含硫气田水含硫化物、有机物等污染物,恶臭味大,易挥发,对周边环境和人员的影响及危害大。随着国家新《环境保护法》的实施,对含硫气田水的处理提出了更高要求。针对高磨地区含硫气田水的恶臭治理问题,简要概述了目前国内外含硫气田水... 含硫气田水含硫化物、有机物等污染物,恶臭味大,易挥发,对周边环境和人员的影响及危害大。随着国家新《环境保护法》的实施,对含硫气田水的处理提出了更高要求。针对高磨地区含硫气田水的恶臭治理问题,简要概述了目前国内外含硫气田水脱硫除臭处理技术及其优缺点和适用条件,介绍了安岳气田高磨区块含硫气田水的处理现状。主要通过拉运和管输的方式将闪蒸后的气田水送至回注站处理后回注;结合现场含硫气田水化学除臭探索性试验,探讨了高磨地区含硫气田水拉运除臭的处理工艺和硫化物控制指标;对含硫气田水拉运除臭提出了先采取闪蒸或联合燃料气气提工艺脱硫,将水中硫化物质量浓度降至300 mg/L以下,然后再加注液体脱硫剂进行化学除臭的处理工艺,将处理后水中硫化物质量浓度控制在20 mg/L以下。 展开更多

A bench-scale experiment for control of hydrogen sulfide (H2S) emissions was carried out continuously for nearly four months by using bio-trickling filter packed with ZX01 stuffing. The results suggested that the bio-trickling filter had proven excellent performance over substantial operational periods. Removal efficiency of H2S was nearly 100% when volumetric loading of the bio-trickling filter varied from 0.64 g/(m^3·h) to 38.20 g/(m^3·h) and metabolism products of H2S were mainly composed of SO4^2-. When inlet concentration of H2S was 250 mg/m^3, the optimum gas retention time was 30 s and the optimum spray water flow rate was 0.005 9-0.012 L/(cm^2·h). The bio-trickling filter had good ability to resist shock of high volumetric loading, and was not blocked during experiments for nearly four months during which resistance was maintained at relatively lower value, so that the bio-trickling filter need not carry out back washing frequently and can be operated steadily for long-term. 展开更多

The most important air pollutants are ozone and paniculate matter with levels that are still far above current air quality standard. In this work we studied exhaust and evaporative emissions of Mexico City metropolitan area (MAMC) vehicles using fuels in which sulfur content was varied from 89×10^-6 to 817×10^-6, and calculated the ozone forming potential of emissions as well as the specific reactivity of the exhaust for each average fleet-fuel combinations. Data on emission levels were compared to those obtained in 2000 for the same vintage of vehicles. The almost twofold increase in emissions found could be due to degradation of the exhaust emissions control systems. 展开更多

In this study, the oxidation rates of sulfur dioxide (SO2) in sulphuric acid solution by ozone and oxygen were compared, and the oxidation mechanism of ozone on SO2 was investigated. The results showed that the oxidation-reduction potential of the acidic solution was enhanced, the transformation rate of sulfuric acid to sulphuric acid was increased and the absorption driving force was improved in the presence of ozone. By comparing the amount of sulfate ions measured in the experiments and the theoretical amount of sulfate ions calculated from the amount of ozone consumed in the reaction, it can be confirmed that oxygen free radicals from dissociation of ozone are reactive as an efficient oxidant and oxygen from ozone generator participates in the reaction with SO2. 0.602 mol of effective oxygen was introduced into the reaction by one mole of ozone in 10.15 rain at sulphuric acid concentration of 3% (by mass), SO2 concentration of 1.33% (by volume) and oxygen flow rate of 1.5 L.min^-1 from ozone generator. 展开更多

The leaching kinetics of Sb and Fe from antimony-bearing complex sulfides ore was investigated in HCl solution by oxidation?leaching with ozone.The effects of temperature,HCl concentration,stirring speed and particle size on the process were explored.It is found that the recoveries of Sb and Fe reach86.1%and28.8%,respectively,when the reaction conditions are4.0mol/L HCl,900r/min stirring speed at85°C with<0.074mm particle size after50min leaching.XRD analysis indicates that no new solid product forms in the leaching residue and the leaching process can be described by shrinking core model.The leaching of Sb corresponds to diffusion-controlled model at low temperature(15?45°C)and mixed-controlled model at high temperature(45?85°C),and the apparent activation energies are6.91and17.93kJ/mol,respectively.The leaching of Fe corresponds to diffusion-controlled model,and the apparent activation energy is1.99kJ/mol.Three semi-empirical rate equations are obtained to describe the leaching process. 展开更多
