注浆-钢衬联合堵水立井围岩非达西渗流场与有效应力场分析

高水压条件下采矿深立井围岩的饱和渗流一般处于非达西渗流状态,以此状态下深立井注浆防水与钢衬联合支护方案为研究对象,基于Izbash非达西渗流模型、厚壁圆筒理论以及连续介质弹性力学理论,借助计算机符号运算软件,对注浆-钢衬支护作用下的井周位移场和应力场完成解析求解,通过有限元软件ABAQUS将解析解和数值解进行了对比,两者结果基本一致;基于所得解析解进一步研究了非达西渗流系数变化和注浆-钢衬联合支护参数变化对支护效果的影响;提出了以控制涌水量来对注浆-钢衬联合支护优化设计方法并进行了算例计算。研究结果表明:非达西渗流系数越大,钢材井壁处环向应力随着钢衬厚度、注浆半径增大而减小的幅度也越大,增大非达西渗流系数对与提升注浆-钢衬联合支护的支护效果具有积极作用。

Consultation system of forecasting the mine floor flood

In this paper, on the basis of the analysis of the current situation of the mine floor flood and the consultation system study, the overall design and structure, specially, the mechanism of many kinds of method for making a strategic decision and reasoning of the system of prevention and control of mine floor flood are introduced. The applied examples are given at last.
