对中波HgCdTe光伏探测器进行了不同目标温度范围的黑体辐射I-V测试研究,结果表明器件光电流随着目标辐射的升高逐渐上升,同时器件微分阻抗随之下降;在同一背景红外辐射下,器件微分阻抗随着反向偏压的增加而下降.采用“lucky electron”... 对中波HgCdTe光伏探测器进行了不同目标温度范围的黑体辐射I-V测试研究,结果表明器件光电流随着目标辐射的升高逐渐上升,同时器件微分阻抗随之下降;在同一背景红外辐射下,器件微分阻抗随着反向偏压的增加而下降.采用“lucky electron”模型对器件的R-V曲线进行了拟合,结果证实器件反偏微分电阻下降的主要原因是由于pn结耗尽区光生载流子的激增,碰撞电离导致的光电倍增效应所引起. 展开更多

The N/Z ratio of free nucleons from collisions of neutron-rich nuclei as a function of their momentum is studied by means of isospin-dependent Quantum Molecular Dynamics. We find that this ratio is not only sensitive to the form of the density dependence of the symmetry potential energy but also its strength determined by the symmetry energy coefficient. The uncertainties about the symmetry energy coefficient influence the accuracy of probing the density dependence of the symmetry energy by means of the N/Z ratio of free nucleons of neutron-rich nuclei. 展开更多

The energy spectra of reflected electrons from the substrates of targets have been calculated by the bipartition model of electron transport, the contributions of the inner shen ionization events produced by the reflected electrons from the substrates in the targets to the x-ray counting in a St(Li) detector have been estimated. It has been confirmed that, by such correction to the measured data, the experimental results of inner shell ionization cross sections by electron impact with fine precision may be obtained under the condition of thick substrate. 展开更多

In this paper, (2+1)-dimensional electron acoustic waves (EAW) in an unmagnetized collisionless plasma have been studied by the linearized method and the reductive perturbation technique, respectively. The dispersion relation and a modified Kadomtsev-Petviashvili (KP) equation have been obtained for the EAW in the plasma considering a cold electron fluid and a vortex-like hot electrons. It is found from some numerical results that the parameter β(the ratio of the free hot electron temperature to the hot trapped electron temperature) effects on the amplitude and the Width of the electron acoustic solitary waves (EASW). It can be indicated that the free hot electron temperature and the hot trapped electron temperature have very important effect on the characters of the propagation for the EASW. 展开更多

In this paper,we discuss the important role of the thermalization process in the initial distribution of QGP.We find that the negligible heat conduction inside QGP can be expressed as an effective Fourier law and we further analyse qualitatively the results caused by a thermalized initial condition.Based on this arguments,we construct a simple phenomenological model and work with the hydro code,and then we compare our results with the experimental data and the results of the standard initial model.It is found that,as we have argued,a thermalized initial condition suppresses the value of the elliptic flow. 展开更多
