庞德在翻译中出现的诸多错译和误译是他为了构建新的诗学、重塑西方文明等原因对中国文字、诗歌和文化进行选择的结果,是他对中国文字、诗歌和文化进行理想化想象的产物,是把中国无限美好的浪漫误读,跟东方主义式的贬抑性误读是截然不同的。我们不能无视东方主义理论在研究对象、研究方法以及研究策略等方面的特殊性,将它生搬硬套、用来看待庞德翻译的错译和误译,这样才不致失于学理的偏颇,避免得出牵强的结论。

广告符码的文化研究与政治经济学批判——评加利(Sut Jhally)的广告理论

汉语学界兴盛的文化研究偏重于形式的意识形态批评,却由于学科背景的限制而多少对政治经济学的批判维度有所忽视,这一定程度上影响了文化研究的批判力度。而美国传播学学者Sut Jhally的研究接合了文化研究和政治经济学,形成广告符码阐释的双重视域,对汉语学界正在掀起的传播学与文化研究应有启发作用。

学生体质与健康状况的调查研究

为贯彻“学校教育要树立健康第一的指导思想，切实加强体育工作”精神，落实教育部、国家体育总局联合发布的《学生体质健康标准》（以下简称《标准》）的要求，自2003年以来，河南省各高校分别成立了《标准》检测组，以关注学生体质健康为主题开展一年一度的学生体质与健康监测，每年度的测试成绩将在6月份上报河南省教育厅体卫艺处。

A tribute to Dr.Frank I Tovey on his 90th birthday

This paper pays a tribute to Dr.Frank I Tovey on his 90th birthday which happens on September 1,2011,and briefly describes the major findings in his research career and contributions as follows.The geographical prevalence of duodenal ulceration is related to staple diets.Unrefined wheat and maize,soya,certain pulses and millets are associated with a low prevalence while refined wheat,maize and rice,yams,cassava and green banana with a high prevalence.Predominant foodstuffs from low prevalence areas are ulceroprotective in rat peptic ulcer models.The protective activity lies in the lipid fraction present in these foodstuffs.The lipid fraction also promotes ulcer healing,is active both orally and intramuscularly and is ulceroprotective against nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs(NSAIDs).The phospholipids and phytosterols present in the lipid have been identified to be responsible for this protective activity.The combination of phospholipids and phytosterols may be of value in the prevention and treatment of duodenal ulceration and protection against the ulcerogenic effect of NSAIDs.

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY OF RADIOIMMUOGUIDED SURGERY IN OVARIAN CARCINOMA

Objectival. To prepare a radioimmunoguided surgery （RIGS） system including radio-nuclides hand- held gamma detecting probe （GDP） with signal processing control unit, specific monoclonal antibody （MAb）, technique of labeling as well as detection of ovarian carcinoma in nude mice bearing human ovari-an carcinoma. Metals. MAb COCl83B2, produced in our laboratory was used to prepare the F （ah’）2, fragment by ficin digestion. 99mTc labeling of COC183 B2-F（ab’）2, and normal mice IgG were prepared according to im- proved pretining method. GDP and control unit were made by Chinese Atomic Energy Research Institute. Different groups of nude mice bearing human ovarian carcinoma with ascites were administered with differ- ent dosages of 99mTo COCl83 B2-F（ab’）2, and their tissues measured by GDP in vivo and compared with gamma well counts after dissection in vitro. Results. 99mTc labeled COCl83B2-F（ab’）2, yielded a labeling rate of over 90%, and a good immunoac- tivity. The detections of carcinoma tissue by GDP showed a T/NT ratio of 2: 1 as positive for cancer. The smallest carcinoma detected was 0. 2cm × 0.1 cm and the nearest distance between carcinoma and normal tissue was 0. 2cm. Conclusions. The above studies proved that ficin can be used to digest MAbs with high yields and good immunoactivity of F（ab’）2. Our RIGS system with 99mTo labeled COC183 B2-F（ab’）2 and GDP can hope-fully be used clinically for ovarian carcinoma detection.

