圆轴弯扭组合变形时的蠕变损伤

双层纸塑袋包装器械的灭菌质量研究

目的:探讨双层纸塑袋包装器械经高压蒸汽灭菌后的灭菌效果、阻菌效果及灭菌过程中湿包、密封线开裂的发生率。方法:选取2018年12月1日—12月31日180件需包装的手术器械作为研究材料,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各90件。对照组器械行单... 目的:探讨双层纸塑袋包装器械经高压蒸汽灭菌后的灭菌效果、阻菌效果及灭菌过程中湿包、密封线开裂的发生率。方法:选取2018年12月1日—12月31日180件需包装的手术器械作为研究材料,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各90件。对照组器械行单层纸塑袋包装,观察组器械行双层纸塑袋包装,灭菌结束后比较两组器械包灭菌合格率,密封线开裂、湿包发生率,无破损保存时间,使用过程中的破损率,并调查相关科室医生对器械包装功能的满意度,采用SPSS20.0软件进行数据分析。结果:观察组与对照组的灭菌合格率均为100.00%,观察组器械包24周存储过程中的总破损率小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.731,P<0.05);观察组器械投入使用过程中的破损率低于对照组,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=2.406,P>0.05);医生对观察组器械包装的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.835,P<0.05)。结论:双层纸塑袋包装器械有较好的灭菌效果,灭菌时湿包和密封线开裂发生率较低,且无破损保存时间长于单层包装,重复灭菌率低、医生满意度高,较单层纸塑袋包装应用效果更佳。 展开更多

The frequent occurrence of rockburst and the difficulty in predicting were considered in deep engineering and underground engineering.In this work,laboratory experiments on rockburst under true triaxial conditions were carried out with granite samples.Combined with the deformation characteristics of granite,acoustic emission(AE)technology was well applied in revealing the evolution law of micro-cracks in the process of rockburst.Based on the comprehensive analysis of acoustic emission parameters such as impact,ringing and energy,the phased characteristics of crack propagation and damage evolution in granite were obtained,which were consistent with the stages of rock deformation and failure.Subsequently,based on the critical point theory,the accelerated release characteristics of acoustic emission energy during rockburst were analyzed.Based on the damage theory,the damage evolution model of rock under different loading conditions was proposed,and the prediction interval of rock failure time was ascertained concurrently.Finally,regarding damage as an intermediate variable,the synergetic prediction model of rock failure time was constructed.The feasibility and validity of model were verified. 展开更多

Research on damage stability and unsinkability is a valuable source of knowledge of behaving a ship while flooding its compartments. The time when compartment is flooded (ty) and stability parameters are key elements which have influence on a rescue action. The knowledge of the time mentioned is very important for a commanding officer to make decisions while fighting for survival of the ship. Therefore, the purpose of research was to develop a method to accurately and quickly calculate the flooding time of selected ship compartment. To provide the information about the time ty, a new method was designed. This method was based on an accurate determination of the amount of water entering to the compartment. For this purpose, the permeability depends on the water level in the compartment. Next, the computer program was built for both the time tfcalculation and showing the flooding process. This method was tested experimentally and the results of the tests are presented in the paper. In the next part of research, which was carried out on the laboratory stand bed, the flooding time of damaged compartment of warship model was measured. The results of calculation are compared to the experiments and discussed. 展开更多
