劝服知识模型在健康传播领域的应用——以合肥市垃圾分类公益广告为例

为了解全国试点城市之一的合肥市垃圾分类公益广告(以下简称PSAWS)的实施情况,以健康传播研究为论述背景,应用劝服知识模型分析PSAWS并进行调查.调研结果显示,在劝服努力和劝服情节方面,受众最希望通过健康传播渠道中的互联网(手机、电脑)获取PSAWS,最容易接受的表现形式是“实景真人类”,最感兴趣的内容是“垃圾不分类的危害”,最感兴趣的拍摄情节是“示范分类”;在劝服应对行为方面,经过赋值后发现,不足两成的受众对PSAWS具有积极的应对行为,四成的受众则具有消极的应对行为.

园区知识产权服务支撑产业升级机理与路径研究

在梳理国内外文献的基础上,认知现有文献研究产业升级的不足之处,界定了园区知识产权服务的内涵,划分其维度,并探讨了园区知识产权服务支撑产业升级的运作机理,归纳了园区知识产权服务支撑产业升级的三条路径。

基于劝服知识理论和信息属性框架的广告效果研究

本研究从“消费者在怀疑的基础上能动地使用广告信息”这一基本假设出发，构建了基于劝服知识理论和信息属性框架的广告效果模型。通过187名学生参加的实验对模型进行检验。结果发现：消费者对广告的信任、体验、搜索属性感知对操纵意向感知和广告可信性有不同方向与程度的影响；操纵意向感知对广告可信性有显著的积极影响；广告怀疑既直接影响操纵意向感知和广告可信性，也对它们之间的关系起调节作用。

利用信息技术和数据库技术提供的知识管理服务是医学知识服务的重要模式,构建专业的医学知识服务系统、搭建知识服务平台,是有效实施医学知识服务的重要手段。循证医学专题综述知识系统,已经成为国外提供医学知识服务的重要形式之一,出现了诸如UpToDate、DynaMed、BMJ Clinical Evidence、MD Consult等一批高质量的医学知识系统。以UpToDate知识系统为例,从知识系统的框架结构、系统功能、系统特色和评价研究等方面详细介绍了国外循证医学主题综述知识系统的发展现状,为国内医学知识服务平台和知识系统的开发提供参考和借鉴。

门诊患者中药汤剂煎服知识认知度和依从性的调查分析

调查门诊患者对中药汤剂煎服知识的认知度和依从性。方法 选择2022年8月至2023年8月我院门诊收治的200例患者 进行问卷调查,了解患者对中药汤剂煎服知识的认知度和依从性。结果 性别与年龄不是影响患者认知度与依从性差异的因素(P>0.05);不同煎煮频次对患者中药汤剂煎服认知度及依从性存在差异(P<0.05)。结论 应加强对门诊患者的中药汤剂煎服知识教育,提高患者对中药汤剂的正确煎服依从性。

On the development of modern service industry under mismatched Blotto game of knowledge flow

In order to highlight and analyze the influence of heterogeneous knowledge flows to enterprises in the modern service industry,based on a review of the Colonel Blotto game,some presumptions such as the game's utility function are modified,and a mechanism to change tacit knowledge into explicit knowledge is constructed to carry out an analysis of a two-player knowledge flow management.The characteristics of the players' optimal reactions of knowledge flow management are studied,and the results bear evidence of the facts that a gap always exists under the spillover effect.Meanwhile,tacit knowledge seems more important to the development of enterprises than explicit knowledge.So it implies that the foremost task for the development of the modern service industry is to strengthen the settings and institutions for the flux of tacit knowledge and enterprise knowledge management.