Cloning and screening of scarless healing-related gene(s) in rabbit skin

Background: Over the past years, scientists have been working on the mechanisms of the scarless healing. The remarkable phenotypic differences between fetal and adult healing may lead us to find out their characteristics in genetics, which represent potentially important mechanisms to explain the differences in the quality of wound repair observed in fetus versus adult tissues. Methods: Middle laparotomy and hysterotomy were performed on pregnant rabbits on 20-day gestation to expose the fetal back, and longitudinal incision which penetrated full skin was made on the back of fetus. The trauma fetus skin was harvested at 12 h post-operation (FT), the fetus control (FC) and trauma adult skin (AT) were taken at the same time. dscDNA was synthesized from total RNA of skin samples with SMART technology. An improved suppression subtractive hybridization (SSH) method was applied to analyze the samples. Having taken one of the three samples as Tester respectively, the other two together as Drivers, one forward and two reverse hybridization products were gotten. Having amplified by selective PCR, the products were inserted into vector, and then transferred into E.coli HB101. The colonies were screened by electrophoresis, reverse Northern afterwards, and the positive clones were sequenced. BLAST in NCBI was performed to compare and analyze the positive clones (expressed sequence Tag, ESTs). Results: Totally 298 clones were gotten and 61 positive clones were obtained after screening. The 61 selected positive clones were sequenced and 54 sequences were goten. Conclusion: Instead of traditional SSH, an improved SSH with 2 Drivers was applied in the experiment. The improved program is reasonable and correct in both theory and practice.

Uzbek ＂Makoms＂ in the 21 st Century

Meaning of the concept of＂makom＂ is hard to define with some frames and borders. Thus, German researcher Yu. Elzner provided more than 20 meanings of this word translated from Arabic. Music experts have decided in favor of the definition of word makom as ＂mode and genre＂. Establishment of makom as a genre had taken place approximately from 12th to 18th centuries. However, evolution of a mode system, had occurred much earlier. Makom art of Uzbekistan is a heritage, which had been formed over the long period. However, it has not yet reached its completion, it still keeps living and being filled with a new emotional mood, new image contents. Swift development of computer technology and communication means creates opportunities both for researchers and for performers to improve the phenomenon of the makom arts. Organization of various contests and festivals in Uzbekistan, makom performers＇ participation in foreign forums represents great incentives for showing the western interest in this arts and its integration into the global music science.

Lifetime of Antibaryon Bound in Finite Nuclei

The study of finite nuclei containing antibaryon（s） in addition to nucleons is an interesting topic in nuclear physics. The calculation of the lifetime of an antibaryon embedded in a nucleus was performed in the framework of the standard quantum field theory. It was shown that the annihilation probability of the antibaryon in nuclei is strongly dependent on the effective masses of mesons involved in the annihilation channels. The contribution of the Dirac sea to the annihilation probability makes the lifetime of the antibaryon short. If the Dirac sea effect is neglected, the lifetime of the bound antibaryon tends to be longer with the nuclear density increasing. Particularly, when the nuclear density is larger than a critical value, the antibaryon may exist stably in a nucleus.

Labour Force and Its Realization in Labour Relationships

The personal rights are the institute of civil law. They are the subject of legal regulation in Provisions § 11 and follows of Slovak Civil Code. Current legal regulation does not offer their definition, only enumeration. Therefore, this situation makes good area for discovering if there are the next personal rights which have characteristic nature of this institute. It is important to analyze in which private relationships the personal right has the conditions for its full realization. It is important to discover in which kind of private relationships exist the personal rights which is typical for these relationships. This paper deals with the value of human personality--labour force. In the first part, the paper analyzes the nature of labour force and tries to show that labour force is the next personal right, using the method of analysis, induction, deduction, and synthesis. In the second part of the paper, it is labour force analyzed through its realization in labour relationships. This part of the paper tries to show that labour force is personal right typical for labour relationships, using the methods of analysis, synthesis, and generalization. The third part of the paper tries to evoke the discussion if the labour force is right or value.

