以生物构件理论为基础,应用灰色关联分析技术对西藏栽培白菜型油菜种群构件与环境因子的关系进行了研究,结果表明:(1)产量构成指标是由每株角果数、每角果粒数和千粒重组成,随着每株角果数、每角果粒数的增多和千粒重的升高,西藏栽培白... 以生物构件理论为基础,应用灰色关联分析技术对西藏栽培白菜型油菜种群构件与环境因子的关系进行了研究,结果表明:(1)产量构成指标是由每株角果数、每角果粒数和千粒重组成,随着每株角果数、每角果粒数的增多和千粒重的升高,西藏栽培白菜型油菜的产量会明显增加,它们之间的关联度较大;(2)主茎系统是西藏栽培白菜型油菜植株的基础,它们之间的关联性显示了与其他构件组成间的整合作用;(3)研究的7个环境因子与西藏栽培白菜型油菜种群的生长关系都较密切,其中日照和温度是影响西藏栽培白菜型油菜分布和生长发育相对重要的环境因子,而降水则为相对次要的因子。 展开更多

Chinese cabbage was cultivated in upland soil with the addition of biochar in order to investigate the potential for reduction of greenhouse gas emissions. Barley straw biochar(BSB) was introduced in a Wagner pot(1/5000a) in amounts of 0(BSB0, control), 100(BSB100), 300(BSB300), and 500(BSB500) kg 10a^(-1). After the addition of BSB into the upland soil, carbon dioxide(CO_2) emission increased while methane(CH_4) and nitrous oxide(N_2O) emissions decreased. The highest CO2 flux was measured for the BSB500 sample,(84.6 g m^(-2)) followed by BSB300, BSB100, and BSB0 in decreasing order. Relative to those of control, the total CH_4 flux and N_2O flux for the BSB500 treatment were lower by 31.6% and 26.1%, respectively. The global warming potential(GWP) of the treatment without biochar was 281.4 g CO_2 m-2 and those for treatments with biochar were in the range from 194.1 to 224.9 g CO_2 m^(-2). Therefore, introducing BSB into upland soil to cultivate Chinese cabbages can reduce the global warming potential. 展开更多

The selection and breeding of pollution-safe cultivars (PSCs) is a practicable and cost-effective approach to minimize the influx of heavy metal to the human food chain.In this study,both pot-culture and field experiments were conducted to identify and screen out cadmium pollution-safe cultivars (Cd-PSCs) from 50 pakchoi (Brassica rapa L.ssp.chinensis) cultivars for food safety.When treated with 1.0 or 2.5 mg/kg Cd,most of the pakchoi cultivars (>70%) showed greater or similar shoot biomass when compared with the control.This result indicates that pakchoi has a considerable tolerance to soil Cd stress.Cd concentrations in the shoot varied significantly (P<0.05) between cultivars:in two Cd treatments (1.0 and 2.5 mg/kg),the average values were 0.074 and 0.175 mg/kg fresh weight (FW),respectively.Cd concentrations in the shoots of 14 pakchoi cultivars were lower than 0.05 mg/kg FW.In pot-culture experiments,both enrichment factors (EFs) and translocation factors (TFs) of six pakchoi cultivars were lower than 1.0.The field studies further confirmed that the Hangzhouyoudonger,Aijiaoheiye 333,and Zaoshenghuajing cultivars are Cd-PSCs,and are therefore suitable for growth in low Cd-contaminated soils (≤1.2 mg/kg) without any risk to food safety. 展开更多
