The vector transformation and pole reduction from the total-field anomaly are signifi cant for the interpretation.We examined these industry-standard processing procedures in the Fourier domain.We propose a novel iter...The vector transformation and pole reduction from the total-field anomaly are signifi cant for the interpretation.We examined these industry-standard processing procedures in the Fourier domain.We propose a novel iteration algorithm for regional magnetic anomalies transformations to derive the vertical-component data from the total-field measurements with the variation in the core-fi eld direction over the region.Additionally,we use the same algorithm to convert the calculated vertical-component data into the corresponding data at the pole and realize the processing of diff erential reduction to the pole(DRTP).Unlike Arkani-Hamed’s DRTP method,the two types of iterative algorithms have the same forms,and DRTP is realized by implementing this algorithm twice.The synthetic model’s calculation results show that the method has high accuracy,and the fi eld data processing confi rms its practicality.展开更多
To avoid the machine problems of excessive axial force, complex process flow and frequent tool changing during robotic drilling holes, a new hole-making technology (i.e., helical milling hole) was introduced for desig...To avoid the machine problems of excessive axial force, complex process flow and frequent tool changing during robotic drilling holes, a new hole-making technology (i.e., helical milling hole) was introduced for designing a new robotic helical milling hole system, which could further improve robotic hole-making ability in airplane digital assembly. After analysis on the characteristics of helical milling hole, advantages and limitations of two typical robotic helical milling hole systems were summarized. Then, vector model of helical milling hole movement was built on vector analysis method. Finally, surface roughness calculation formula was deduced according to the movement principle of helical milling hole, then the influence of main technological parameters on surface roughness was analyzed. Analysis shows that theoretical surface roughness of hole becomes poor with the increase of tool speed ratio and revolution radius. Meanwhile, the roughness decreases according to the increase of tool teeth number. The research contributes greatly to the construction of roughness prediction model in helical milling hole.展开更多

Transactions among those variables enable Human Resources (HR) practitioners to apply HRM theory in their organizations. Secondly, this paper discusses use of quantitative methods in HRM. They are vector analysis and decision tree analysis. Those analyses enable HR practitioners to make effective HR decisions. Decision tree sets HR alternatives to efficiently implement HRM practices in organizations. Research question is how HR practitioners apply quantitative methods in department of HRM in firms. The cl...Power Quality (PQ) combined disturbances become common along with ubiquity of voltage flickers and harmonics. This paper presents a novel approach to classify the different patterns of PQ combined disturbances. The classification system consists of two parts, namely the feature extraction and the automatic recognition. In the feature extraction stage, Phase Space Reconstruction (PSR), a time series analysis tool, is utilized to construct disturbance signal trajectories. For these trajectories, several indices are proposed to form the feature vectors. Support Vector Machines (SVMs) are then implemented to recognize the different patterns and to evaluate the efficiencies. The types of disturbances discussed include a combination of short-term dis-turbances (voltage sags, swells) and long-term disturbances (flickers, harmonics), as well as their homologous single ones. The feasibilities of the proposed approach are verified by simulation with thousands of PQ events. Comparison studies based on Wavelet Transform (WT) and Artificial Neural Network (ANN) are also reported to show its advantages.展开更多

Combining signal tracking and navigation solution,vector tracking can realize powerful processing capabilities by the fusion technique of receiving channel and feedback correction. In this paper,we try to break through the complicated details of numerical analysis,consider the overall influencing factors of the residual in observed data,and use the intrinsic link between a conventional receiver and a vector receiver. A simple method for performance analysis of the vector tracking algorithm is proposed. Kalman filter has the same steady performance with the classic digital lock loop through the analysis of the relation between gain and band width. The theoretical analysis by the least squares model shows that the reduction of range error is the basis for the superior performance realized by vector tracking. Thus,the bounds of its performance enhancement under weak signal and highly dynamic conditions can be deduced. Simulation results verify the effectiveness of the analysis presented here.展开更多
