知识产权指数成分股专利评价实证研究——基于DII和Innography数据库的分析 被引量:3

以DII和Innography为数据源,采用H指数、核心专利、专利诉讼次数、专利总数等指标对美国Ocean Tomo300TM指数成分股进行了评价。结果表明,H指数与核心专利指标在进行专利价值评价方面是有效的,而且评价结果呈现较显著相关。

本文对大规模汉语短语树库中的短语直接成分进行了抽取,在统计各短语结构直接成分频次的基础上排序,并进行短语成分的齐普夫定律验证。实验由局部及整体两部分组成:在局部实验中,对单一短语直接成分进行齐普夫定律验证;在整体实验... 本文对大规模汉语短语树库中的短语直接成分进行了抽取,在统计各短语结构直接成分频次的基础上排序,并进行短语成分的齐普夫定律验证。实验由局部及整体两部分组成:在局部实验中,对单一短语直接成分进行齐普夫定律验证;在整体实验中,对全部短语直接成分进行齐普夫定律验证。实验结果表明,在汉语短语树库中,短语的直接成分分布符合齐普夫定律。这个现象表明,从计量角度而言,汉语短语具有其内核知识,并以内核为基础在最省力原则下对不同语境进行派生,这种派生首先要围绕语法内核知识进行构建,同时又要根据不同语境进行拓展。本研究一方面实现了面向短语层次的语法知识抽取,从计量角度揭示了汉语短语构成的分布规律;另一方面对于中文信息处理中的短语识别、自动句法分析等研究提供短语基础知识支持,这些知识最终可应用于术语短语识别、自动标引、知识抽取、语义分析等研究。 展开更多

Healthcare Risk Management and Patient Safety in Turkish Hospital

Patient safety is an important component of risk management in hospitals. The aim of the study is to measure physician and nurse awareness about four selected patient safety indicators by authors and events reported about these relevant indicators in the hospital. The study uses standardized four patientsafety indicators like "needle sticks, cut wounds, dressing allergy, infections indicators". Cross section study was conducted through three month period in 2011-2012 based on voluntary response to the questionnaire that intend to measure knowledge about four health indicators. Studypopulations consisted of accessible sample of 146 different specialty physicians and 108 nurses present on duty during survey period. The association between the patient safety indicators and events reported about indicators in questionswere analyzed. Meanpatient safety knowledge questionnaire scores of health staff (nurse and physician) for needle sticks, cut wounds, dressing allergy, infections indicators were 47.13(11.8), 39.04(14.5), 38.02(10.5), 39.72(9.7), respectively. Significant statistical differences were also found between the frequency of events reported according to department and patient safety indicators (F = 8.34; p 〈 0.05) Measuring patient safety culture via safety indicators is essential in improving patient safety. This matter is perfectly influence the financial management of the hospital. 展开更多

Firstly, this paper makes a brief introduction of the process, then introduces and discusses the significance, including sentence production, function of adjustment, fossilization solution, focusing on grammar phenomenon and grasping the components of language. In this paper, I examine Steve Fuller's "sociological" social epistemology that must be distinguished from its "philosophical" counterpart. Fuller's sociological social epistemology can prompt deep philosophical analyses of the conditions for knowledge that themselves bear on what should count as knowledge. That is, it can be a vital prelude to developing an interdisciplinary investigation into educational issues. This paper looks at the three features that form an integral part of Fuller's social epistemology, which is partly elucidatory and partly critical: naturalistic, normative, and organizational aspects. It goes on to explore whether and to what extent Fuller's criticism of an "always already" thesis in philosophy and his idea of "knowledge management" afford an understanding of human knowledge in particular and human development in general. This paper concludes with an observation that Fuller's social epistemology is flawed in some respects but nonetheless is of relevance to the philosophical study of education. 展开更多

This research drew from social learning and international development literature. The purpose of this community research was to trace the spread and impact of sweetpotato flour in two rural communities in Papua New Guinea. Research strategy was participatory learning and action utilizing participatory mapping. The paper mapping process was documented using a video recorder and field notes. Geographic Information Systems technology was then used to incorporate local spatial knowledge on scale maps to show spread of knowledge. The main finding was the identification of social networks through tracking of sweetpotato knowledge: identifying who used the knowledge and whether there were any modifications, the location of those who used the knowledge and whether this was shared and with whom. Most significant was the enabling factors that strengthened existing and potential future networks. Community leadership styles determine success of development projects. Rural communities are diverse needing participatory multi-layered methodologies that are people oriented for agricultural technologies to be learnt and utilized for improved livelihood. 展开更多

This research aimed to determine instruments for analysis of knowledge management in operators companies of metropolitan transport systems. How much the goal was an exploratory research, how much the procedure was a literature search, how much as nature was an applied research, and how much as approach was qualitative research? The following instruments were identified and selected: (a) the methodology for the analysis of metropolitan transport systems; (b) the knowledge management maturity model (Siemens); and (c) Documentation and Information Centre. The simulation, using the tools in the knowledge management to analyze the Company Metropolitan of S^io Paulo--METRO, identified the need for improvements in eight areas and the problems: (1) rethink the knowledge management area; (2) develop new knowledge management policies; (3) define responsibilities in knowledge management area; (4) implement new knowledge management processes; (5) explore new ways and structures of knowledge; (6) consider the internal and external actors in knowledge management actions; (7) expand the dissemination of the collaborative culture; and (8) integrate in the knowledge management area current and future initiatives. The analysis shows that the transposition of the current situation to the desired situation for the company can be obtained with the implementation of an Information and Documentation Centre. The conclusion is that this set of tools allows to characterize, evaluate, and model the knowledge management in this business. 展开更多
