目的探讨乳腺癌根治术患者术后血清抗酒石酸盐酸性磷酸酶5b(TRACP5b)、糖类抗原15-3(CA15-3)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平与骨转移的关系。方法选择2017年12月至2018年12月新乡市中心医院收治的122例行乳腺癌根治术患者为研究对象,术后1周... 目的探讨乳腺癌根治术患者术后血清抗酒石酸盐酸性磷酸酶5b(TRACP5b)、糖类抗原15-3(CA15-3)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平与骨转移的关系。方法选择2017年12月至2018年12月新乡市中心医院收治的122例行乳腺癌根治术患者为研究对象,术后1周检测患者血清TRACP5b、CA15-3、IL-6水平;随访1 a,记录患者骨转移发生情况;采用Pearson、Spearman相关性分析方法分析乳腺癌根治术后血清TRACP5b、CA15-3、IL-6水平与骨转移的相关性。结果122例患者中,无骨转移90例,骨转移32例,骨转移发生率为26.23%。骨转移患者术后血清TRACP5b、CA15-3、IL-6水平高于无骨转移患者(P<0.05),多发病灶患者术后血清TRACP5b、CA15-3、IL-6水平高于单发病灶患者(P<0.05)。乳腺癌根治术后患者血清TRACP5b、CA15-3水平与IL-6水平呈显著正相关(r=0.4126、0.4078,P<0.001)。乳腺癌根治术后患者血清TRACP5b、CA15-3、IL-6水平与骨转移程度呈显著正相关(r=0.5437、0.5328、0.3867,P<0.001)。结论乳腺癌患者术后血清TRACP5b、CA15-3、IL-6水平与骨转移的发生密切相关,且术后血清TRACP5b、CA15-3、IL-6水平越高,发生骨转移的程度越重。 展开更多

目的探讨骨代谢标志物血清骨钙素(bone gla protein,BGP)、骨特异性碱性磷酸酶(bone alkalin phosphatase,BALP)和抗酒石酸盐酸性磷酸酶异构体5b(tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase 5b,TRACP-5b)在老年骨质疏松性骨折病人中的检测水... 目的探讨骨代谢标志物血清骨钙素(bone gla protein,BGP)、骨特异性碱性磷酸酶(bone alkalin phosphatase,BALP)和抗酒石酸盐酸性磷酸酶异构体5b(tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase 5b,TRACP-5b)在老年骨质疏松性骨折病人中的检测水平及临床意义。方法选择2012年7月至2015年7月我院骨科收治的90例(男45例,女45例)老年骨质疏松合并骨折病人作为试验组,选取90例(男45例,女45例)老年骨质疏松未合并骨折病人作为对照组。2组分别进行骨密度(bone mineral density,BMD)、BGP、BALP及TRACP-5b水平的测定并比较。结果试验组病人的BMD明显低于对照组,BGP、BALP、TRACP-5b水平均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。采用Pearson相关分析对2组老年骨质疏松病人BMD与骨代谢标志物进行相关性分析,结果显示BMD与BGP、BALP、TRACP-5b均呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论老年骨质疏松性骨折病人BMD与血清BGP、BALP、TRACP-5b水平呈负相关。这些指标有助于临床医生鉴别易骨折的病人,同时可尽早干预骨折后的骨吸收和骨形成,从而防止骨折的再次发生。 展开更多

目的探讨老年骨质疏松性骨折患者血清骨钙素、骨特异性碱性磷酸酶(BALP)、抗酒石酸盐酸性磷酸酶异构体5b(TRACP-5b)水平及其临床意义。方法选择该院收治的116例老年骨质疏松性骨折患者作为骨折组,再选择同期收治的110例老年骨质疏松未... 目的探讨老年骨质疏松性骨折患者血清骨钙素、骨特异性碱性磷酸酶(BALP)、抗酒石酸盐酸性磷酸酶异构体5b(TRACP-5b)水平及其临床意义。方法选择该院收治的116例老年骨质疏松性骨折患者作为骨折组,再选择同期收治的110例老年骨质疏松未发生骨折患者作为对照组,检测两组患者血清骨钙素、BALP以及TRACP-5b水平,并分析骨密度水平与骨钙素、BALP、TRACP-5b水平相关性,采用ROC曲线分析血清骨钙素、BALP以及TRACP-5b水平对骨质疏松骨折患者的预测价值。结果骨折组患者腰椎正位、股骨颈以及股骨粗隆BMD水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);骨折组患者血清骨钙素、BALP以及TRACP-5b水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);骨质疏松骨折患者BMD值与骨钙素、BALP、TRACP-5b呈显著负相关(P<0.05);ROC曲线分析结果显示骨钙素、BALP、TRACP-5b预测老年骨质疏松患者骨折发生曲线下面积分别为0.729、0.887、0.948。结论老年骨质疏松患者血清骨钙素、BALP、TRACP-5b与骨密度水平呈明显负相关关系,且血清骨钙素、BALP、TRACP-5b能够有效预测骨质疏松患者骨折发生风险,对于防止老年骨质疏松骨折的预防具有着重要价值。 展开更多

