微波消融治疗子宫肌瘤的研究现状分析

该文章主要针对子宫肌瘤的治疗方法进行了分析,并且探讨了超声引导下微波消融所起到的治疗作用和效果。方法:为了保证实验研究的科学合理,选择了在我院接受治疗的74名子宫肌瘤患者,然后开展了相应的实验研究,把这些患者平均分为两组,然后应用超声引导下射频消融治疗法以及微波消融治疗法,在此过程中需要对并发症的情况以及子宫肌瘤的治疗情况进行对比和分析。结果:两组患者在治疗之后,子宫肌瘤的体积都出现了减小的情况,治疗前后没有明显的差距。在对并发症进行观察时,采用微波消融治疗法占有优势,其并发症的发生率比较低,数值为(97.30%:89.19%),另外一组的数值为(18.92%:40.54%)。结论:在对子宫肌瘤进行治疗时,应用超声引导下微波消融治疗能够很好的保证治疗的效果。

Sanitary Regulation of Pharmaceutical Products in Mexico （Sanitary Registration-Board Arrangement-Patent）-Monoclonal Antibody Case Study

The Federal Commission for Protection against Health Risks in Mexico （COFEPRIS） is responsible for the regulation and health promotion of the production, commercialization, import, export, publicity or involuntary exposure of medicines and technologies for health. For its part, the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property （IMPI） is a decentralized public body with legal personality, own property and legal authority to administer the industrial property system in our country. In the year 2000, on September 19, the official journal published the linking of patents related to allopathic medicines and the sanitary registry. Objectives： To publicize the process of linking the Sanitary-Patent Registry as a case study to delimit the scope of the new pharmaceutical products. Methodology： Request the information to COFEPRIS for the registration of a new pharmaceutical product; Establish flow diagrams for the registration of： innovative products, generic products, biotech products and bio similar products; Integrate the documents in the dossier of the pharmaceutical product for sanitary registration; Elaborate sworn letter of non-invasion of patents and study of patents; Submit the Health Registry; Intergovernmental consultation. Sanitary Registry Results： Search of patents in databases to elaborate state of the art, to write letter under protest to say truth that is not invading any patent, when developing a composition of cetuximab, as generic product since the patent molecule expired in 2016 and 11 patents related to compositions, preparations and finished product preparation processes. Conclusions： COFEPRIS will determine through intergovernmental consultation with the IMPI whether or not a patent is invaded, according to the case it will grant the registration or send the corresponding prevention for cetuximab, in case that invading can also be a refusal of grant.

Study on Potential Application of “Space Ginseng Yeast” in Cosmetics

Through the in vitro cell-based assay, a series of experiments to investigate the efficacy of "space ginseng yeast", which were obtained from space breeding technology and modern fermentation engineering were conducted in order to provide theoretical basis and scientific guide for the potential applications in cosmetic areas from various aspects. The results have shown that this active ingredient can improve the proliferation, colony forming efficiency and Scratch repair ability of human primary keratinocytes. Moreover, it can significantly increase the expression of Perlecan which is key protein in the basal layer of the skin. Meanwhile, "space ginseng yeast" can help the cell morphology recovery and improve Perlecan, collagen I and elastin expression on the fibroblasts after heavy ion irradiation. All of these results showed that the "space ginseng yeast" displays potential applications on skin regeneration in cosmetic industry.

Attributes,challenges and future directions of community resilience

With the continuous development of human society, the damage to the natural environment is becoming increasingly large, causing crisis events to occur frequently. In recent years, the study of community resilience is becoming popular among scholars because of its perspective on disaster prevention and mitigation. In this study, we apply database retrieval to untangle community resilience-related papers from multiple directions. We analyze the connotation, attribute, and composition of community, resilience, and community resilience comprehensively by summarizing important issues and research progress in community resilience. Challenges and shortcomings faced by community resilience development are also determined. Moreover, we put forward the research directions that future research can focus on. Through literature review, current research on community resilience focuses on the following aspects: "infrastructure construction," "crowd in the community," "economic resilience,""social capital," and "measurement of community resilience." Such research is not yet systematic and relatively decentralized. The attention to collective resilience in the community is relatively weak, which makes achieving the goal of "people-oriented and systematic control" difficult.Therefore, this study states that the development of future community resilience should stand from the perspective of"system of system" and build on knowledge and tools of various relevant domains. Therefore, public needs and participation are highlighted as breakthrough points. The research should integrate infrastructure and economic resilience, social resource allocation, network connection,and other aspects to build a holistic and functional resilient community.

The p-Rank of Tame Kernels of Pure Quintic Fields

Let F be a pure quintic field. In this paper, we present some results for the p-rank of K2OF, where p is an odd prime number. In particular, the 5-rank of K20F is studied by the reflection theorem. Some explicit results on the 5-rank of K20F are given in some special cases.