Violence in Partnership and Persisting Problems of Assistance

The paper focuses on an attempt to answer questions concerning domestic violence in accordance with the epistemology in contemporary scientific research. The phenomenology of violence is defined with respect to the superficial as well as the essential side of the phenomena. The problems are covered with respect to interdisciplinary relations. We endeavor to open a broader view. The underlying research represents an alternative approach, attempting to reach a cumulative view based on the data acquired from various contexts. In social science research, it is important to look at the social reality not only through the numbers of quantitative research, because social reality is constructed in various ways. The issues of elimination of violence against women in Slovakia are entrenched in the program of various institutions. Based on the performed analysis, inconsistencies in the approach to providing assistance are identified as the most important problem. The paper deals with the institutional issues persisting in dealing with situations and identifies the fundamental failures of social intervention that still exist, among other reasons, due to the stereotypical, discriminatory perceptions of the issues by the competency.

SURGICAL TREATMENT OF HALLUX VALGLUS BY RECONSTRUCTION OF METATARSAL ARCH AND MODIFIED MCBRIDE OPERATION（40 CASES REPORT）

feet with hallux valgus among 40 patients treated by reconstruction of metatarsal arch and modified McBride operation are reported in this paper. After an average of 4. 5 years of postoperative follow-up, the results showed an overll 9° and 3° correction of the hallux abductus angle and the intermetatarsal angle, respectively. 95% of the cases of bunions disappeared, 66% calli under the heads of the first and second metatarsal disappeared, and 9l% patients were satisfied with the changes of their feet appearance.

SPECIAL ISSUE： IMPORTANT ISSUES IN MARXIST PHILOSOPHICAL STUDIES IN CONTEMPORARY CHINA：Develop research in Marxist philosophy in China on the basis of the country＇s specific realities

To develop research on Marxist philosophy in China by basing it on the specific realties of China spells out the methodological principle that research on Marxist philosophy in China should have; the essence of its demand for the upholding of specific Chinese realities as both the starting point and destination for research on Marxist philosophy in China is the Sinicization of Marxist philosophy. This is the essential demand of Marxist philosophy as well as the objective need of Chinese society for development, and also the fundamental route for ceaseless theoretical innovation in research on Marxist philosophy in China and the foundation for the integration of diversified approaches in such research. To strictly adhere to and practice this principle, we must resolutely oppose dogmatism under any form, maintain a certain tension between the academic nature and the actualities of research on Marxist philosophy, and hold fast to our basic principles in interacting with our traditional philosophy and the philosophy from the West.

The Construction of a Discourse System for Literature Research in Contemporary China

The construction of the literature research discourse in the seven decades since the foundation of the PRC has shown an upward spiral, from 'state/collective discourse' to 'society/individual discourse' and thence to 'world/human discourse.' These related but different discourses have worked together to facilitate literary writing and literature research. During the last 70 years of literature research, the Marxist theory of literature and art has always played a guiding role. Having close links with Chinese literary practice, Marxist theory has had a fundamental impact on the construction of the Chinese literature research discourse system. The emergence of 'state/collective discourse,' 'society/individual discourse' and 'world/human discourse' is an integral, historical, logical and dynamic process. Chinese literature research discourse should be constantly innovated and developed with a vision that looks to the world and the future, in order to contribute Chinese wisdom to dialogues between different academic discourses in the world and thus demonstrate the unique value of Chinese academic research in the humanities.

Optical scheme for realization of optimal unambiguous state discrimination of the JS limit

We exploit optimal probabilistic cloning to rederive the JS limit.Dependent on the formulation given by the optimal probabilistic cloning,the explicit transformation of a measure of the JS limit is presented.Based on linear optical devices,we propose an experimentally feasible scheme to implement the JS limit measure of a general pair of two nonorthogonal quantum states.The success probability of the proposed scheme is unity.

Solvent and catalyst free azo-Michael addition under high-speed vibration milling

Under the high-speed vibration milling conditions,the solvent and catalyst-free azo-Michael addition of chalcone derivatives and amines was found to proceed efficiently in excellent yields at ambient temperature in short reaction time.In most cases,conventional side reactions were avoided and thus quantitative yields were achieved.The influences of the vibration frequency and reaction time on the azo-Michael addition were investigated.

