The results showed that two regres- sion equations were obtained: yr (raw quality)=0.310 3+0.254 0xl (juiciness)+0.176 2 x2 (sweetness)+0.221 6x3 (crispness)+0.319 9x4 (flavor); Yc (cooked quality)=0.204 4+ 0.250 9 xs (residue)+0.246 9x6 (cooked sweetness)+0.182 5x7 (softness)+0.323 lx8 (cooked flavor). The path analysis results showed that among the sensory indices, the total coefficients of sweetness and juiciness were 0.445 3 and 0.427 6, respec- tively. It indicated they were the main factors affecting the raw quality of Chinese cab- bage, followed by flavor and crispness. Sweetness, with total coefficient of 0.515 2, showed the greatest effect on the cooked quality of Chinese cabbage, followed by residue, cooked flavor and softness. The effects of nutrient component contents on the sensory quality of Chinese cabbage were further analyzed, and the regression equa- tions were obtained: y, =-32.192 0+0.389 3xw (moisture content)+1.169 8x~ (soluble sugar content); Yc = 7.497 1+0.732 6xs - 5.668 8x, (organic acid content)-2.176 3x~ (crude fiber content). The standardized regression coefficients of soluble sugar con- tent were all highest with the value of 0.580 7 in the raw quality regression equa- tion and 0.325 0 in the cooked quality one, indicating that among the six nutrient components, the soluble sugar content was the main factor affecting both raw and cooked quality of Chinese cabbage. This study will provide certain basis for quality evaluation, selection and breeding of high-quality Chinese cabbage.展开更多

Seventy male SD rats (average initial body weight of (83.2±4.4) g) were randomly assigned to seven dietary treatments (n=10). At the end of the trial, body composition was assessed via dual energy X-ray absorptiometry (DEXA). All rats were then sacrificed to collect samples of blood, organs and tissues for determination of serum hormones and tissue Cr contents. The results indicated that lean body mass was significantly increased (P<0.05) due to the addition of 300 and 450 ppb Cr from CrNano. Supplementation of 150,300,450,and 600 ppb Cr decreased (P<0.05) percent body fat significantly. Average daily gain was increased (P<0.05) by addition of 75,150,and 300 ppb Cr and feed efficiency was increased (P<0.05) by supplementation of 75,300,and 450 ppb Cr. Addition of 300 and 450 ppb Cr decreased (P<0.05) the insulin level in serum greatly. Cr contents in liver and kidney were greatly increased (P<0.05) by the addition of Cr as CrNano in the dosage of from 150 ppb to 1 200 ppb. In addition,Supplementation of 300,450,and 600 ppb Cr significantly increased (P<0.05) Cr content in the hind leg muscle. These results suggest that supplemental CrNano has beneficial effects on growth performance and body composition, and increases tissue Cr concentration in selected muscles.展开更多

Three types of pigment cells of melanophore, iridophore and xanthophore have been recognized in adult turbot skins. The skin color depends mainly on the amount and distribution of melanophore and iridophore, as xanthophore is quite rare. No pigment cells can be found in the epidermis of the skins. In the pigmented ocular skin of the turbot, melanophore and iridophore are usually co-localized in the dermis. This is quite different from the distribution in larvae skin. In albino and white blind skins of adult turbots, however, only iridophore monolayer still exists, while the melanophore monolayer disappears. This cytological evidence explains why the albino adult turbot, unlike its larvae, could never resume its body color no matter what enviroumental and nutritional conditions were provided. Endocytosis is quite active in the cellular membrane of the iridophore. This might be related to the formation of reflective platelet and stability of the iridophore.展开更多

K- Ar age of riebeckite granophyres is 126± 2 Ma, implying that the riebeckite granophyres formed in the Early Cretaceous. The granophyres are rich in riebeckites and with a lot of melt-fluid inclusion in its quartz pheno- crysts. The granophyres are characterized by extensive enrichment in Si02, FeO, and (Na20 + K20) and de- pletion in MgO and CaO, strong negative Eu anomalies and strong positive Ce anomalies. Additionally, the rie- beckite granophyres not only have high total REE contents and display enrichment of HFSEs (for example Zr, Hf, Nb, Ta), but also are strong in depletion of LILEs ( e. g. Ba, Sr) as well as high Ga/A1 ratios. Primitive mantle-normalized REE pattern significantly displays REE M-W tetrad effect. REEs fractionate evidently and highly enrich in LREE, but are uneven distribution in the rocks. Taken together, we conclude that the riebeck- ite granophyres are similar to typical A-type granite, which could be derived from stretching environments in the Early Cretaceous. The granophyres originated from residual melt which underwent highly differentiation process, and were formed in magmatic-hydrothemal transition stage at last.展开更多

