This is an unusual mechanism of injury, but similar to other un- controlled muscular contractions caused by electroconvul- sive therapy, etc. To the best of our knowledge only one such case has been reported in the English literature. Closed reduction under general anaesthesia was successfully achieved. High suspicion in patients complaining of pain over shoulder joint is necessary for early diagnosis of this condition.展开更多
