基于法拉第效应,在室温下,搭建实验光路,研究了入射光波长与法拉第偏转之间的关系,测得了实验样品MR3-2对不同波长的菲尔德常量,对菲尔德常量和波长关系进行拟合,拟合曲线与理论曲线符合较好.

The interaction between cisplatin and erythrocyte membrane proteins was studied based on the quenching effect of cisplatin on the intrinsic fluorescence of proteins.A concentration-dependent quenching effect was observed.The presence of chloride and sulphate weakens the effect significantly.A pH-dependence was also noted with a stronger effect in acidic solution. The nature of the interaction is considered to be platinum-thiol group binding according to the effect of cisplatin on the fluorescence of FMA labeled membrane. The human body, depend like other leaving organisms, on several minerals as essential constituents of its existence. Metal ions in foodstuff are in different chemical forms, as inorganic salts or organic molecules or complexes with other compounds such as proteins, amino acids, enzymes and some vitamins, among others, that play an important role in human health. Entomophagy, insect consumption by several ethnic groups in Mexico as cultural tradition since prehispanic era represent an option for population to obtain the minerals needed by the body to keep a good health. Escamoles ant eggs of the Liometopumapiculatum M genus, much appreciated either at rural communities as well as in urban cities, contain minerals with a favorable effect in human health. The aim of this study was to investigate the mineral composition of Escamoles and the benefits which can provide to the human body. Sampling was at an arid region of the Hidalgo state on April 2012. Minerals in dry basis, determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry, with the exception of phosphorus content, obtained from a triple acid digested extract and determined colorimetrically. Data of mineral analysis in dry basis of Escamoles were: total minerals 5.92%; Na 0.079%; K 0.075%; Ca 0.097%; P 0.701%; Fe 0.021%; Zn 0.035% Cu 0.009%; Mg 0.998%; Mn 0.002%. Minerals quantify are not equal to total ash contained because not all of them were assess determined. Elements concentration depends not only on the total mineral composition of foodstuff the inorganic or organic form or interaction among metal ions, but also on their availability and avail of them. Minerals in Escamoles ant eggs have a considerable influence in the condition of human health. 展开更多

Total proteins extracted from Pinellia ternata with different types of leaves have been assayed by UV absorbance, blue native polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (BN-PAGE) and sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS- PAGE). We found that the total protein contents of P. ternata with the herbaceous peony and claw types of leaves were much higher than that with other types of leaves. P. ternata collected from Nanchuan County, except the ones with herbaceous peony leaves, displayed a high similarity with each other. Both UV absorbance and cluster analysis indicated that the protein content in P. ternata with the herbaceous peony leaves was less affected by habitats than that with other types of leaves. The results showed that it was necessary to increase the homogeneity of seeds for improving the protein content ofP. ternata. 展开更多

The BaAl2Si2O8:Eu2+blue emitting phosphor was obtained through the one-step calcination process of precursors prepared bychemical co-precipitation method. The phase structure and luminescence propertied of the phosphor were investigated usingX-ray diffraction (XRD) and a fluorescence spectrophotometer. The excitation spectrum exhibited a broad band between 230nm and 400 nm and the emission peaking at about 470 nm was observed, which originated from the allowed f-d transition ofEu2+ions at Ba2+sites. Owing to the different optimal concentrations under different excitation wavelengths (254 nm and 365nm), the energy-transfer mechanism in this phosphor has changed from the dipole-dipole interaction to the exchange interac-tion of Eu2+ions. 展开更多

Molecular materials exhibiting room temperature phosphorescence(RTP) have received much attention during last few years. It has been known that different stacking fashions(e.g., formation of polymorph) and aggregation/crystal states could largely influence the RTP efficiency. However, whether the crystal morphology or shape could play a key role in modulation of the RTP has not been detected yet. In this work, we report that the dibenzothiophene(DBT) with the same molecular stacking fashion but different crystal morphologies can present alternated RTP performances. By modulation of the fluorescence and phosphorescence dual emission, a direct warm-white color light-emitting has also been successfully achieved. Moreover, the RTP emission can be further tuned through hybridization with β-cyclodextrin in different ratios, with the longest lifetime of 0.43 s. 展开更多

Single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) illuminated by white light should appear colored due to resonance Rayleigh scattering. However, true-color imaging of SWCNTs on substrates has not been reported, because of the extremely low scattering intensity of SWCNTs and the strong substrate scattering. Here we show that Rayleigh scattering can be greatly enhanced by the interface dipole enhancement effect. Consequently colorful SWCNTs on substrates can be directly imaged under an optical microscope by wide field supercontinuum laser illumination, which facilitates high throughput chirality assignment of individual SWCNTs. This approach, termed "Rayleigh imaging microscopy", is not restricted to SWCNTs, but widely applicable to a variety of nanomaterials, which enables the colorful nanoworld to be explored under optical microscopes. 展开更多