Methods: (1) MCs seeded at a density of 1 × 104 per well in 24-well plates were treated with medium containing various concentrations of hPTH1-34(10-12 mol/l -10-8 mol/l) for 6 h, 12 h, 24 h and 48 h, control cells were treated with vehicle only. The FN levels (in the supernatant) were measured by ELISA assay. (2) MCs were co-cultured with 10 ng/l of anti-TGF-β antibody and various concentrations of hPTH1-34(10-12 mol/l - 10-8 mol/l ). Forty-eight hours later, FN were tested by ELISA. (4) MCs were co-cultured with 10 ng/l of anti-TGF-β antibody and 10-8 mol/l hPTH1-34 for 6 h, 12 h, 24 h and 48 h and then FN were tested. Results: (1) hPTH1-34 stimulated FN synthesis in a dose-and time-dependent way with a peak at 10-8 mol/l (P<0. 01). (2) Anti-TGF-β antibody inhibited the stimulation effect of hPTH1-34, on synthesis of FN in cultured rat mesangial cells (P<0. 05). Conclusion: hPTH1-34 up-regulates FN synthesis in cultured rat mesangial cells via TGF-β, suggesting that PTH may play an important role in deteriorating the residual renal function at the early stage of chronic renal disease.展开更多

We make a detailed discussion on f B from two sum rules up to next-to- leading order, i.e. sum rules I and II, which are derived from the conventional correlator and the correlator with chiral currents respectively. It is found that these two sum rules are consistent with each other. The sum rules H involves less non-perturbative condensates as that of sum rules I, and in principle, it can be more accurate if we know the dimensionfour gluon condensate well. It is found that fB decreases with the increment of mb, and to compare with the Belle experimental data on fB, both sum rules I and H prefer smaller pole b-quark mass, mb= 4.68 ± 0.07 GeV. By varying all the input parameters within their reasonable regions and by adding all the uncertainties in quadrature, we obtain fB=172-25^+23 MeV for sum rules I and fB =214-34^26 MeV for sum rules П.展开更多

Rat models of TDVT were established by clamping the femoral vein and fixing the bilateral hind limbs. Then fixation of the hip spica with plaster bandage was conducted.According to the observation phases and/or biological situations of the femoral vein thrombosis, the model rats were further divided into 7 groups. Vascular tissues were obtained from each group through noninvasive incision into the femoral vein at corresponding time points. We adopted the Trizoi one-step method for total RNA extraction,Affymetrix RAT 230 2.0 array for detection of RNA expressions and fold change (FC) analysis for changes of differential expressions of MMPs in each group. The main outcome parameters measured included expressions of MMP-2,MMP-3, MMP-7, MMP-8, MMP-9, MMP-10, MMP-11,MMP- 12, MMP-13, MMP- 14, MMP- 16, MMP-23 and MMP-24. Gene array data of these MMPs were analyzed by the Affymetrix Microarray Analysis software (Version 5.0).Results:FC analysis showed differential expressions of MMPs in each group during the course of TDVT. At the initial period of thrombosis, MMP-2, MMP-3, MMP-7,MMP-8, MMP-9, MMP- 10, MMP-11, and MMP-24 had significantly high expression, while MMP-12, MMP-13,MMP-14, MMP-16 and MMP-23 had relatively low expression. MMPs were all highly expressed at the peak time of thrombosis. In the process of thrombus resolution,MMP-2, MMP-10, MMP-16 and MMP-24 have relatively low expression, while MMP-12, MMP-13, MMP-14,MMP-16 and MMP-23 have significantly high expression. Conclusion:MMPs may affect the process of TDVT through transcription regulation of the fibrinolysis-anti-fibrinolytic system during the course of thrombosis and thrombus resolution.展开更多

文摘Objective: To investigate whether hPTH1-34 regulate the synthesis of fibronectin (FN) from cultured rat mesangial cells and its possible mechanism. Results: (1) hPTH1-34 stimulated FN synthesis in a dose-and time-dependent way with a peak at 10-8 mol/l (P<0. 01). (2) Anti-TGF-β antibody inhibited the stimulation effect of hPTH1-34, on synthesis of FN in cultured rat mesangial cells (P<0. 05). Conclusion: hPTH1-34 up-regulates FN synthesis in cultured rat mesangial cells via TGF-β, suggesting that PTH may play an important role in deteriorating the residual renal function at the early stage of chronic renal disease.
