的环节。本文通过对不同表面处理的硅... 电机中由层压硅铁合金制成的定子与铝制散热器外壳之间的压强,会影响二者之间的接触热阻,从而影响电机的散热性能。选择合适的直径差,通过热套配合使定子与外壳之间形成合适的压强,是电机设计中重要的环节。本文通过对不同表面处理的硅铁合金和铝试验样块在不同压力下散热性能的试验,分析了电机中热套配合接触面压强值对电机散热性能的影响。试验结果提供了原表面以及研磨表面两种表面处理的硅铁合金层压面在0~10MPa压强区间内与铝表面之间的热阻系数,以及接触面温度对热阻曲线的影响。随后本文将热阻的试验结果与内部应力和耐受转矩曲线结合,提供了一种在已知散热和转矩需求的电机中确定最优的热套配合压强范围的方法,使得设计既能满足电机性能需求又能避免内部应力过高带来的材料屈服的风险。 展开更多

The effect of grain size of primary α phase on the bonding interface characteristic and shear strength of bond was investigated in the press bonding of Ti-6Al-4V alloy. The quantitative results show that the average size of voids increases from 0.8 to 2.6 μm and the bonding ratio decreases from 90.9% to 77.8% with an increase in grain size of primary α phase from 8.2 to 16.4 μm. The shape of voids changes from the tiny round to the irregular strip. The highest shear strength of bond can be obtained in the Ti-6Al-4V alloy with a grain size of 8.2 μm. This is contributed to the higher ability of plastic flow and more short-paths for diffusion in the alloy with smaller grain size of primary α phase, which promote the void closure process and the formation of α/β grains across bonding interface. 展开更多

The results show that Al2O3 p... The Mo alloys reinforced by Al2O3 particles were fabricated by hydrothermal synthesis and powder metallurgy. The microstructures of Mo-Al2O3 alloys were studied by using XRD, SEM and TEM. The results show that Al2O3 particles, existing as a stable hexagonal phase(α-Al2O3), are uniformly dispersed in Mo matrix. The ultrafine α-Al2O3 particles remarkably refine grain size and increase dislocation density of Mo alloys. Moreover, a good interfacial bonding zone between α-Al2O3 and Mo grain is obtained. The crystallographic orientations of the interface of the Al2O3 particles and Mo matrix are [111]a-Al2O3//[111]Mo and(112)a-Al2O3//(0 11)Mo. Due to the effect of secondary phase and dislocation strengthening, the yield strength of Mo-2.0 vol.%Al2O3 alloy annealed at 1200 ℃ is approximately 56.0% higher than that of pure Mo. The results confirm that the addition of Al2O3 particles is a promising method to improve the mechanical properties of Mo alloys. 展开更多

Mechanical properties of galvannealed (GA) steel sheet used for automotive exposed panel and predicted failure phenomenon of its coating layer were evaluated using finite element method. V-bending test was performed to understand better the fracture of coating layer of GA steel sheet during plastic deformation. Yield strength of the coating layer was calculated by using a relative difference between hardness of coating layer measured from the nano-indentation test and that of substrate. To measure shearing strength at the interface between substrate and coating layer, shearing test with two specimens attached by an adhesive was carried out. Using the mechanical properties measured, a series of finite element analyses coupled with a failure model was performed. Results reveal that the fracture of coating layer occurs in an irregular manner at the region where compressive deformation is dominant. Meanwhile, a series of vertical cracks perpendicular to material surface are observed at the tensile stressed-region. It is found that 0.26-0.28 of local equivalent plastic strain exists at the coating and substrate at the beginning of failure. The fracture of coating layer depends on ductility of the coating layer considerably as well. 展开更多

This investigation was carried out to study the effect of aggregate roughness on ITZ (interfacial transition zone) at same water/cement ratio and the influence of silica fume on the bond strength. On the experimental side, two types of aggregates (limestone and granite) were used, which were prepared with broken surface. Cement (Type I) was used with same w/c ratio for all batches. In order to study the effect of silica fume on the bond, the same mixes were produced with 8% silica fume. Three different tests were performed: "pull a part", Brazilian test and compressive strength test. The specimens for Brazilian and compressive strength were tested after 28 days, while the "pull a part" specimens were tested after 29 days. The result showed that the bond strength is influenced by the surface roughness of aggregate. For the same mix, limestone recorded higher bond strength than granite. Moreover, the bond strength is increased by adding the silica fume. 展开更多
