近年来我国越来越重视研发创新,并加大了对研发创新项目的投入。为了探究研发创新是否真的能带动经济增长,本研究中通过对中国31个省(市)自治区2010~2016年研究发展支出、省区生产总值数值分析,利用回归分析法和动态数据包络分析法,分... 近年来我国越来越重视研发创新,并加大了对研发创新项目的投入。为了探究研发创新是否真的能带动经济增长,本研究中通过对中国31个省(市)自治区2010~2016年研究发展支出、省区生产总值数值分析,利用回归分析法和动态数据包络分析法,分别从研发资本存量、发明专利以及企业家数证实创新产出与经济增长的关系。分析得到研发创新提升对于经济发展有促进作用,研究与试验发展、发明专利和企业家数量对省区生产总值数值有显著性影响;并提出要关注研究发展支出上面所形成的发明专利的背后经济效果。 展开更多

Based on the methodology provided by Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development,we analyze regional disparities in China's mainland at provincial level between 2000 and 2005.It regards regional GDP growth as the joint result of contribution of a number of factors,i.e.capital productivity,capital per manpower,specialization,employment rate,active population,and population.The results show that for all provincial units,capital per manpower is a dominant contributing factor to the growth of GDP per capita during the period from 2000 to 2005 while capital productivity has quite significant negative impacts.Specialization contributes differently in different provinces.In most provincial units,employment rate and age activity have a positive impact on growth of GDP per capita,though not very significantly. 展开更多
