[ Method] Dairy cattle with retained placenta were treated with oral administration of Yizhikang powder. And their hemorheological indexes were measured and compared with the corresponding indicators of pre-administration group, healthy group, and control group (sick but untreated).[ Result] There was large decrease amplitude in the indexes (whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, whole blood viscosity reduction viscosity, ESR, ESR equation K value, fibrinogen content, platelet aggregation rate, RBC deformability IF value) of treated dairy cattle with retained placenta. By t test, the indexes, except hematocrit, decreased significantly after treatment (P〈0.05) and reached the status of post partum healthy cows. The hemorheological indexes didn't change significantly in the control group before and after treatment. [ Conclusion] Yizhikang powder could significantly improve blood flow state and reduced the occurrence of qi stagnation and blood stasis in perinatal period.展开更多

Oil pollution from terrestrialsources is an important source of marine oil pollution. In China, oil pollution fromterrestrial sources accounted for more than 80% of the total marine pollutants. Wetlandhas great ecological and environmental value, and researches found that wetland hasthe function of purifying oil pollutants. Beitang Estuary in Tianjin Binhai New Area is amajor fishery port, and also the main sewage outfall. In recent years, with the increaseof oil pollution from terrestrial sources, water quality in Beitang River is deteriorating.The Beitang Estuary has a large area of natural Spartina alterniflora wetland, whichmay effectively remove oil pollution. Environmental investigation was carried out on thewharf, channel and coastal zone near Beitang Estuary. The results showed that theeutrophication in Beitang Estuary is serious, and the water quality is inferior to theworse than the fourth class of sea water quality. Inorganic nitrogen, active phosphateand petroleum hydrocarbons are the main pollutants. Reed, Spartina alterniflora andSeepweed were the dominant species in the Beitang Estuary, and petroleumhydrocarbons were detected in the three plants. It showed that the Beitang Estuary waspolluted by petroleum hydrocarbons, and the three kinds of plants have the ability toabsorb petroleum hydrocarbons. Survey results showed that, whether in the surfaceseawater or sediment, the oil content near the wharf was higher than the channel; thepetroleum hydrocarbon content in the channel was higher than the coastal zone. Theroots, stems and leaves of Spartina alterniflora can intercept oil pollution from terrestrialsources. In addition to absorbing petroleum hydrocarbons, Spartina alterniflora alsoprovides a good habitat for microorganisms,to accelerate microbial degradation ofpetroleum hydrocarbon. Studies have reported that biochar is a sustainable amendment that improves the chemical and physical properties of soil.In this study,an incubation experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of different app...Studies have reported that biochar is a sustainable amendment that improves the chemical and physical properties of soil.In this study,an incubation experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of different application rates of biochar on the cracking pattern and shrinkage characteristics of lime concretion black soil after three wetting and drying cycles.Biochar derived from the corn straw and peanut shell mixture was applied to the soil at rates of 0,50,100,and 150 g kg^(-1)dry weight,representing the treatments T_(0),T_(50),T_(100),and T_(150),respectively.During the wetting and drying cycles,the cracking pattern and shrinkage characteristics of the unamended and amended soil samples were recorded.Application of biochar significantly increased soil organic carbon content in the samples.During soil desiccation,biochar significantly reduced the rate of water loss.Cracks propagated slowly and stopped due to the relatively higher water content in the soil applied with biochar.The cracking area density(ρ_c),equivalent width,fractal dimension,and cracking connectivity index decreased during the drying process with increasing application rate of biochar.Theρ_(c )value of the T_(50),T_(100),and T_(150) treatments decreased by 33.6%,52.1%,and 56.9%,respectively,after three wetting and drying cycles,whereas the T_(0) treatment exhibited a marginal change.The coefficient of linear extensibility,an index used to describe onedimentional shrinkage,of the unamended soil sample(T_(0))was approximately 0.23.Application of 100 and 150 g kg^(-1)biochar to the soil significantly reduced the shrinkage capacity by 41.45%and 45.54%,respectively.The slope of the shrinkage characteristics curve,which indicates the ralationship between soil void ratio and moisture ratio,decreased with increase in the application rate of biochar.Furthermore,compared with the T_(0) treatment,the proportional shrinkage zone of the shrinkage characteristic curve of the T_(50),T_(100),and T_(150) treatments decreased by 5.8%,13.1%,and 12.1%,respectively.Differences were not observed in the moisture ratio at the maximum curvature of the shrinkage characteristic curve among the treatments.The results indicate that biochar can alter the cracking pattern and shrinkage characteristics of lime concretion black soil.However,the effects of biochar on the shrinkage of lime concretion black soil are dependent on the number of wetting and drying cycles.展开更多
