新型球形高纯度介孔硅胶复合材料在茂金属聚乙烯催化剂中的应用

以工业原料水玻璃和硫酸为主要原料,通过球磨打浆技术、高效节能环保除杂质技术和具有尾气回收系统的离心喷雾干燥技术制备出2种日产量12000 kg的用于聚乙烯催化剂的载体高纯度球形介孔硅胶复合材料。2种复合材料在硅胶无序堆积孔中均拥... 以工业原料水玻璃和硫酸为主要原料,通过球磨打浆技术、高效节能环保除杂质技术和具有尾气回收系统的离心喷雾干燥技术制备出2种日产量12000 kg的用于聚乙烯催化剂的载体高纯度球形介孔硅胶复合材料。2种复合材料在硅胶无序堆积孔中均拥有有序的介孔孔道且球体度均匀,二氧化硅纯度均在99.5%以上。新型材料在负载聚乙烯催化剂后仍然保持良好微观形貌及其特有的介孔材料孔道结构。高压乙烯聚合小试试验结果表明,2种催化剂对乙烯聚合的活性均高于工业用催化剂的活性,催化反应后得到的聚乙烯粉料的重要物性参数均优于工业用948硅胶粉料。 展开更多

氧化铝改性硅胶复合材料在饮料中诱惑红检测中的应用

饮料样品中的基体效应复杂,直接检测诱惑红色素是非常困难的。为了提高诱惑红色素检测的灵敏度,有必要对饮料样品进行预处理。将氧化铝修饰硅胶复合材料作为吸附剂,与紫外-可见分光光度计联用,检测饮料样品中的诱惑红色素。实验测得诱... 饮料样品中的基体效应复杂,直接检测诱惑红色素是非常困难的。为了提高诱惑红色素检测的灵敏度,有必要对饮料样品进行预处理。将氧化铝修饰硅胶复合材料作为吸附剂,与紫外-可见分光光度计联用,检测饮料样品中的诱惑红色素。实验测得诱惑红色素的最大吸收波长为505 nm,优化了影响固相萃取效率的操作条件,包括吸附剂用量、样品pH、样品体积、洗脱液体积。结果表明,当固相萃取条件为:吸附剂用量为0.18 g,样品pH为2,样品体积为2 mL,洗脱剂用1.5 mL 3%的V(氨水):V(甲醇)=100∶50时,萃取效率最高。在最佳的实验条件下,测得诱惑红的检出限是0.047μg mL^(-1),日内精密度为3.67%,日间精密度为5.39%,加标回收率的范围为89.8%~108.3%。 展开更多

用于电梯曳引机减振的MR-SRC减振器设计与分析

针对现有曳引机减振常采用的高分子减振垫因环境因素而引发性能大幅退化问题,以电梯曳引机减振器的工程应用需求为导向,确定减振器所需阻尼元件的刚度后,采用真空渗流技术将硅橡胶填充入金属橡胶孔隙并形成包覆,研制出一款耐环境影响的... 针对现有曳引机减振常采用的高分子减振垫因环境因素而引发性能大幅退化问题,以电梯曳引机减振器的工程应用需求为导向,确定减振器所需阻尼元件的刚度后,采用真空渗流技术将硅橡胶填充入金属橡胶孔隙并形成包覆,研制出一款耐环境影响的高性能金属橡胶/硅橡胶连续互穿相复合减振材料(metal rubber-silicone rubber continuous interwoven phase composite damping material, MR-SRC)。然后基于实际结构建立电梯曳引机的有限元数值模型。对加装MR-SRC减振器前后的电梯曳引机进行了模态分析,确定了整体结构的固有频率和振型。对MR-SRC减振器进行冲击响应分析,对比不同MR-SRC材料和冲击载荷对响应的影响,校核减振器的强度。接着,基于MR-SRC的近似等效,对减振器系统的冲击响应进行了理论计算,得出金属橡胶密度为1.8 g/cm^(3)的MR-SRC减振器对减振效果最佳。最后将所制备的MR-SRC减振器安装于实际电梯曳引机,按照电梯减振国标要求,测试电梯在运行过程中的加速度和速度变化,计算并校核电梯运行的相关特性参数。该文章提出的减振器为电梯安全可靠运行提供了一种新途径。 展开更多