Bioceramics have attracted extensive attention for bone defect repair due to their excellent bioactivity and degradability.However,challenges remain in matching the rate between bioceramic degradation and new bone formation,necessitating a deeper understanding of their degradation properties.In this study,density functional theory(DFT)calculations was employed to explore the structural and electronic characteristics of silicate bioceramics.These findings reveal a linear correlation between the maximum isosurface value of the valence band maximum(VBM_(Fmax))and the degradability of silicate bioceramics.This correlation was subsequently validated through degradation experiments.Furthermore,the investigation on phosphate bioceramics demonstrates the potential of this descriptor in predicting the degradability of a broader range of bioceramics.This discovery offers valuable insights into the degradation mechanism of bioceramics and holds promise for accelerating the design and development of bioceramics with controllable degradation. 展开更多

目的探讨我国藏族和汉族8~18岁儿童少年骨形成和骨吸收指标的变化规律。方法采用分层随机整群抽样,随机抽取四川省阿坝藏羌自治州718名8~18岁的藏族和汉族儿童少年,各年龄各民族各性别为20人左右。采用英国IDS公司生产的酶联免疫试剂... 目的探讨我国藏族和汉族8~18岁儿童少年骨形成和骨吸收指标的变化规律。方法采用分层随机整群抽样,随机抽取四川省阿坝藏羌自治州718名8~18岁的藏族和汉族儿童少年,各年龄各民族各性别为20人左右。采用英国IDS公司生产的酶联免疫试剂盒测定血清中骨碱性磷酸酶(BAP)和抗酒石酸盐酸性磷酸酶(TRAP)浓度。结果研究对象平均年龄12.8±3.0岁,血清BAP浓度在男生平均为80.6±40.4μg/L,女生为72.3±39.9μg/L;血清TRAP浓度在男生平均为8.5±4.3 U/L,女生为7.9±4.5 U/L。血清BAP或TRAP浓度受民族、年龄和性别的共同影响,分别解释变异的27.0%或35.7%(P〈0.001)。8岁开始女生BAP或TRAP浓度高于男生,分别在10.0岁或10.5岁出现交叉,之后男生开始高于女生。汉族儿童比藏族的BAP平均低10μg/L,TRAP低2.56~2.96 U/L。结论我国8~18岁藏族和汉族儿童少年骨形成和骨吸收指标都受年龄、性别和民族共同影响,男女生随年龄增长存在交叉,藏族高于汉族。 展开更多

目的:观察在胶原诱导的C57BL/6小鼠类风湿性关节炎(CIA)模型中,基质金属蛋白酶-2、9在耐酒石酸盐酸性磷酸酶(TRAP)阳性的单个核及多核细胞中的表达及其在关节软骨损伤中的作用。方法:注射鸡II型胶原免疫C57BL/6小鼠建立CIA模型。在CIA... 目的:观察在胶原诱导的C57BL/6小鼠类风湿性关节炎(CIA)模型中,基质金属蛋白酶-2、9在耐酒石酸盐酸性磷酸酶(TRAP)阳性的单个核及多核细胞中的表达及其在关节软骨损伤中的作用。方法:注射鸡II型胶原免疫C57BL/6小鼠建立CIA模型。在CIA小鼠滑膜及滑膜软骨交界处,用酶组织化学及免疫组化染色分别检测TRAP+细胞的数量及细胞质内MMP的表达与软骨损伤的关系。结果:酶组织化学法检测表明TRAP+单个核及多核细胞增多的数量与CIA小鼠软骨的破坏程度呈正相关(rs=0.903,P<0.01)。免疫组化染色显示TRAP+细胞胞质内有MMP-2、9的表达,且表达的增多与CIA小鼠软骨的破坏程度呈正相关(rs=0.954,P<0.01)。结论:在CIA小鼠病变关节增生的滑膜组织及浸润到软骨表面的滑膜组织中的TRAP+单个核及多核细胞可表达MMP-2、9,表达的增多与软骨的破坏呈正相关,这些细胞在关节软骨的损伤中起到重要的作用。 展开更多

