A better total effective rate was found in the treatment group, as compared with the two control groups, but there was no obvious difference. However, the treatment group was superior to the two control groups (P＜0.05 or P＜0.01) in the reduction of blood sugar and urinary micro albumin. It indicates that Yitangning Granule can improve the clinical symptoms and glycometabolism in patients with diabetes B and has a reverse effect on early diabetic nephropathy (DN).展开更多