The natural attapulgite(NAPT)was disaggregated by high-pressure homogenization technology combined with extrusion process to prepare the attapulgite with disaggregated rod crystal bundles(DAPT)and large specific surface area of 133.7 m^(2)/g.NAPT and DAPT were incorporated into the silicone rubber to obtain the composite NAPTSR and DAPT-SR by mechanical blending method,respectively.After thermal oxidative ageing at 300℃ for 0.5 h,temperature for the 5%weight loss increased greatly from 385℃ of the neat silicone rubber to 396-399℃ with addition of NAPT and DAPT.NAPT and DAPT enhanced the interaction between the filler nanoparticles and rubber matrix thus inhibited the nanoparticle agglomeration.The conservation rate of the side methyl group in NAPT-SR and DAPT-SR was greatly improved after ageing.Therefore,the thermal oxidative degradation and ageing performance of the silicone rubber composites was significantly reinforced.Moreover,DAPT could greatly restrain the growth of nanoparticles after ageing.Therefore,DAPT-SR showed the better retention of tensile strength(40.6%),elongation at break(34.9%)and tear strength(30.1%)compared with the corresponding mechanical properties of the neat silicone rubber(10.6%,7.4%,and 5.0%)after ageing. 展开更多

In this paper, the microcellular silicone rubber foams, strengthened with tetrapod-like Zinc Oxide whisker(T-ZnOw) are prepared. Through further characterization, it can be seen that the average cell diameter size of the filled with T-ZnOw is reduced. The distribution uniformity of microcellulars is improved obviously with increasing T-ZnOw filler. The reason that introduction of T-ZnOw can greatly enhance mechanical properties of the microcellular silicone rubber foams is its good interfacial adhesion with the matrix contributes. It is also found that the reducing effects of T-ZnOw on the compressive stress relaxation ratio of microcellular silicone rubber foams, and the improvement is obvious with increasing T-ZnOw filler. 展开更多

The work describes the properties of soluble organic silicates and their applications to obtain nanocomposite materials. We analyzed the properties of the water-soluble high-modulus silicate systems and their technology for producing. The aim of this paper is the comparison properties of binders based on liquid glass containing strong organic bases silicates. We have shown how these systems are transformed from lower to higher oligomers through the formation of the silica sol and the implementation of the sol-gel process for these oligomers. We have conducted advanced research of various aspects of the use of these materials as the binder. Advantages of strong organic bases silicates in the preparation of heat resistant, nanocomposite materials are shown. Ways to obtaining quaternary ammonium silicates and their use to produce nanocomposites are proposed. Products obtained in this way can be used as a binder in the preparation of nanostruetured composite materials, water-based paints, coatings, etc. Modifiers have been proposed for making of hybrid nanostructured composite materials by a sol-gel process. There have been shown of structuring phenomena some aspects, synthesis and application of hybrid materials based on silica with grafted polymers. It has been shown, the possibility of modifying compositions using the nanostructuring agents such as tetrafurfuryloxysilane. This paper also describes methods for the synthesis of products for modifying a sol-gel process using organic soluble silicates. We are displaying their use for the production of new nanocomposite materials and coatings for protection against various external factors. 展开更多

Effects of post-annealing treatment on the structure and photoluminescence properties of CdS/PS nanocomposites prepared by sol-gel method

CdS nanocrystals have been successfully grown on porous silicon(PS) by sol-gel method. The plan-view field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM) shows that the pore size of PS is smaller than 5 μm in diameter and the agglomerates of Cd S are broadly distributed on the surface of PS substrate. With the increase of annealing time, the Cd S nanoparticles grow in both length and diameter along the preferred orientation. The cross-sectional FESEM images of Zn O/PS show that Cd S nanocrystals are uniformly penetrated into all PS layers and adhere to them very well. photoluminescence(PL) spectra demonstrate that the intensity of PL peak located at about 425 nm has almost no change after the annealing time increases. The range of emission wavelength of Cd S/PS is from 425 nm to 455 nm and the PL intensity is decreasing with the annealing temperature increasing from 100 °C to 200 °C. 展开更多
