The geometric accuracy of topographic mapping with high-resolution remote sensing images is inevita-bly affected by the orbiter attitude jitter.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct preliminary research on the stereo m...The geometric accuracy of topographic mapping with high-resolution remote sensing images is inevita-bly affected by the orbiter attitude jitter.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct preliminary research on the stereo mapping camera equipped on lunar orbiter before launching.In this work,an imaging simulation method consid-ering the attitude jitter is presented.The impact analysis of different attitude jitter on terrain undulation is conduct-ed by simulating jitter at three attitude angles,respectively.The proposed simulation method is based on the rigor-ous sensor model,using the lunar digital elevation model(DEM)and orthoimage as reference data.The orbit and attitude of the lunar stereo mapping camera are simulated while considering the attitude jitter.Two-dimensional simulated stereo images are generated according to the position and attitude of the orbiter in a given orbit.Experi-mental analyses were conducted by the DEM with the simulated stereo image.The simulation imaging results demonstrate that the proposed method can ensure imaging efficiency without losing the accuracy of topographic mapping.The effect of attitude jitter on the stereo mapping accuracy of the simulated images was analyzed through a DEM comparison.展开更多

The designer can observe the movement and machining course of the whole machine tool and understand accurately the kinematics parameters of components such as position, velocity and acceleration. Also the designer can estimate the pose of components in the virtual circumstance and forecast accurately and correct problems which may appear during the design before the prototype is manufactured to assure the feasibility of design scheme, shorten period of product design and reduce product cost. The simulation system is used during the design of CK1416 high speed and precision numerical control lathe. The curves of ball screw angular velocity and carriage displacement agree well with the results of theoretical calculation and the constructed model is correct.展开更多

The sliding speed, torque transmitted through the clutch, and the rate at which energy is dissipated during the process were determined. Using this model, the calculation during simulation can be simplified. In order to explore the influence of welding parameters and to investigate the Al alloy (AA) nugget formation process, a comprehensive model involving electrical-thermal-mechanical and metallurgical analysis was estab...In order to explore the influence of welding parameters and to investigate the Al alloy (AA) nugget formation process, a comprehensive model involving electrical-thermal-mechanical and metallurgical analysis was established to numerically display the resistance spot welding (RSW) process within multiple fields and understand the AA-RSW physics. A multi-disciplinary finite element method (FEM) framework and a empirical sub-model were built to analyze the affecting factors on weld nugget and the underlying nature of welding physics with dynamic simulation procedure. Specifically, a counter-intuitive phenomenon of the resistance time-variation caused by the transient inverse virtual variation (TIVV) effect was highlighted and analyzed on the basis of welding current and temperature distribution simulation. The empirical model describing the TIVV phenomenon was used for modifying the dynamic resistance simulation during the AA spot welding process. The numerical and experimental results show that the proposed multi-field FEM model agrees with the measured AA welding feature, and the modified dynamic resistance model captures the physics of nugget growth and the electrical-thermal behavior under varying welding current and fluctuating heat input.展开更多

The PC and MCS-96 chip controller employ A/D and D/A boards (with photoelectricity isolation) to transfer measur ment and control information about homing head, gyro and rudder and utilize the digital hand shaking board to build correct communication communication protocol. In order to satisfy the real-time requirement of HLS, this paper first simplifies the aerodynamic data file reasonably, then builds a PC software with C language. The program of the controller part is made with PL/M language. The simulation of HLS based on PC is done with the same sampling period of 10ms as that of YH-F1 and the experiment results are identical to those of digital simulation of the homing anti-tank guided missile.展开更多

[Methed] Specific primers were designed for the partial encoding sequence of actin, which were obtained by screening the T7 phage display library of Cryptosporidium andersoni, and the actin gene CA42 was amplified by PCR. Recombinant eukaryotic expression plasmid pVAX1-CA42 was constructed and transfected to Hela cells with lipofection strategy. Indirect im- munofluorescence staining, SDS-PAGE and Western blotting analysis were used to detect the expression of recombinant protein in Hela cells. [Result] CA42 protein was successfully expressed in Hela cells, and the expression products had reactogenicity. Each module has four rotary joints and a self-turning mec...To solve the problem of inaccurate angle adjustment in the self-assembly process, a new homogenous hybrid modular self-reconfigurable robot-Xmobot is designed. Each module has four rotary joints and a self-turning mechanism. With the proposed self-turning mechanism, the angle adjusting accuracy of the module is increased to 2°, and the relative position adjusting efficiency of the module in the self-assembly process is also improved. The measured maximum moving distance of the proposed module in a gait cycle is 11.0 cm. Aiming at the multiple degree of freedom (MDOF) feature of the proposed module, a motion controller based on the central pattern generator (CPG) is proposed. The control of five joints of the module only requires two CPG oscillators. The CPG-based motion controller has three basic output modes, i. e. the oscillation, the rotation, and the fixed modes. The serpentine and the wheeled movements of the H-shaped robot are simulated, respectively. The results show that the average velocities of the two movements are 15. 2 and 20. 1 m/min, respectively. The proposed CPG-based motion controller is evaluated to be effective.展开更多