From Knowledge to Wisdom： The Case of a Micro-financing Network

As one of the most important and strategic actors of sustainable development, the micro-financing （MF） organizations are continuously adopting new strategic methods of collaboration for the success of their micro-financing missions. The paper presents the case of a newly established network of MF organizations created for the strategic objective of not only collaboration but for optimizing inter-organizational knowledge sharing systems for the micro-financing services. The purpose of the paper is to show the method used for the creation of this network, the mechanisms for its management, and the dynamisms and success factor,~ leading to its continuous development. The findings are derived from an interview with one of its most strategic founders, and material is provided by the network, and a questionnaire is administered to the members of the network. The results imply theoretical implications to innovation management and organizational development and change since the source of the creation of this network is innovative, and for the competencies of the founders and their awareness of the importance of change lead to the creation of this network. And the results also lead to managerial implications in the micro-financing sector through the provision of a unique excellent command example to follow.

Towards a multilingual, multimedia and multimodal digital library platform

The China-US Million Book Digital Library Project （Million Book Project） is an intemational cooperation program between China and the US. However, one million digitized books are considered not to be the ultimate goal of the project, but a first step towards universal access to human knowledge. In particular, there are four challenges about the new way to analyze, process, operate, visualize and interact with digital media resource in this library. To tackle these challenges, North China Centre of Million Book Project （in Chinese Academy of Sciences） has initiated several innovative research projects in areas such as multimedia content analysis and retrieval, bilingual services, multimodal information presentation, and knowledge-based organization and services. In this keynote speech, we simply review our work in these areas, and argue that by technological cooperation with these innovation research topics, the project will develop a top-level digital library platform for the million book library.

The ultimate goal is to transform these relationships into greater profitability by increasing repeat purchase rates and reducing customer acquisition costs. Customer relationship management （CRM） has a significant potential to leverage an organization＇s performance, but it does not come without a clear sense of destination and typically without pain. For the research methodology we use the database of customers of a Romanian accounting services company Vulpoi ＆ Toader Management SRL, which is an important player in this market. The goal of our paper is to find out the link between knowledge management （KM） and CRM for this company and how these ＂innovations＂ contribute to increasing the value of the business.

A Look at Meaning Eliminativism

What is the mental realization of our knowledge of the meaning of words？ Does the lexical side of our semantic competence depend on the fact that we have dedicated representations of the semantic properties of lexemes or does it arise from world knowledge, encyclopedic information, and non-linguistic categorization？ According to meaning eliminativism, lexical concepts have no robust psychological reality and our ability to use the words of a language should not be explained in terms of knowledge of their conventional semantic value, conceived as their array of possible senses. To start, I will briefly explain what meaning eliminativism is and illustrate the key arguments that have been offered in its defense. Then, I will argue that such arguments are not as persuasive as they wish, and I will show that there are convincing theoretical and empirical reasons to maintain that meaning eliminativism is not a plausible claim about the nature of our lexical skills.

How I Found My Way to the Written Word Through Visual Art

The author＇s practice-led research explores ＂the act of living.＂ In order to advance this idea, the author has acquired skills in investigation and expresses her thinking through a descriptive and explanatory visual language. The author＇s learning journey, while not unique, has not been an ordinary one. Initial academic failure to achieve in the school education system contributed to her choosing a life working on the land and harbouring the belief that she was unable to learn academically. Still, the author has gained a rich base of physical knowledge and experience through the traditional oral route including learning interpersonal communication through body language and vocal tonality. The author has used this intuitive knowledge to develop an arts practice where she explores the bio-cultural links between people and the lands they inhabit, creating works that aim to extend knowing through emphasising the experience and atmosphere of landscape. At this time, when our lives have become increasingly encoded and intellectually based, the author shares a belief with American philosopher Eugene Gendlin （b. 1926） that the ＂felt sense＂ can be developed in order to enable us to engage more fully with the world around us. The author explores this idea in her visual art but also realizes the need to express it in writing, both in order to reach a wider public and because of the possibilities offered by the written word to make public which is private and held deep within.

