为了探究电池包箱体及其内部结构的安全性问题,结合企业某款纯电动汽车的电池包几何模型,采用均质化的建模方法建立包含电池箱体、电池模组、模组固定支架、连接螺钉、电芯连接铜片及其他结构件的精细化电池包有限元模型,并考虑电池包... 为了探究电池包箱体及其内部结构的安全性问题,结合企业某款纯电动汽车的电池包几何模型,采用均质化的建模方法建立包含电池箱体、电池模组、模组固定支架、连接螺钉、电芯连接铜片及其他结构件的精细化电池包有限元模型,并考虑电池包的实际安装位置,进行整车侧面碰撞仿真分析。从车体结构、电池箱体、电池包内部模组等多个层面综合评价电池包碰撞安全性,结果表明,在侧面碰撞过程中电池包没有短路风险,满足法规中对碰撞后电池包安全性的相关要求。 展开更多
