复方砂金石混悬剂的制备及其对创口瘢痕预后的影响 被引量:1

目的研究复方砂金石混悬剂的制备与质量评定方法,观察其对手术创口疤痕预后的影响。方法以砂金石、氧化锌、甘油为主药制备复方砂金石混悬剂,利用沉降体积比对混悬剂进行质量鉴定。将68例头颈部手术后患者分为两组,于术后2周观察组患者... 目的研究复方砂金石混悬剂的制备与质量评定方法,观察其对手术创口疤痕预后的影响。方法以砂金石、氧化锌、甘油为主药制备复方砂金石混悬剂,利用沉降体积比对混悬剂进行质量鉴定。将68例头颈部手术后患者分为两组,于术后2周观察组患者在皮肤创口使用本品,连续4个月观察对患者刺痛、瘙痒和紧绷感等自觉症状,以及该药物对创口瘢痕色泽、痛痒感、硬度和厚度的影响。结果该制剂制备工艺简便可行,质量稳定可控。观察组中96.3%患者自觉症状减轻或消失,优于对照组(62.5%)(P<0.05);观察组中96.3%患者疤痕基本软化或消失,充血反应与刺痛瘙痒症状明显减轻,色泽转暗与正常皮肤基本相近,硬度变软,厚度减薄,其效果明显优于对照组(43.8%)(P<0.05)。结论复方砂金石混悬剂对瘢痕修复具有明显促进修复作用。 展开更多

A new cup-type grinding wheel of the brazed monolayer diamond is developed with a defined grain pattern on the wheel surface. Grinding performance of the brazed wheel in the surface grinding of cemented carbide is studied. Experimental results show that when continuous dry grinding is employed, grits of the brazed diamond grinding wheel fail mainly in attritious wear and fracture modes and no pull-out ones are found in conventional electroplated and sintered diamond wheels. It indicates the strong retention of brazing alloy to diamond grits and the longer service life of the wheel. In addition, the ground surface has good roughness. The theoretical surface roughness agrees well with experimental results. 展开更多

We derive the exchange currents of pseudoscalar, vector, and scalar mesons from Feynman diagrams, and use them to calculate the magnetic form factors of nucleon and △(1232). The magnetic moments and electromagnetic radii are obtained by using those form factors and the parameters determined from the masses of nucleon and △(1232).We find the magnetic moments and electromagnetic radii of nucleon and △(1232) can be produced very well in the extended Goldstone-Boson-exchange model in which all of pseudoscalar, vector, and scalar meson nonet are included.The magnetic moments of △(1232) are closer to experiment values and results from lattice calculation than the results obtained by the model without other mesons except for pion and sigma. 展开更多

Origin of the conditions favorable for the formation of the placer platinum presence in the re- gion is governed by the plume ore-generating magmatism of several generations ( in Proterozoie and Phanerozo- ic). Ultramafite-mafite magmatism was responsible for the origin of the stratified zonal massifs subjected in the Late Paleozoic and Mesozoic to the action of granitogene derivations of the NAS. The latter provided the devel- opment of the ore-forming magmagene-fluid-metasomatic processes and favorable conditions for the platinum group elements concentration. 展开更多
