Based on the“key strata”theory, the integrated...Spatial structure of overlying strata existed and evolved dynamically with the exploitation scope (boundary conditions) changes in coal mines and to induce rockburst. Based on the“key strata”theory, the integrated spatial structure of overlying strata was put forward, which was composed of “O-X” structure in the plane section and “F” structure in the vertical section. The formation and ongoing instability of the“O-X”and“F”structures were called as dynamic evolution cycle of the overlying strata. Three basic categories of “O-X”, “F” and “T” structures were defined, and the strata behaviors of each spatial structure were analyzed. According to energy theory, mechanism of rockburst induced by spatial structure instability was discussed. The research expanded the scope of traditional ground pressure theory and provided a guide for the prevention of rockburst and mining tremors induced by structure instability of overlying展开更多

The concept of resistance zone is put forward and the critical depth of resistance zone can be used in the forecast and prevention of rockburst. The higher the stress in the coal is, the stronger the deformation and the failure are, and also the signal of the EME will be. The EME is increased by a relatively large margin before the slight shock and rockburst break out at spot. Therefore, some methods to monitor and forecast the danger of rockburst were proposed, including the critical point and devia- tion values, which was by non-contract method. In the end, the observation of EME in Xingfu was used to analyze and forecast the danger level by the rockburst. Then, the measures were proposed to prevent and cure the rockburst.展开更多
In order to understand the properties of impact toughness of coal at different impact speeds,and the change of impact toughness of lump coal to joint directivity of lump coal,a series of impact tests were conducted on...In order to understand the properties of impact toughness of coal at different impact speeds,and the change of impact toughness of lump coal to joint directivity of lump coal,a series of impact tests were conducted on Beijing Da'anshan Lump Coal at different impact speeds and in different impact direction.Through analyzing the test result,it is shown that the change of testing samples is similar when impact is exerted on the vertical bedding and the parallel bedding when the impulse is less than 20 N.s,and the difference increases with the impulse increasing when the impulse is more than 20 N·s.At the same time,the expanding energy of fracture in samples increases with its expanding speed,and the expanding energy of fracture has close relation with the impact direction of the tested samples.And the difference of impact toughness of lump coal produced by different im- pact direction increase with the impact speed.The fracture surface of lump coal when im- pact is exerted on the vertical bedding is smooth and the broken block number is fewer; but the fracture surface of lump coal when impact is exerted on the parallel bedding isn't smooth and the broken block number is more,which inflects impact toughness of coal is sensitive to some deficiency.展开更多