背景:髋关节置换是目前修复股骨颈骨折的有效手段,但是随着手术量的增多,髋关节置换后失败率也随之升高,特别是置换后假体松动与周围骨折比较常见。强骨饮能促进成骨细胞形成,有抗骨质疏松的作用,抑制破骨细胞活性,增加骨密度。其中骨... 背景:髋关节置换是目前修复股骨颈骨折的有效手段,但是随着手术量的增多,髋关节置换后失败率也随之升高,特别是置换后假体松动与周围骨折比较常见。强骨饮能促进成骨细胞形成,有抗骨质疏松的作用,抑制破骨细胞活性,增加骨密度。其中骨碎补具有补肾、壮骨、强筋、止痛的功能,具有促进骨形成和抑制骨吸收的双向调节作用。目的:探讨强骨饮对患者股骨颈骨折髋关节置换后假体周围骨密度的影响。方法:96例股骨颈骨折患者根据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组48例。两组都给予择期髋关节置换,置入美国史赛克公司的人工股骨头后使用骨水泥固定。置换后对照组口服碳酸钙D3片与阿法骨化醇胶囊,在此基础上观察组加用复方中药强骨饮口服,药物干预时间为1个月。观察两组假体周围骨密度变化情况,检测碱性磷酸酶与抗酒石酸盐酸性磷酸酶活性,并进行修复效果对比。结果与结论:所有患者均顺利完成手术,均无感染、假体松动的情况发生。观察组的置换后下床时间与骨折愈合时间都明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。两组用药前的假体周围骨密度差异无显著性意义,用药后都有明显上升的趋势(P<0.05),用药后观察组的假体周围骨密度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组用药后的血清碱性磷酸酶活性明显升高,而抗酒石酸盐酸性磷酸酶活性明显降低,与用药前对比差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);同时用药后观察组的血清碱性磷酸酶与抗酒石酸盐酸性磷酸酶活性与对照组对比差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。在置换后6个月进行评定,观察组的关节功能优良率显著高于对照组(94%,79%,P<0.05)。提示强骨饮在髋关节置换后应用能起到抗骨吸收和抑制过高的骨转换的作用,提高假体周围骨密度,从而达到恢复关节功能的目的。 展开更多

Lead-free low melting glasses,ZnO-CuO-Bi_(2)O_(3)-B_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)system,with fixed contents of 15 mol%CuO and 20 mol%Bi_(2)O_(3),were prepared by using melt cooling method.Structure and thermal properties of the glasses were studied by using X-ray diffractometer(XRD),infrared spectrometer(FIT-IR),thermal dilatometer and differential thermal analyzer(DTA).Chemical durability of the glasses was studied by using dissolution rate method.Wettability of glasses on substrate was tested by using button sintering experiment.It is found that alkaline resistance of the glass solders is lower than that of plate glass and the water resistance is comparable with that of plate glass.The sealing temperatures are Ts=445-490℃,while the average thermal expansion coefficient from room temperature to 300℃is in the range of(65-82)×10^(−7)℃^(−1).At sealing temperature,the glass solders have good wettability on plate glass or alumina substrate.They are not crystallized even sintered at the sealing temperature for 30 min.The solder glasses are suitable for sealing plate glass,alumina and other inorganic non-metallic materials. 展开更多

Sulfate-modified titanium dioxide-bearing blast furnace slag(STBBFS) photocatalysts were prepared by the high energy ball milling method with(NH4)2SO4 and titanium dioxide-bearing blast furnace slag(TBBFS) as raw materials.X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),thermogravimetric analysis(TGA),UV-visible diffuse reflectance absorption spectra(UV-Vis),adsorption experiment and photocatalytic degradation measurement were conducted to characterize the structure,surface status,light absorption capacity,adsorption capacity and photocatalytic activity of the obtained photocatalysts.The adsorption equilibrium was described by the Langmuir isotherm model with a maximum adsorption capacity of 8.25 mg/g of Cr(VI) ions onto the STBBFS photocatalysts.As a result,sulfation of TBBFS improved the photocatalytic activities of STBBFSx photocatalysts.At a low calcination temperature,the photocatalytic activity of STBBFS300 photocatalyst was markedly higher compared with TBBFSx prepared at high calcination temperature,indicating that the photocatalytic activity of STBBFSx photocatalyst was determined by the balanced result between adsorption capacity and perovskite content. 展开更多

