目标跟踪是计算机视觉领域的研究热点之一,并得到了广泛的应用。目前许多学者将机器学习方法引入目标跟踪,例如,基于多示例学习的目标跟踪算法(即MIL)已经被提出。然而,传统的MIL跟踪算法在正负样本的选择上存在一定的不稳定性,容易在... 目标跟踪是计算机视觉领域的研究热点之一,并得到了广泛的应用。目前许多学者将机器学习方法引入目标跟踪,例如,基于多示例学习的目标跟踪算法(即MIL)已经被提出。然而,传统的MIL跟踪算法在正负样本的选择上存在一定的不稳定性,容易在时间的推移下出现目标漂移的现象。为了克服上述问题,提出了一种简单、有效且高效的基于相关相似度的在线多示例学习目标跟踪算法。该算法通过定义相关相似度来对正包中的样本进行进一步的选择与加权,从而提高目标跟踪的性能。与新近算法的实验对比表明,本文提出的算法在目标跟踪的准确性、精度、鲁棒性等方面均有一定的提高。 展开更多

主要通过常规气象参数、湍流特性和能量闭合度对 2套涡度相关系统的观测结果进行了比较研究 .对 2层高度湍流特性的研究中 ,以相似理论为基础 ,分析了垂直风速的标准差和稳定度参数z L(观测高度与莫宁霍夫长度比值 )的关系 ,2层观测结... 主要通过常规气象参数、湍流特性和能量闭合度对 2套涡度相关系统的观测结果进行了比较研究 .对 2层高度湍流特性的研究中 ,以相似理论为基础 ,分析了垂直风速的标准差和稳定度参数z L(观测高度与莫宁霍夫长度比值 )的关系 ,2层观测结果对垂直风速的标准差和稳定度参数z L的模拟方程显示 2 3m观测数据的模拟结果更符合通用方程的经验参数 .最后对 2层高度的半年时间内 ( 2 0 0 3 0 1 0 1 )~ ( 2 0 0 3 0 6 30 )总体能量闭合度和能量闭合度的时间变化趋势作了对比研究 .结果表明 ,39m观测结果的总体能量闭合度要高于 2 3m的总体能量闭合度 ;但从各自的能量闭合度的时间变化来看 ,2 3m在冬季的能量闭合度要高于 39m ,而在春季 39m的能量闭合度要高于 2 3m . 展开更多

The proposed method firstly uses support vector machine (SVM) classifiers to learn an initial query concept. Then the proposed active learning scheme employs similarity measure to check the current version space and selects images with maximum expected information gain to solicit user's label. Finally, the learned query is refined based on the user's further feedback. With the combination of SVM classifier and similarity measure, the proposed method can alleviate model bias existing in each of them. Our experiments on several query concepts show that the proposed method can learn the user's query concept quickly and effectively only with several iterations. 展开更多

The numerical calculation method is widely used in the evaluation of slope stability,but it cannot take the randomness and fuzziness into account that exist in rock and soil engineering objectively.The fuzzy optimization theory is thus introduced to the evaluation of slope stability by this paper and a method of fuzzy optimal selection of similar slopes is put forward to analyze slope stability.By comparing the relative membership degrees that the evaluated object sample of slope is similar to the source samples of which the stabilities are detected clearly,the source sample with the maximal relative membership degree will be chosen as the best similar one to the object sample,and the stability of the object sample can be evaluated by that of the best similar source sample.In the process many uncertain influential factors are considered and characteristics and knowledge of the source samples are obtained.The practical calculation indicates that it can achieve good results to evaluate slope stability by using this method. 展开更多

The RGB2GRAY conversion model is the most popular and classical tool for image decolorization. A recent study showed that adapting the three weighting parameters in this first-order linear model with a discrete searching solver has a great potential in its c6nversion ability. In this paper, we present a two-step strategy to efficiently extend the parameter searching solver to a two-order multivariance polynomial model, as a sum of three subspaces. We show that the first subspace in the two-order model is the most important and the second one can be seen as a refinement. In the first stage of our model, the gradient correlation similarity (Gcs) measure is used on the first subspace to obtain an immediate grayed image. Then, Gcs is applied again to select the optimal result from the immettiate grayed image plus the second subspace-induced candidate images. Experimental results show the advantages of the proposed approach in terms of quantitative evaluation, qualitative evaluation, and algorithm complexity. 展开更多