A software named SVC3D(3 dimensional simulation of vehicle crash) is developed in the FORTRAN language. Results\ The results of simulation have a good coincidence with those of tests and the restraint system with low elongation webbing and equipped with pretensioner provides better restraint effect for the occupant. Conclusion\ The model of vehicle occupant multibody system and SVC3D are suitable for use. Occupant should be belted with low elongation webbing to a certain degree and occupant restraint system should be equipped with pretensioner.展开更多

Each module unit of the robot has 12 freedoms and is composed of six rotary joints and one cubic link. An attached/detached mechanism was designed on the rotary joints. A novel space transmitting system was placed on the inner portion of the cubic link. A motor separately transmitted torque to the six joints which were distributed equally on six surfaces of the cubic link. The example of a basic motion for the module was demonstrated. The result shows that the robot is concise and compact in structure, highly efficient in transmission, credible in connecting, and simple in controlling. At the same time, a simulator is developed to graphically design the system configuration, the reconfiguration process and the motion of cluster modules. The character of local action for the cellular automata (CA) is utilized. Each module is simplified as a cell. The transition rules of the CA are developed to combine with the genetic algorithm (GA) and applied to each module to accomplish distributed control. Simulation proves that the method is effective and feasible.展开更多
A molecular dynamics (MD) simulation is carried out to analyze the effect of cutting edge radius,cutdepth, and grinding speed on the depth of subsurface damage layers in monocrystal silicon grinding processes on an ...A molecular dynamics (MD) simulation is carried out to analyze the effect of cutting edge radius,cutdepth, and grinding speed on the depth of subsurface damage layers in monocrystal silicon grinding processes on an atomic scale. The results show that when the cutting edge radius decreases in the nanometric grinding process with the same cut-depth and grinding speed, the depth of the damage layers and the potential energy between the silicon atoms decrease too. Also, when the cut depth increases, both the depth of the damage layers and the potential energy between silicon atoms increase. When the grinding speed is between 20 and 200m/s,the depth of the damage layers does not change much with the increase of the grinding speed under the same cutting edge radius and cut depth conditions. This means that the MD simulation is not sensitive to changes in the grinding speed, and thus increasing the grinding speed properly can shorten the sion,the subsurface damage of monocrystal silicon is silicon atoms, which is verified by the ultra-precision simulation time and enlarge the simulation scale. Theoretical analysis and simulation experiments firstly show that not only the systematical stiffness of workpiece, spindle and tools, but also the regenerated coefficient affects the compensation displacement effect. 文摘A molecular dynamics (MD) simulation is carried out to analyze the effect of cutting edge radius,cutdepth, and grinding speed on the depth of subsurface damage layers in monocrystal silicon grinding processes on an atomic scale. The results show that when the cutting edge radius decreases in the nanometric grinding process with the same cut-depth and grinding speed, the depth of the damage layers and the potential energy between the silicon atoms decrease too. Also, when the cut depth increases, both the depth of the damage layers and the potential energy between silicon atoms increase. When the grinding speed is between 20 and 200m/s,the depth of the damage layers does not change much with the increase of the grinding speed under the same cutting edge radius and cut depth conditions. This means that the MD simulation is not sensitive to changes in the grinding speed, and thus increasing the grinding speed properly can shorten the sion,the subsurface damage of monocrystal silicon is silicon atoms, which is verified by the ultra-precision simulation time and enlarge the simulation scale. In conclumainly based on the change of the potential energy between grinding and CMP experiments.
文摘In this paper we address the dynamics of compensation cutting process from both Laplace s frequency domain and the time domain of the first time, using the two computer aided analyzing softwares: MATLAB and SIMULINK. Theoretical analysis and simulation experiments firstly show that not only the systematical stiffness of workpiece, spindle and tools, but also the regenerated coefficient affects the compensation displacement effect. The results show that the SREC is practicable in reality to decease the spindle induced errors in many engineering applications such as hard boring through simulation and the preliminary experiment results.
文摘Using a nonlinear time varying tyre model, this paper simulatively analyzes the influence of road surface roughness amplitude and road spatial frequency on automobile ground adhesion ability. The result shows that with the increase of road surface roughness, the tyre adhesion ability declines, and the automotive braking distance increases. Moreover, the reliability of the nonlinear time varying tyre model in reflecting the influence of the road surface roughness is validated. It is testified that this model is an effective dynamic one in the simulation of automotive braking performance on uneven road.
