高速开关是混合型直流断路器的重要组成部分,提出了一种基于电磁斥力操作机构的高速开关,通过理论近似计算和有限元仿真分析,给出了15 k V高速开关的设计方案。分析了高速开关分闸弹跳过大并导致分闸失败的原因,推导了分闸弹跳物理过程...高速开关是混合型直流断路器的重要组成部分,提出了一种基于电磁斥力操作机构的高速开关,通过理论近似计算和有限元仿真分析,给出了15 k V高速开关的设计方案。分析了高速开关分闸弹跳过大并导致分闸失败的原因,推导了分闸弹跳物理过程中各参数的数学关系。样机测试结果表明,其9 mm满行程时间为2.9 ms,分闸反弹不超过2 mm,能够满足混合型直流断路器对高速开关的需求。展开更多
