Using DM642 as the data processing core, the remote monitoring system is composed of video acquisition module, video processing...Presented is a scheme of an embedded video remote monitoring system based on TMS320DM642. Using DM642 as the data processing core, the remote monitoring system is composed of video acquisition module, video processing module and communication module, which gives an implementation of class/mini driver module in DSP/BIOS integrated developing environment and also a common task module in application layer is achieved. The system realizes the entire functions of the analog video signal acquisition, H.264 video coding and Internet transmission. It provides the general connection for the future development and has good flexibility and extendibility. The system uses a modular design and overall development of programming methods to improve the efficiency of system development.展开更多

In order to adequately reflect the objective reality of modern transfrontier processes, the author distinguishes within the multi-layered concept of 'transfrontier' three levels as far as spatial dimensions are concerned: macro, mezzo and micro.The proposed definition of the nature and types of modern cross-border processes has the great theoretical and practical significance. This is evidenced, for example, in the work on quantitative and qualitative assessment oftransborder processes. Presented the basic notions of the developed system on indexation and monitoring of transborder cooperation at the new Eastern border of the European Union.展开更多

This new system puts the previously cons...In this paper, the authors establish the Amalab-integrated operation management system (A-IOMS) as a new way to carry out software development and monitor business processes. This new system puts the previously constructed the Amalab-project planning navigation system (A-PPNS) to work throughout the entire organization. The A-IOMS has several key elements. Specifically, the authors have constructed: (1) a Hi-reliability estimation system diagnostic tool that pinpoints problems with software development estimates and offers a prescription for resolving them; (2) a QA table map that allows for an immediate, thorough, and consistent quality assurance process; (3) a system for sharing software development schedules throughout the organization; and (4) a technological asset completion reporting system for passing down and cultivating software development technologies and strategically expanding them. The authors verified the effectiveness of the A-IOMS at company A, a systems integration company, and the given outcomes were obtained.展开更多
