In consideration of the special environmental conditions of coal equipment in mining, the seamless steel tube of hy-draulic prop made of 20^# carbon steel was taken as the substrate, and 316L stainless steel powder wa...In consideration of the special environmental conditions of coal equipment in mining, the seamless steel tube of hy-draulic prop made of 20^# carbon steel was taken as the substrate, and 316L stainless steel powder was used to clad the sub-strate by a fiber-coupled semiconductor laser. The microstructure of the cladding layer was determined by metalloscope. The hardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the cladding layer were measured. The results show that metallurgy bind-ing interface between the cladding layer and the substrate is obtained without defects such as cracks and pores. The hardness of the cladding layer is much higher than that of the matrix, and the wear resistance and corrosion resistance are simultaneously better. According to the analysis, it is summarized that the improvement in performance of the cladding layer is closely related to the change of microstructure and the thermal effect in the cladding process. The maximum hardness occurs in the equiaxed zone, and with the grain coarsening, the hardness reduces simultaneously. In addition, the precipitated phase, hard particles and trace elements also have a great influence on the properties of the cladding layer, and they will prevent the surface from ab-rasion and reduce the plastic deformation of the matrix. It is verified that the 316L stainless steel is suitable for the 20^# steel in laser cladding repairing process. Since this study focused on coal machine equipment parts, it has certain practical significance for the repair of hydraulic equipment.展开更多

Once other causes of ascites such as portal vein thrombosis, malignancy or infection and non-compliance with medications and low sodium diet have been excluded, the diagnosis of refractory ascites can be made based on strict criteria. Patients with refractory ascites have very poor prognosis and therefore referral for consideration for liver transplantation should be initiated. Search for reversible components of the underlying liver pathology should be undertaken and targeted therapy, when available, should be considered. Currently, serial large volume paracentesis (LVP) and transjugular intrahepatic portasystemic stent-shunt (TIPS) are the two mainstay treatment options for refractory ascites. Other treatment options are available but not widely used either because they carry high morlJidity and mortality (most surgical options) rates, or are new interventions that have shown promise but still need further evaluation. In this comprehensive review, we describe the evaluation and management of patients with refractory ascites from the prospective of the practicing physician.展开更多

Hcy-mediated increased lipid peroxidation and generation of free radicals results in in- flammation and endothelial dysfunction, which triggers atherosclerotic process. Objective To investigate the effect of Furongtongmai capsule on the in-stent restenosis (ISR) of superficial femoral artery after interventional operation in lower extremity Arteriosclerosis Occlusion (ASO)....Objective To investigate the effect of Furongtongmai capsule on the in-stent restenosis (ISR) of superficial femoral artery after interventional operation in lower extremity Arteriosclerosis Occlusion (ASO). Methods: A total of 110 inpatients with ASO who performed Superficial femoral artery stent implantation were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 55 cases in each group.Both groups received Aspirin 100 mg/d and Clopidogrel 75 mg/d. The observation group was given Furongtongmai capsule on the basis of routine treatment. After continuous treatment for 6 months, the clinical efficacy, Ankle Brachial Index (ABI), high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (Hs-CPR) and ISR were compared between the two groups. Results: At 6 months after operation, the plasma levels of Hs-CRP in the two groups were significantly lower than those in the control group (P 〈 0.05). The ABI of treatment group was significantly higher than the control group (P 〈 0.05). There was a statistically significant difference in ISR incidence between the treatment group and the control group 6 months after surgery (9.09% vs 27.78%, P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: Furongtongmai Capsule can inhibit Hs-CRP in patients with ASO after femoral artery intervention, improve the ankle brachial index and reduce the incidence of ISR.展开更多
