绿化植物胡枝子种子硬实破除方法对萌发的影响

胡枝子属植物因为都存在较高的硬实率,难以保证整齐、迅速的高出苗率,给生产带来了一定的困难。本研究旨在筛选出简单、有效的破除胡枝子种子硬实的方法,提高胡枝子发芽率,为生产提供依据。本实验采用了98%浓硫酸浸泡5min后常温水浸泡24... 胡枝子属植物因为都存在较高的硬实率,难以保证整齐、迅速的高出苗率,给生产带来了一定的困难。本研究旨在筛选出简单、有效的破除胡枝子种子硬实的方法,提高胡枝子发芽率,为生产提供依据。本实验采用了98%浓硫酸浸泡5min后常温水浸泡24h,98%浓硫酸浸泡10min后常温水浸泡24h,98%浓硫酸浸泡15min后常温水浸泡24h,40C°温水浸泡24h,60C°温水浸泡24h,80C°温水浸泡24h,对照为常温水浸泡24h。结果表明98%浓硫酸浸泡对胡枝子的萌发有显著促进作用,8种胡枝子均有明显效果,只是处理的最佳时间略有不同。温水浸泡对多种胡枝子种子萌发没有促进作用,甚至还有抑制作用。 展开更多

从温度、水分、气体组分、化学物质、物理因素、遗传因素、休眠特性及种子成熟度和硬实度等方面,阐述了种子耐贮性研究的现状,并指出在种子耐贮性研究方面存在的不足和今后应注意的问题.温度是影响种子寿命的重要因素之一,高温能使种子... 从温度、水分、气体组分、化学物质、物理因素、遗传因素、休眠特性及种子成熟度和硬实度等方面,阐述了种子耐贮性研究的现状,并指出在种子耐贮性研究方面存在的不足和今后应注意的问题.温度是影响种子寿命的重要因素之一,高温能使种子快速劣变,低温贮种仍是现今种子贮存的主要方法;冷冲击和热激处理对某些种子的采后生理病害有明显的抑制作用,对种子贮存有一定意义;种子含水量和贮藏环境湿度影响种子的贮藏寿命,一般超干贮藏能有效提高种子的耐贮性,但不同种子贮藏时的最适含水量有差别;贮藏环境的气体组分及比例对种子贮性的影响因种子的种类而异;化学物质对种子耐贮性的影响有待进行广泛深入的研究;遗传因子和休眠特性是影响种子贮藏寿命的内在因素,不同物种或不同品种之间由于遗传因子和休眠特性的不同,耐贮性差异显著.因此,提高种子贮藏寿命不仅要在物理和化学条件的控制、处理方面进行研究,还应在育种方面开展广泛深入的研究. 展开更多

[ Method] The analysis of fruit firmness of peach germplasm resource was based on the improved firmness measurement, and the probability grading of characteristics was carried out on peach fruit firmness. [Result] The coefficient of variation of peach fruit firmness with skin was less than that of fruit firmness without skin; the fruit firmness with skin and fruit firmness without skin were both fitted the normal distribution; the probability grading of characteristics were divided into five series based on four points of (X-1. 281 8s), (X-0. 524 6s), (X+0. 524 6s) and (X+1.281 8s), so that the probability of 1 -5 were 10%, 20%, 40%, 20% and 10%. [Conclusion] There was more abundant genetic basis in fruit firmness, which held a potential for greater choice. 展开更多

‘Jinxiu' is a processing apricot(Armeniaca vulgaris L.) cultivar derived from the cross of ‘Chuanzhihong'בJintaiyang'.The fruit is oval-shaped with the ground color of orange and 1/4-1/2 sheet red... ‘Jinxiu' is a processing apricot(Armeniaca vulgaris L.) cultivar derived from the cross of ‘Chuanzhihong'בJintaiyang'.The fruit is oval-shaped with the ground color of orange and 1/4-1/2 sheet red in the surface. The average fruit weight is65.5 g, and the maximum value is 106 g. The flesh is orange, fine with very less fiber, toughness, less juice and freestone, and tastes sour and sweet. The soluble solid content is 12.5%. The edible rate is 95.8%. The fruit skin hardness is 12.9 kg/cm2 and storable. The preserved apricots have orange color and are tasty. The preserved yield is 40%. The fruit development period is 72 d. The fruit has high yield, and the fruit yield in full fruit period can reach 37 000 kg/hm2. ‘Jinxiu' was examined and approved by Hebei Examination and Approval Committee of Forest Tree Variety in 2013. 展开更多

The fruit development rules of two Chinensis Actinidia cultivars were studied in this paper. ‘Fengyue’has the same fruit development cycle as‘Cuiyu’. According to soluble solids content, there are four stages during fruit development phase named comparatively stable period, slow increase period, rapid increase period and stagnating increase period. Fruit firmness change exhibits two periods, i.e. slowly declining period and rapidly declining period. There is an obvious corresponding relation between the changes of fruit firmness and the soluble solids content, i.e. the rapidly declining time of fruit firmness corresponds with the rapidly increasing time of soluble solids content. According to the experiment, the best picking periods of ‘Fengyue’and ‘Cuiyu’are mid September to mid October and early October to early November, respectively. 展开更多

The dynamic recrystallization refinement of magnesium alloy AZ80 by compression tests was studied,and its effect on the mechanical properties was investigated.It is observed that the microstructure of the as-cast billet with grain size of 240μm becomes refined to about 120,110,94 and 50μm after upsetting at 350℃ under strain rates of 0.01,0.1,1 and 10 s -1 respectively.The changes in the mechanical properties according to grain size show that yield strength significantly decreases with grain size increasing,while strain hardening exponent and micro hardness increase very sharply.Further,the grain size vs strain rate and change in Vickers micro hardness according to the various strain rates show that grain size and micro hardness decrease with strain rate increasing. 展开更多

Recently, trimming Soft-output Viterbi algorithm(T-SOVA) has been proposed to reduce the complexity of SOVA for Turbo codes. In its fi rst stage, a dynamic algorithm, lazy Viterbi algorithm, is used to indicate the minimal metric differences which brings obstacle on hardware implementation. This paper proposes a Viterbi algorithm(VA) based T-SOVA to facilitate hardware implementation. In the first stage of our scheme, a modified VA with regular structure is used to fi nd the maximum likelihood(ML) path and calculate the metric differences. Further, local sorting is introduced to trim the metric differences, which reduces the complexity of trimming operation. Simulation results and complexity analysis show that VA based T-SOVA performs as well as lazy VA based T-SOVA and is easier to be applied to hardware implementation. 展开更多
