水性聚氨酯乳液的制备及其包覆RDX的研究 被引量:24

为提高复合固体推进剂 (NEPE) 的性能, 采用乳液聚合 破乳的方法, 用水性聚氨酯 (WPU) 乳液对固体填料黑索今 (RDX) 进行包覆。FTIR, GPC表征了WPU的结构特征; 正交实验确定了最佳包覆条件:1 00g的RDX, 破乳剂用量占乳液用量的 1 /4, ... 为提高复合固体推进剂 (NEPE) 的性能, 采用乳液聚合 破乳的方法, 用水性聚氨酯 (WPU) 乳液对固体填料黑索今 (RDX) 进行包覆。FTIR, GPC表征了WPU的结构特征; 正交实验确定了最佳包覆条件:1 00g的RDX, 破乳剂用量占乳液用量的 1 /4, 反应时间为 20min, 反应温度 40°C。通过SEM, XPS和包覆层质量百分数对包覆后的RDX进行表征。结果表明: WPU包覆后的RDX表面有清晰包覆层, 包覆度R为 65 15%; WPU包覆层的质量百分数为 1 48%。撞击感度实验表明包覆后RDX的特性落高h50为 45 3cm, 比包覆前提高了 19cm。实验证明: 水性聚氨酯乳液聚合 破乳方法包覆RDX, 能够显著提高RDX的钝感性能。 展开更多

A novel method for breaking emulsions with microporous membranes is presented.A membrane would act as a coalescer if its pore size is smaller than the emulsion droplets and if the dispersed phase has great affinity to the membrane.It was observed that a hydrophilic membrane is able to break water in oil emulsions with high separation efficiency.Effects of the membrane pore size,membrane thickness,transmembrane pressure and emulsion composition on demulsification performance were investigated.It was found that the membrane pore size and transmembrane pressure affect demulsification performance remarkably while other factors have slight or almost no effect. 展开更多

General pretreatment processes of ammonia stripping and phenols solvent extraction can reduce the concentration of toxic compounds of the coal gasification wastewater for the following biological treatment. However, some emulsified coal tar still exists in the influent and many substances in coal tar are refractory and toxic to microorganisms. This study is mainly on the removal of emulsified coal tar by acidification demulsion. The experimental results show that the acidification process of the wastewater by pure hydrochloric acid can reduce the chemical oxygen demand (COD), total organic carbon (TOC), total phenolics and oil about 3.1%-11.3%, 6%-- 10.8%, 5.3%--8.6% and 25.2%--57.4% respectively with pH value in the range of 4 to 7. The analysis of molecular weight distribution indicates that compounds removed from the wastewater by this process are large molecular substances. The experiment also shows that the efficiency of COD removal in the demulsion process by different acids is different and the phosphoric acid is prominent. The preserved time of the wastewater also affects the efficiency of demulsion. Small amount low-cost solid additives including kaolin and diatomite can improve the rate of coal tar sedimentation and enhance the removal efficiency of organics in the phosphoric acidification process. 展开更多

Demulsification is carried out in conventional stirred-column and packed-column. Among the four kinds of natural fibers and two kinds of inorganic materials tested, natural fiber A, originated from wood shavings was found to give the best performance of demulsification. The demulsification efficiency can exceed 96.5% when demulsification conditions are optimized. The packed-column showed much better performance both in terms of demulsification efficiency and repeated use of the recovered oil phase for extracting cadmium in simulated wastewater. Operating variables governing the demulsification efficiency were investigated. 展开更多

A study on the membrane coalescence demulsification was carried out with four working systems of water/n-butyl alcohol, water/n-octanol, water/30% TBP(in kerosene) and water/kerosene. The membranes made of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) with 1.0μm pore size were used. The results indicated that the excellent demulsification efficiency for emulsions with various oil contents was obtained. A conductivity probe was used to study the demulsification mechanism. An electrode probe was designed and used to determine the oil content near the membrane surface. The obtained data showed that the oil content in the permeated stream was much higher than that in the feed emulsion. A physical mechanism to explain the membrane demulsification was put forward. 展开更多

Horizontal section top-coal(HSTCC)caving offers a powerful method to efficiently excavate rude coal in steep and thick seams,and pre-blasting weakening has a profound effect on pursuing great production,high efficiency and good benefit under particular conditions like a small-scale working face with large-scale sectional caving height.+564-level HSTCC working face in B3–6coal seams of Jiangou Colliery in Urumqi was taken as study case for in situ industrial experiment.Total thickness of seams in the study case is about 50.0 m and average angel here is over 83°.In the industrial experiments,at first we adopted continuous charge machine and emulsion matrix explosive to substitute for traditional blasting schemes for specific geological settings in the study case.Hybrid analyses and assessments with blasting crack propagation analysis,abutment pressure monitoring prediction and economical benefit assessment were attributed to be able to attest pre-blasting weakening effects practically.Meanwhile crack propagation analysis after pre-blasting weakening showed that in all triple monitoring bore holes rock masses of top-coal would be fallen into three stages from the bottom up:fracture zone,plastic zone and elastic zone generally,and fracture toughness respectively in correspondent zones was calculated by the analytical formula:0.5616–0.8806,0.6403–0.9541 and0.7535–1.1900 MPa m1/2after pre-blasting weakening.Pressure monitoring prediction and economical benefit assessment also indicated that it was necessary to introduce the pre-blasting weakening with predominant blasting scheme from both views.For excavation in extremely steep and thick coal seams,relevant results would be a useful tool to study the mechanism of pre-blasting weakening both qualitatively and quantitatively. 展开更多