The results show that the mass-loss rate of sample A with 1-2 ℃/min slow-cooling rate technology is 47%after oxidation at 700 ℃ for 20 h, while that of sample B with air-fast-cooling one is only 0.98%. SEM images reveal that the coating of sample A is full of micro-holes, micro-cracks and many piece-like crystal particles, while that of sample B is integrated and compacted in glassy state with a few of micro-cracks. The coating of sample A is almost exhausted only in 8 h oxidized-test at 700 ℃, while that of sample B remains integrated after 8 h test at 700 ℃ and becomes loose due to much small pores generated after 20 h test at 700 ℃. 展开更多

The chemical compositions of the coatings were investigated using XPS. The coated samples were firstly scratched and then exposed to the neutral salt spray(NSS) chamber for different time. The microstructure and chemical compositions of the scratches were studied using SEM and EDS. And the non-scratched coated samples were compared. The self-healing mechanism of the composite coatings was discussed. The results show that during corrosion, the self-healing ions in composite coatings dissolve, diffuse and transfer to the scratches or the defects, and then recombine with Zn2+ to form insoluble compound, which deposits and covers the exposed zinc. The corrosion products on the scratches contain silicon, phosphorous, oxygen, chloride and zinc, and they are compact, fine, needle and flake, effectively inhibiting the corrosion formation and expansion of the exposed zinc layer. Methods BALB/C mice in 6 groups were allowed to drink either 4% dextran sulfate sodium (DSS) solution or distilled water freely with different doses of BER (15 mg·kg^-1, 45 mg·kg^-1, 150 mg·kg^-1) or sallcylazosulfapyridine (SASP, 520 mg·kg^-1), and solvent (0. 2 mL/10 mg Wt) once a day for 7 d, respectively. The symptom of ulcerative colitis was evaluated by disease activity index (DAI). Myeloperoxidase (MPO) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activities and malondialdehyde (MDA) content were determined by HE staining and immunohistochemistry of expressions of NF-κB p65 and intercellular adhesion molecule 1 ( ICAM-1 ) proteins to observe the damage to colon tissues and possible mechanisms. Results DAI, MPO activity, MDA content and expressions of ICAM-1 and NF-κB p65 were markedly increased, while SOD activity decreased in DSS-treated mice. Treatment of mice with different doses of BER or SASP significantly decreased DAI, MPO activity and MDA content, improved histological changes of colon tissues, blunted the expressions of NF-κB p65 and ICAM-1 proteins, and enhanced SOD activity. Conclusion Berberine chloride has excellent therapeutic effect on ulcerative colitis caused by DSS in mice. The possible mechanism may be related to its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activities associated with inhibiting the NF-κB activation and ICAM-1 expression. 展开更多

Zinc calcium phosphate (Zn-Ca-P) coating and cerium-doped zinc calcium phosphate (Zn-Ca-Ce-P) coating were prepared on AZ31 magnesium alloy. The chemical compositions, morphologies and corrosion resistance of coatings were investigated through energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), X-ray diffraction (XRD), electron probe micro-analysis (EPMA) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) together with hydrogen volumetric and electrochemical tests. The results indicate that both coatings predominately contain crystalline hopeite (Zn3(PO4)2·4H2O), Mg3(PO4)2 and Ca3(PO4)2, and traces of non-crystalline MgF2 and CaF2. The Zn-Ca-Ce-P coating is more compact than the Zn-Ca-P coating due to the formation of CePO4, and displays better corrosion resistance than the Zn-Ca-P coating. Both coatings protect the AZ31 Mg substrate only during an initial immersion period. The micro-galvanic corrosion between the coatings and their substrates leads to an increase of hydrogen evolution rate (HER) with extending the immersion time. The addition of Ce promotes the homogenous distribution of Ca and formation of hopeite. The Zn-Ca-Ce-P coating has the potential for the primer coating on magnesium alloys. 展开更多
