跌落冲击机垫层的硬非线性对半正弦波模拟的影响 被引量:6

计及橡胶垫层的硬非线性特性,给出了冲击机台面的非线性运动方程,通过降阶处理,采用Runge Kutta法进行了求解,获得了多种工况下的台面加速度响应曲线,并据此定性分析了各参数对冲击波形的影响规律。最后讨论了冲击试验中应采取的对策。

当振动式MEMS陀螺仪的驱动模态的振幅较大时,驱动模态中的硬弹簧非线性将变得显著。在驱动模态具有此非线性的情况下,比较了MEMS陀螺仪中常用的两种控制方法,即锁相环驱动和自激驱动。由于非线性模态在频域內的相位响应有迟滞效应,锁相... 当振动式MEMS陀螺仪的驱动模态的振幅较大时,驱动模态中的硬弹簧非线性将变得显著。在驱动模态具有此非线性的情况下,比较了MEMS陀螺仪中常用的两种控制方法,即锁相环驱动和自激驱动。由于非线性模态在频域內的相位响应有迟滞效应,锁相环驱动方式不能稳定地锁定非线性模态的谐振频率。然而得益于自激驱动方式的工作原理,自激方式可以将非线性模态驱动在谐振点上。提出了一种改进的数字锁相环驱动方式。该改进的驱动方式以较大的驱动力为代价,提高了控制回路的稳定性。实验结果与仿真结果相一致,并且验证了所提出的驱动方式的可行性。 展开更多

针对常规摩擦阻尼器的起滑力难以确定的问题,提出了复合摩擦阻尼系统(CFDS),它由非线性硬弹簧和摩擦阻尼器串联而成。当地震较小时,摩擦阻尼器处于附着状态,非线性硬弹簧发挥作用,防止隔震层位移过大;当地震较大时,非线性硬弹簧的变形... 针对常规摩擦阻尼器的起滑力难以确定的问题,提出了复合摩擦阻尼系统(CFDS),它由非线性硬弹簧和摩擦阻尼器串联而成。当地震较小时,摩擦阻尼器处于附着状态,非线性硬弹簧发挥作用,防止隔震层位移过大;当地震较大时,非线性硬弹簧的变形则保持不变,摩擦阻尼器处于滑动状态,通过摩擦阻尼耗散能量。建立了带有复合摩擦阻尼系统的基础隔震结构的运动方程,指出摩擦阻尼器处于附着和滑移2种状态下边界条件。据此研究了常规强震和近断层脉冲型地震动作用下复合摩擦阻尼装置对橡胶隔震结构的减震效果。仿真分析表明:安装复合摩擦阻尼系统,在显著降低隔震层位移的同时,对上部结构的层间位移和加速度均有一定的减震效果;并且,在整个运动过程中,摩擦阻尼器会在附着和滑移2种状态之间来回切换。详细研究了复合摩擦阻尼系统的3个参数对隔震结构的减震效果。结果表明:在不同地震波作用下,由于摩擦阻尼系统参数的变化导致隔震结构地震响应的变化趋势是不同的,因此最优参数的取值与输入地震波类型和地面加速度峰值有关,并且不存在使隔震层位移和上部结构加速度同时达到最小的最优参数,因此需要设定合适的控制目标以确定适当的阻尼系统参数。 展开更多

Methods on the Euler mode and small-scale yield assumption, the numerical results were given by nonlinear finite element analysis. Results The numerical results of the shape of the active plastic sone, the angular distribution of stresseses and Clack tip opening displacement (CTOD) in the vicinity at the hp of the steadily groWing CraCk are determined. Conclusion The comparison between the numerical results given by the present wort and those given by analytic asymptotic analysis shows that the present work reached a very high accuracy. 展开更多

By adopting cyclic increment loading and unloading method, time-independent and time-dependent strains can be separated. It is more reasonable to describe the reversible and the irreversible deformations of sample separately during creep process. A nonlinear elastic-visco-plastic rheological model is presented to characterize the time-based deformational behavior of hard rock. Specifically, a spring element is used to describe reversible instantaneous elastic deformation. A reversible nonlinear visco-elastic (RNVE) model is developed to characterize recoverable visco-elastic response. A combined model, which contains a fractional derivative dashpot in series with another Hook’s body, and a St. Venant body in parallel with them, is proposed to describe irreversible visco-plastic deformation. Furthermore, a three-stage damage equation based on strain energy is developed in the visco-plastic portion and then nonlinear elastic-visco-plastic rheological damage model is established to explain the trimodal creep response of hard rock. Finally, the proposed model is validated by a laboratory triaxial rheological experiment. Comparing with theoretical and experimental results, this rheological damage model characterizes well the reversible and irreversible deformations of the sample, especially the tertiary creep behavior. 展开更多

In order to predict and control the properties of Cu-Cr-Sn-Zn alloy,a model of aging processes via an artificial neural network(ANN) method to map the non-linear relationship between parameters of aging process and the hardness and electrical conductivity properties of the Cu-Cr-Sn-Zn alloy was set up.The results show that the ANN model is a very useful and accurate tool for the property analysis and prediction of aging Cu-Cr-Sn-Zn alloy.Aged at 470-510 ℃ for 4-1 h,the optimal combinations of hardness 110-117(HV) and electrical conductivity 40.6-37.7 S/m are available respectively. 展开更多

The tangential stres... This paper presents a simple solution of the dynamic buckling of stiffened plates under in-plane impact loading. Based on large deflection theory, a discretely stiffened plate model has been used. The tangential stresses of stiffeners and in-plane displacement are neglected. Appling the Hamilton's principle, the motion equations of stiffened plates are obtained. The deflection of the plate is taken as Fourier series, and using Galerkin method the discrete equations can be deduced, which can be solved easily by Runge-Kutta method. The dynamic buckling loads of the stiffened plates are obtained form Budiansky-Roth criterion. 展开更多
