However, at the same time, the huge online transaction space has also prompted the emergence of online knowledge and fake buying behaviors. In the face of such behaviors, the definition of consumer identity and the constituent elements of operators’ fraudulent behaviors are still the top priority of judicial practice. Excessive behavior of knowing and buying fake products will undoubtedly destroy the normal market order, which is no longer an effective supervision of market transactions. Therefore, this paper sorts out the characteristics of the behavior of knowing and buying fake goods in online transactions, and improves the relevant legal regulations on the behavior of knowing and buying fake goods in online transactions by relaxing the identification of consumers, strengthening the supervision responsibility of online trading platforms and establishing a credit record system for professional counterfeiters, so as to promote the benign development of the market economy.展开更多
