关于加快建设保东次中心城市的思考——基于白沟·白洋淀温泉城的调查分析

保定市自实施"一主三次"城市发展战略以来,白沟.白洋淀温泉城发展活力进一步凸显,城市化进程进一步加快,经济和社会各项事业取得了明显成效,但在发展过程中也存在一些突出的矛盾和问题。根据白沟.白洋淀温泉城的基本情况,对保东次中心城市建设中遇到的主要问题及深层问题进行剖析,提出相应的对策建议。

State-level New & Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone: Baoding New & Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone is a state-level new & hi-tech in- dustrial development zone approved by the State Council in Dec.1992.By the end of 2006, there were 1,986 enterprises registered in the zone,among which were 228 foreign invested enterprises and 166 new & hi-tech enterprises.In 2006,its total output value reached RMB 5 billion yuan,financial revenue stood at RMB 755 million yuan,industrial sales revenue amounted to RMB 21 billion yuan, fixed assets investment totaled RMB 2.05 billion yuan, and infrastructure facilities investment reached RMB 25 million yuan.

自沟新城掠影

白沟新城位于京津冀三角腹地，北距北京102公里，东至天津108公里，南到保定62公里。白沟新城是2008年7月由白沟镇和白洋淀温泉城合并组建的副厅级省级开发区，辖区面积64平方公里，城镇建成区面积27平方公里。现有常驻人口18万，口流动人口10至15万人。
