Air traffic controllers face challenging initiatives due to uncertainty in air traffic.One way to support their initiatives is to identify similar operation scenes.Based on the operation characteristics of typical bus...Air traffic controllers face challenging initiatives due to uncertainty in air traffic.One way to support their initiatives is to identify similar operation scenes.Based on the operation characteristics of typical busy area control airspace,an complexity measurement indicator system is established.We find that operation in area sector is characterized by aggregation and continuity,and that dimensionality and information redundancy reduction are feasible for dynamic operation data base on principle components.Using principle components,discrete features and time series features are constructed.Based on Gaussian kernel function,Euclidean distance and dynamic time warping(DTW)are used to measure the similarity of the features.Then the matrices of similarity are input in Spectral Clustering.The clustering results show that similar scenes of trend are not ideal and similar scenes of modes are good base on the indicator system.Finally,actual vertical operation decisions for area sector and results of identification are compared,which are visualized by metric multidimensional scaling(MDS)plots.We find that identification results can well reflect the operation at peak hours,but controllers make different decisions under the similar conditions before dawn.The compliance rate of busy operation mode and division decisions at peak hours is 96.7%.The results also show subjectivity of actual operation and objectivity of identification.In most scenes,we observe that similar air traffic activities provide regularity for initiatives,validating the potential of this approach for initiatives and other artificial intelligence support.展开更多

The program constitutes the policies for solving specific problems such as the mismanaged assets of some banks and the recovery of regulating and supervising of the sector. This study aims to analyze the efficiency and productivity changes in the Turkish banking sector during 2002-2009. During this period the Banking Sector Restructuring Program has been applied. The data envolepment analysis （DEA） is conducted for the efficiency measurement under the production and intermediation approaches and it is observed that the efficiency of banks increased for both approaches. The mean efficiency values for the intermediation approach are higher than the values for the production approach, indicating a better functioning in financial intermediation as compared to their operational performance. The Malmquist index based on the intermediation approach is calculated to determine the productivity of the banking sector. It is observed that the productivity of banks increased during the period and the increase resulted mainly from investments in technology.展开更多

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of long-snake moxibustion plus Western medicine for chronic heart failure due to heart-kidney yang deficiency.Methods A total of 80 patients were randomized into a control gr...Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of long-snake moxibustion plus Western medicine for chronic heart failure due to heart-kidney yang deficiency.Methods A total of 80 patients were randomized into a control group and an observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine Western medicine,and the observation group was treated with long-snake moxibustion therapy on the basis of routine Western medicine.Left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),stroke volume(SV)and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDd)were measured before and after treatment,and the heart function was assessed.The serum brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)level was measured,the 6 min walking distance was recorded,and the Minnesota living with heart failure questionnaire(MLHFQ)was assessed and scored.The serum galectin-3(Gal-3)and soluble growth stimulation expressed gene 2(sST2)protein levels were measured.Clinical efficacy was evaluated after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,LVEF and LVEDd in both groups were significantly improved(all P<0.05),and LVEF,SV and LVEDd in the observation group were superior to those in the control group(all P<0.05).The heart function classification in both groups were improved after treatment(both P<0.05),and the heart function classification in the observation group was superior to that in the control group(P<0.05).The serum BNP level in both groups decreased(both P<0.05),and the serum BNP level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The 6 min walking distance and MLHFQ scores in both groups were improved(all P<0.05),and the 6 min walking distance and MLHFQ score in the observation group were superior to those in the control group(both P<0.05).The serum Gal-3 and sST2 levels in the observation group decreased significantly(both P<0.05),and all lower than those in the control group(both P<0.05).Conclusion Long-snake moxibustion plus Western medicine has significant efficacy in treating chronic heart failure due to heart-kidney yang deficiency;it can improve heart function,reduce the serum BNP level,and improve the exercise endurance and quality of life in the patients.This may be related to the down-regulation of serum Gal-3 and sST2 levels.展开更多

Because of the enormous influence of media supervision and the uncertainty of its outcomes, the relationship between the media and the court has always been tense. Currently, the main model of media trial supervision centers on trial results; that is, media questions and criticisms tend to revolve around the substantive outcome of the trial in the hope that the courts will change the verdict. This supervisory model potentially risks encroaching on judicial independence. In the context of China＇s transitional society, such risks will be hard to control and will often develop into immediate social conflicts, jeopardizing the impartiality of the trial. To avoid this, the model of media supervision centered on trial results should shift to one centered on the conduct of the trial.展开更多
