With aging, it changed a lot due to the volume loss of soft tissue. In recent studies, the aging process of the Asians whose eyelids flled with more soft tissue had signifcant impacts on the ocular contour. The aim of our work was to investigate the changes of the ocular contour of Asian people and establish a curve to describe it. In this study, it was demonstrated that the aging was not only linked to the distance between the inferior border of palpebral bag and the midpoint of palpebral fissure, but also correlated with the angle between palpebral fissure and the facial midline. Therefore, “Youthful Curve of Ocular Region” was established with measurements based on mentioned two areas. This curve went through the regions of upper and lower eyelid area and palpebral bags area. In addition, by using multivariate linear regression, a mathematical model to analyze this curve was obtained. The mathematical model was a crucial supplement to evaluate appearance age of ocular region in Asian people. Moreover, it had great potential in developments of anti-aging effects of eye cosmetics.展开更多
