In order to establish a new method for the determination of enrofloxacin, on the basis of the fluorescence characteristic of terbium-enrofloxacin complex, it was found that in a HAc-NaAc buffer solution with a pH valu...In order to establish a new method for the determination of enrofloxacin, on the basis of the fluorescence characteristic of terbium-enrofloxacin complex, it was found that in a HAc-NaAc buffer solution with a pH value at 6.0, the terbiumenrofloxacin complex had a characteristic fluorescence peak of Tb3+ at 545 nm (λex= 328 nm), which could be used for the determination of enrofloxacin. A simple, rapid and sensitive fluorescence method for the determination of enrofloxacin was thus established, and an optimal reaction condition was selected. Under the optimal reaction condition, there was a good linear relation (r2=0.992 3) between concentration of enrofloxacin in the range of 1.0×10^-1.0×10^-6 g/ml and its fluorescence intensity at 545 nm, with a detection limit of 1.3×10^-9 g/ml; the recovery for enrofloxacin in tablets was 97.7% with a variation coefficient of 1.4%; and for enrofloxacin in fish tissues, the recovery was 79.0%-94.5% with a variation coefficient of 2.0%-7.8%.展开更多

The handover decision algorithm is jointly determined by the angle of handover(AHO) and the time-tostay(TTS) to reduce the unnecessary handover numbers.First, the proposed AHO parameter is used to decrease the computation complexity in multiple candidate base stations(CBSs) scenario. Then, two types of TTS parameters are given for the fixed base stations and mobile base stations to make handover decisions among multiple CBSs. The simulation results show that the proposed LTBH algorithm can not only maintain the required transmission rate of users, but also effectively reduce the unnecessary numbers of handover in the dense macro-femto networks with the coexisting mobile BSs.展开更多

The fermentation effluent from a wine factory was treated with the resulting NOCC/polysulfone (PSF) composite NF membranes. The permeate flux and the removal efficiencies of the resulting NF membranes for the color, chemical oxygen demand (CODcr), total organic carbon (TOC), and conductivity of the fermentation effluent were investigated in relation to the driving pressure, the feed flow, and the operation time. The permeate flux and the removal efficiencies were found to increase with the increase of the driving pressure or the feed flow. At 0.40 MPa and ambient temperature the removal efficiencies were 95.5%, 70.7%, 72.6%, and 31.6% for color, CODcr, TOC, and conductivity, respectively. The membrane was found to be stable over a 10-h ooeration for the fermentation effluent treatment.展开更多

After extracting and processing the sample, use high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) for determination. Mobile phase is: V(Methanol): V(Water)=90: 10; determination wavelength is 245 nm; flow rate is 0.8 mL/min. Avermectin is completely separated in 17min, linear range is 5 - 0.3 g/L, correlation coefficient is 0.9997, average recovery rates of Avermectin in milk and beef are respectively 91.20 %- 100.32 % and 89.93 %-99.15 %, the relative standard deviations are respectively less than 7% and 4%. This method is simple, sensitive and accurate, so is suitable for determination of Avermectin residues in milk and beef, and it can meet domestic and foreign testing requirements.展开更多
The present research was conducted to monitor the wheat productivity along with residue incorporation under saline-sodic soils by examining different planting methods at Zaidi Farm, Kakar Gill, Sheikhupura District, P...The present research was conducted to monitor the wheat productivity along with residue incorporation under saline-sodic soils by examining different planting methods at Zaidi Farm, Kakar Gill, Sheikhupura District, Punjab Province in 2007-2008. Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) with three replications was used having treatments: control (broadcast), zero till wheat plantation, wheat plantation using happy seeder and wheat plantation on raised beds. It was observed that tillering was pretty higher (141 and 139 m2) under raised bed as well as happy seeder plantation as compared to zero tilled wheat and broadcast technique. A significant relation was detected among maximum straw and grain yield (4,898 and 1,752 kg-ha1) in raised bed followed by happy seeder planting method. The lowest grain yield was recorded in the broadcast method. Maximum net revenue earned by raised bed planting method (39,908 PKR) followed by happy seeder methodology (37,533 PKR). The overall study suggests that raised bed and happy seeder wheat plantation are the superior planting methods.展开更多
There is recent trend of providing additional treatment of wastewater beyond tertiary level. The purpose is to refine water to a quality that is safe for reuse for unrestricted irrigation and other non potable uses. F...There is recent trend of providing additional treatment of wastewater beyond tertiary level. The purpose is to refine water to a quality that is safe for reuse for unrestricted irrigation and other non potable uses. For this purpose, Kuwait has built and operated an advanced wastewater treatment plant with capacity of 500,000 m3·dl. This plant providing treatment beyond tertiary utilizes the process of Ultra Filtration (UF) and Reverse Osmosis (RO). The reject water of this unit contains high concentration of total nitrogen and total phosphate. Safe disposal of this water into the environment or possible reuse needs substantial reduction of these chemicals. In this study, a bench scale up-flow sludge blanket filtration system was investigated. The system operated with an average Hydraulic-Retention Time (HRT) of 19 h, whereas, sludge age varied within the range of 14 days to 16.5 days. The results show that the average removal efficiencies of the system for Biological Oxygen Demand (BOD), Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) were over 86% and 82% respectively. The phosphate and nitrogen's average removal were found to be 50% and 45% respectively.展开更多