Management and outcomes of patients with Crohn’s disease with first vs multiple surgeries:results from the PRACTICROHN study

Background:Surgery in Crohn’s disease(CD)may be associated with poor prognosis and clinical and surgical recurrence.The aim of this study was to describe and compare the post-operative management and outcomes of patients with CD who underwent first vs recurrent surgeries.Methods:Observational study that included adult CD patients from 26 Spanish hospitals who underwent ileocolonic resection with ileocolonic anastomosis between January 2007 and December 2010.Data were retrospectively collected from the medical records.Results:Data from 314 patients were analysed,of whom 262(83%)underwent first surgery and 52(17%)referred to previous CD surgeries.Baseline characteristics were similar between the two groups except for a higher rate of stricturing behavior at diagnosis among re-operated patients(P=0.03).After surgery,a higher proportion of re-operated patients received prophylactic treatment with immunomodulators compared with patients with first surgery(P=0.04).In re-operated patients,time to clinical recurrence was not associated with the fact of receiving or not prophylaxis,whereas,in patients with first surgery,recurrence-free survival was greater when prophylaxis was received(P=0.03).Conclusions:After surgery,a higher proportion of patients with previous surgeries received prophylactic treatment with immunomodulators compared with patients with first surgery.Although prophylactic treatment was beneficial for preventing clinical recurrence in patients operated on for the first time,it did not significantly reduce the risk of further recurrence in patients with previous surgeries.This suggests that effective prophylactic therapies are still needed in this subset of patients.

SPECIAL ISSUE： DIALOGUE, INTERACTION AND NEW DEVELOPMENTS IN PHILOSOPHY IN CONTEMPORARY CHINA- SPECIALIST FORUM ON CHINESE, WESTERN AND MARXIST PHILOSOPHIES：The current situation, problems and tasks before Chinese philosophy

The development of philosophy in contemporary China requires correct understanding and solving prominent practical problems in China＇s process of social development, providing proper rational thinking, value ideal and life orientation for the Chinese, and playing its role of guiding, regulating and promoting social progress. To achieve the goal, philosophy needs to shift from ＂system consciousness＂ to ＂problem consciousness,＂ so as to fulfill a paradigm transformation; to shift from ＂local horizon＂ to ＂world horizon,＂ so as to expand the horizon of our philosophy; and to shift from the tripartite division of Chinese, Western and Marxist philosophies to a ＂common horizon＂ for the three, so as to gradually establish the concept of ＂macro-philosophy.＂

High-risk human papilloma virus infection and cervical neoplasm in female inflammatory bowel disease patients:a cross-sectional study

Background and aim:This cross-sectional study investigated the prevalence and risk factors of high-risk human papilloma virus(HPV)infection,especially types 16 and 18,and cervical neoplasia in female Inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)patients.Methods:From July 2014 to January 2017,sexually active,female,Chinese IBD patients(21–60 years)and age-matched controls underwent cervical ThinPrep cytology testing(TCT)and high-risk HPV-DNA detection,and completed questionnaires about awareness of cervical cancer and HPV.Cervical dysplasia was categorized as cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN)1,2 and 3.Results:Of 124 IBD patients(30 ulcerative colitis and 94 Crohn’s disease),17(13.7%)had high-risk HPV among whom 9(7.3%)had HPV 16/18 infection and 4(3.2%)had cervical CIN(3 CIN 3,1 CIN 1)by pathology.Among 372 controls,33(8.9%)had high-risk HPV and only 1(0.3%)had HPV 16 infection.Cervical TCT detected atypical squamous cells of unknown significance in one control;no control had CIN.The HPV 16/18 infection rate and CIN prevalence were significantly higher in IBD patients than controls(both P<0.001).The HPV-infection rate was higher in patients administered methotrexate[P=0.005,odds ratio(95%confidence interval)4.76(1.471–15.402)]or more than two immunosuppressants[P=0.013,odds ratio(95%confidence interval)3.64(1.255–10.562)].Thiopurine,steroid,infliximab and disease behavior/location were not associated with HPV infection.Only 29.3%of patients had undergone cervical-cancer screening.Awareness of HPV infection and HPVrelated cervical cancer was poor(28.2%).Conclusions:Female IBD patients are at increased risk of high-risk HPV infection and cervical neoplasia,which may be associated with immunosuppressants.Education and routine follow-up with HPV-DNA testing and TCT are recommended,especially in female Chinese IBD patients.
