智能绿色矿山建设要求愈加严格,但矿业工程设计企业在引领技术创新和应用方面还存在较大差距,其赋予矿业生产企业的高质量发展动能还有待开发。本文针对矿业工程设计企业技术创新投入占比低,特色技术和装备成果有限,授权专利、行业标准... 智能绿色矿山建设要求愈加严格,但矿业工程设计企业在引领技术创新和应用方面还存在较大差距,其赋予矿业生产企业的高质量发展动能还有待开发。本文针对矿业工程设计企业技术创新投入占比低,特色技术和装备成果有限,授权专利、行业标准以及科技成果奖励的数量难以达到科技型企业标准的现状,指出了企业在发展战略、管理制度、资金投入、研发队伍以及项目管理等方面存在的问题。结合洛阳栾川钼业集团股份有限公司、山东黄金集团有限公司和中国恩菲工程技术有限公司等典型矿业企业的科研管理体系建设经验,从围绕工程应用实际需求建立协同创新共同体,完善市场化分配成果转化分享机制和集成高效、PDCA循环的科研信息运行系统等系列重要举措方面进行了初步探讨,为矿业工程设计企业构建合理的科研管理体系提供参考。 展开更多

基于谷歌公司Daydream虚拟现实平台实现了一种露天矿山虚拟现实漫游系统,展示了虚拟现实技术在矿业设计领域应用的可能性。虚拟现实过程主要包括:首先,采集矿山的地形地质等三维数据,利用Surpac软件进行矿山露天设计;其次,将得到的最终... 基于谷歌公司Daydream虚拟现实平台实现了一种露天矿山虚拟现实漫游系统,展示了虚拟现实技术在矿业设计领域应用的可能性。虚拟现实过程主要包括:首先,采集矿山的地形地质等三维数据,利用Surpac软件进行矿山露天设计;其次,将得到的最终露天境界和相关三维模型导入到游戏引擎中,并进行必要的场景优化;最后,利用C++语言编写脚本实现基本的虚拟现实交互功能,配合虚拟现实头显实现矿山虚拟现实漫游功能。该系统在矿山设计及效果展示上有巨大优势,能够真实呈现设计结果,提高设计效率,具有广阔的应用前景。该系统目前使用的移动平台虚拟现实技术并不成熟,延迟率较高,分辨率较低,易造成眩晕,仍有进一步提高的空间。 展开更多

Surface mining operations extract a large quantity of waste material,which is generally disposed into a dump area.This waste can cause a series of environmental problems ranging from landscape deterioration to acidic water generation and water pollution.Therefore,mine waste management is a significant task in mining operations.As known,in strip mining,the overburden is not transported to waste dumps but disposed directly into adjacent strip which was mined out.This concept can be adapted for mine planning of relatively horizontal deposits through a mixed integer programming(MIP)model.The main idea behind this work is that,in one pit,production voids created in early year of mining are used for waste landfilling in late years of production.In other words,in addition to external dumping,a landfilling option within the same pit is proposed for mine design optimization.The problem is formulated as maximization of the net present value(NPV)of the mining project under the constraints of access,landfill waste handling,mining and processing capacities.A case study using a data set was carried out to see the performance of the proposed approach.The findings showed that this approach could be used in waste management incorporating a landfilling option into mine planning.As a result,material handling costs decrease,and environmental compliance increases due to less external waste quantity. 展开更多

To protect mining areas from electrical fire, it is very important to install electrical nre momtormg system to ensure safety in development of mineral resources and for buildings. In this paper, design for electrical fire monitoring and detection system with optional sensor modules has been proposed. In addition, necessity and suitability of electrical fire monitoring and detection system with optional sensor modules in mining areas have been reviewed. The designed electrical fire monitoring and detection system suit- able for work environment of mining industry is composed by host-computer monitoring software and slave-computer detectors. Monitoring detectors are manufactured by using embedded technology. Exter- nal shells deployed have superior enclosure performances and explosion-proof properties. It is easy to install and maintain the system. In general, the system has reached, or even exceeded standards specified in national standards for performances and appearances of such devices. Test results show application of electrical fire monitoring and detection system can effectively enhance monitoring intensity over the mining areas and provide reliable guarantee to ensure orderly development of mineral resources and to protect physical and property safety of citizens in these areas. 展开更多

Three drums with different helical angles (15°, 20°, and 25°) were developed to investigate improved loading performance of the shearer drum. Nine trials were performed at different drum rotation speeds (80, 100, and 120 r/min) and different haulage speeds (1.5, 2.0, and 2.5 m/min) in an orthogonal test design. Loaded coal quantity and cutting power of the drum were the responses measured under the dif- ferent conditions. The effect of the parameters was determined by means of the extreme difference method. The significance of the effects was determined by analysis of variance. The results indicate that the effect from changes in the helical vane on loading performance of the drum is the largest in magnitude. The haulage speed has the least affect on loading performance. The helical angle has the least affect on cutting power of the drum.
