转炉渣中碱度变化对结构单元的影响

依据分子离子共存理论模型,对唐钢炼钢CaO-SiO_(2)-FeO-MgO-MnO-Al_(2)O_(3)-P_(2)O_(5)炉渣1350℃的组成结构单元进行了计算,得到硅酸钙盐和磷酸钙盐的摩尔分数,同时对磷的富集度进行了计算。结果显示:CaO·SiO_(2)、3CaO·2Si... 依据分子离子共存理论模型,对唐钢炼钢CaO-SiO_(2)-FeO-MgO-MnO-Al_(2)O_(3)-P_(2)O_(5)炉渣1350℃的组成结构单元进行了计算,得到硅酸钙盐和磷酸钙盐的摩尔分数,同时对磷的富集度进行了计算。结果显示:CaO·SiO_(2)、3CaO·2SiO_(2)和2CaO·SiO_(2)的摩尔分数随碱度的增加而逐渐降低,3CaO·SiO_(2)的摩尔分数随碱度的增加而逐渐增加,3CaO·P_(2)O_(5)的摩尔分数随钢渣碱度的增加而逐渐增加,3FeO·P_(2)O_(5)的摩尔分数随钢渣碱度的增加而逐渐降低;2CaO·SiO_(2)的磷富集度最大,CaO·SiO_(2)的磷富集度其次,碱度在1.0增加到3.0,2CaO·SiO_(2)的磷富集度从0.75增加到0.81,CaO·SiO_(2)的磷富集度从0.176降低到0.147,2CaO·SiO_(2)是钢渣中磷的主要富集场所。 展开更多

The dissolution behavior of CaO-MgO-SiO2 glass fiber was investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Fourier-transform infrared spectrometer (FTIR) and inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy (ICP-AES) using in-vitro tests. The results show that the soaked fiber is surrounded by an outer calcium-magnesium silicate hydrated layer, and there exists a balancing fimction between the formation and abscission of the hydrated layer during the dissolution process. The concentrations of leached ions increase constantly, and the mass loss of the fibers and pH changes of the solution are found to rise rapidly during the initial dissolution process, then their increasing rates are controlled by the balancing function of the hydrated layer at the subsequent dissolution stages. The dissolution rate constant and time for complete dissolution are estimated to be 274 ng/(cm2.h) and 15.2 d, respectively, presenting preferable biosolubilities. 展开更多

Fly ash is an industrial by-product from coal combustion and has been widely used as mineral admixture in normal and high strength concretes. Owing to the pozzolanic reaction between calcium hydroxide and fly ash, compared with Portland cement, the hydration of concrete containing fly ash is much more complex. In this paper, by considering the production of calcium hydroxide in cement hydration and its consumption in the pozzolanic reaction, a numerical model is proposed to simulate the hydration of concrete containing fly ash. Similar to the hydration reaction of cement, fly ash activity is divided into three processes: an initial dormant period, a phase-boundary reaction process and a diffusion process. The mutual interactions between the cement hydration and fly ash reaction are considered through the available calcium hydroxide amount and available capillary water amount in the system. The properties of hardening fly ash blended concrete, such as the reaction degree of fly ash, chemically bound water, calcium hydroxide, and compressive strength, are determined from the contributions of cement hydration and fly ash pozzolanic reaction.