The objective of this work was to validate a liquid-liquid extraction method, which allows a fairly reliable analysis of pesticides using gas chromatography-spectrometry mass (GC/MS) in toxicology laboratory at National Institute of hygiene, Rabat Morocco. The equipment required to perform these analyzes are the biological matrices (blood, gastric fluid), in which the authors have doped the Organophosphorus pesticides such as Chlorpyrifos, Dichlorvos and Organochlorine pesticide: dichlorodiphenyltrichloroethane (DDT) and Heptachlor. After extracting the mixture with toluene, the supernatant was collected after centrifugation and concentrated in a small volume of 1.5 mL and then analyzed in GC/MS. After analyzing, the authors found that the yields of each pesticide in samples are significant; respectively they represented 73.4% of Chlorpyrifos, 70.8% of Dichlorvos, 47.8% of DDT and 71.6% of Heptachlor. The blood has a strong link with the most pesticides, where it's important to use the GC/MS to identify these products. The extraction with toluene was effective, especially to OP, but it's also sensitive to OC.展开更多

For the 110 mining method,it is challenging to accurately calculate the support resistance of the roadway due to the lack of understanding of the dynamic movement of the overlying strata in this method.The consequenti...For the 110 mining method,it is challenging to accurately calculate the support resistance of the roadway due to the lack of understanding of the dynamic movement of the overlying strata in this method.The consequential excessive support results in a significant increase in the cost of roadway support.The authors explored the overlying strata movement and roadway deformation of the gob-entry retaining in the 110 mining method to solve this problem.First,the typical stages of the roof-cutting gob-side entry were defined.Second,the mechanical model and calculation formula of the support resistance on the roof were explored.Then,using numerical simulation software,the starting ranges of the specific supports at different stages were verified and the feasibility of the support scheme was examined.Finally,combined with the field measurement data,the stress and the deformation of the gob roadway at different stages under the influence of two mining processes in the 110 mining method were obtained.The numerical simulation results obtained are consistent with the field test results,providing a theoretical basis for precision support at different stages by the 110 mining method.展开更多

Methods: 85 cases of stubborn hiccup patients are randomly divided into control group (n=40) and treatm...Purpose:Observe the effect of different duration of needle-retention on acupuncture treatment of stubborn hiccup. Methods: 85 cases of stubborn hiccup patients are randomly divided into control group (n=40) and treatment group(n=45) according to their visiting time. For patients of control group, acupuncture needles (in both scalp points and body acupoints) are retained for 30 min, while for patients of treatment group, the needles inserted in the body acupoints are retained for 1 hr, and that inserted in scalp-point is retained for more than 6 hrs. The treatment is conducted once daily, continuously for 5 times. Results: The cure rate of treatment group is 88.9% (that for deficiency syndrome is 85.3%), and that of control group is 65% (that for deficiency syndrome is 53.3%).There is a significant difference between two groups in the cure rate (P<0.05). The cure rates for excess syndrome of two groups both are 100%.Conclusion: Longer retention of acupuncture needle has a better therapeutic effect for deficiency-syndrome type hiccup.展开更多

MPLS, resource reservation protocol (RSVP) and enhanced link status Protocols intermediate system to intermediate system (IS IS) are reviewed to provide a background for traffic engineering, the general issues of designing an MPLS system of IDC network for traffic engineering are then discussed. Finally a practical example with MPLS traffic engineering is shown.
文摘Purpose:Observe the effect of different duration of needle-retention on acupuncture treatment of stubborn hiccup. Methods: 85 cases of stubborn hiccup patients are randomly divided into control group (n=40) and treatment group(n=45) according to their visiting time. For patients of control group, acupuncture needles (in both scalp points and body acupoints) are retained for 30 min, while for patients of treatment group, the needles inserted in the body acupoints are retained for 1 hr, and that inserted in scalp-point is retained for more than 6 hrs. The treatment is conducted once daily, continuously for 5 times. Results: The cure rate of treatment group is 88.9% (that for deficiency syndrome is 85.3%), and that of control group is 65% (that for deficiency syndrome is 53.3%).There is a significant difference between two groups in the cure rate (P<0.05). The cure rates for excess syndrome of two groups both are 100%.Conclusion: Longer retention of acupuncture needle has a better therapeutic effect for deficiency-syndrome type hiccup.
文摘In the present paper, 89 cases of urine retention patients were treated with acupuncture therapy.Qugu (CV 2) and Zhaohai (KI 6) were punctured and stimulated with reinforcing or reducing needling method according to syndrome differentiation. Following treatment, of the 89 cases, 69 (77.5%) had remarkable improvement of their symptoms, 19 (21. 3 % ) experienced improvement and one had no apparent change, with the total effective rate being 98.8%.
