The effect of the nozzle types, refining time, refining temperature, refining gas temperature and refining gas flow rate on the phosphorus removed was investigated by the self-designed gas blowing device. The optimal refining conditions are nozzle type of holes at bottom and side, refining time of 3 h, refining temperature of 1793 K, refining gas temperature of 373 K, refining gas flow rate of 2 L/min. Under these optimal conditions, the phosphorus content in MG-Si is reduced from 94×10^-6 initially to 11×10-6 (mass fraction), which indicates that gas blowing refining is very effective to remove phosphorus in MG-Si.展开更多

The catalyst was characterized by FT-IR, XRD, XPS and superconducting NMR. The influences of rn(catalyst)/m(oil), V(H202)fV(oil), reaction temperature and reaction time on the fractional conversion of benzothiophene (BT) and dibenzothiophene (DBT) were investigated. GC-MS and micra-coulometric methods were employed to investigate the reaction. The catalyst has high desulfurization activity in the removal of BT and DBT under mild conditions. The recycling experiments indicated that DBT and BT removal could still reach 95.2% and 95.7% after 10 cycles.展开更多

The chemical compositions of the coatings were investigated using XPS. The coated samples were firstly scratched and then exposed to the neutral salt spray(NSS) chamber for different time. The microstructure and chemical compositions of the scratches were studied using SEM and EDS. And the non-scratched coated samples were compared. The self-healing mechanism of the composite coatings was discussed. The results show that during corrosion, the self-healing ions in composite coatings dissolve, diffuse and transfer to the scratches or the defects, and then recombine with Zn2+ to form insoluble compound, which deposits and covers the exposed zinc. The corrosion products on the scratches contain silicon, phosphorous, oxygen, chloride and zinc, and they are compact, fine, needle and flake, effectively inhibiting the corrosion formation and expansion of the exposed zinc layer. The composite coatings have good self-healing ability.展开更多

The hierarchically porous ZSM‐5 featured high thermal and hydrothermal stability. The obtained ZSM‐5zeolites were systematically characterized by X‐ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, N2 adsorption‐desorption, NH3 temperature‐programmed desorption, and 27Al and 31P magic‐angle spinning nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. Theprepared ZSM‐5 displayed enhanced activity and prolonged lifetime toward hydrocarbon cracking. The high activity was attributed to improved coke tolerance owing to the presence of the highlystable mesoporous network of ZSM‐5 and acid sites introduced upon phosphorus modification.Additionally a mechanism of the stabilization of the zeolites by phosphorus was proposed and discussed.展开更多