On Effective Virtual Networks Interconnection

The network services today require extremely agile and mobile, however, the traditional IP infrastructures are so rigid that cannot fit services well. A way should be put forward to automate the network to improve responsiveness to change. SDN and network virtualization(NV) are two hottest approaches to make networking more automated and scalable to support virtualized and cloud environments. Network virtualization combines hardware and software network resources and network functionality into a single virtual network. SDN is created to simplify traffic management and achieve operational efficiencies by establish and exercising central control over packet forwarding. In this paper, we focus on the situation where SDN controller needs to connect two virtual networks temporarily. We put forward three algorithms to try to make this connection more effective and evaluate these three algorithms.

Measuring Audit Firms＇ Intellectual Capital as a Determinant of Audit Quality： A Suggested Model

The intellectual capital is a main source of competing advantage. Many studies developed measure（s） of intellectual capital of industrial and service firms. Few studies have tried to develop a reliable measure of intellectual capital in audit firms. This study extends the current models to provide more insight into the role of intellectual capital in audit firms. The aim of this study is to develop a quantitative model to measure audit firms＇ intellectual capital. The suggested model can be used to explore the relationship between the intellectual capital in audit firms and audit quality. The model combines the main components of intellectual capital （human capital, structural capital, and relational capital）. The suggested model provides a tool that may help to better manage the intellectual capital in audit firms. As this is a theoretical study, a number of hypotheses are presented for testing in the future.

基于公开文书的电子软件知识产权犯罪数据分析研究

在加强知识产权保护,大幅提高科技成果转移转化成效的时代背景下,为保障用户和企业的合法权益,建立和发展健康有序的信息网络产业,深入研究电子软件侵犯知识产权类犯罪的现状特点以及新趋势具有现实意义。课题组通过对全国涉电子软件侵犯知识产权类刑事案件进行调研,发现此类案件主要呈现出团伙化、电商化、犯罪手段多样化等特征,集中于网络游戏行业等民生领域,社会危害性较大。现实中,此类案件频发多与企业内部涉密风控管理意识不强及电商、第三方交易平台监管力度较低紧密相关。司法实践中电子软件知识产权犯罪专业化程度高,在数额、事实认定、证据获取方面存在审理困境。未来我国对涉电子软件知识产权犯罪的规制路径应从完善立法、加强普法、企业内部健全管理制度等方面多措并举加强社会治理;从建立协调联动机制、完善司法解释等方面多方联动提升知识产权刑事司法能力。

The Research and Practice of Professional Knowledge Sharing and Service: A Case Study of the Geography, Resources, and Ecology Knowledge Service System

Knowledge Sharing and Service is one effective way to eliminate knowledge poverty and promote social development.Existing knowledge sharing and service is mainly provided in some organizations or specific social groups.Besides,a knowledge sharing and service system about geography,natural resources and ecology has not been reported.We proposed a public welfare professional knowledge-sharing and service platform for all members of society in geography,natural resources and ecology.The construction of a knowledge-sharing and service platform is based on five aspects of work：analysis of user requirements,setting standards and drafting policies,aggregating knowledge resources,the technical realization and the maintenance of service.Knowledge resources can be aggregated by using a＂two-step＂strategy.A knowledge-sharing and service system can be implemented by using＂four-tier＂structures that are comprised of resources,resource access,application and service,based on the Hadoop-distributed cluster architecture.It has been proven that adhering to the idea of co-building and co-sharing,and using the mechanism of＂payment is equal to benefit＂can effectively promote the gathering of knowledge resources,and arouse the enthusiasm of all members of society to participate in knowledge sharing and service,to achieve the objective of narrowing the knowledge gap between social groups.

Current issues in high-resolution earth observation technology

This paper reviewed the developments of the last ten years in the field of international high-resolution earth observation, and introduced the developmental status and plans for China's high-resolution earth observation program. In addition, this paper expounded the transformation mechanism and procedure from earth observation data to geospatial information and geographical knowledge, and examined the key scientific and technological issues, including earth observation networks, high-precision image positioning, image understanding, automatic spatial information extraction, and focus services. These analyses provide a new impetus for pushing the application of China's high-resolution earth observation system from a "quantity" to "quality" change, from China to the world, from providing products to providing online service.
