为降低贵州某单一高碳硫铁矿中的碳含量,提高硫精矿的品位,保证硫精矿的回收率,进行了浮选提硫试验研究。在分析原矿性质的基础上,确定了"先抑硫浮碳,再活化提硫"的浮选流程。采用新型硫抑制剂BK510进行碳硫分离,对脱碳后的... 为降低贵州某单一高碳硫铁矿中的碳含量,提高硫精矿的品位,保证硫精矿的回收率,进行了浮选提硫试验研究。在分析原矿性质的基础上,确定了"先抑硫浮碳,再活化提硫"的浮选流程。采用新型硫抑制剂BK510进行碳硫分离,对脱碳后的硫粗精矿进行活化,采用新型硫铁矿捕收剂BK303和起泡剂BK201进行提硫试验,在低药剂用量下,可取得良好的粗选效果。经浮选闭路试验,可获得硫品位40.22%、硫综合回收率81.57%、碳含量0.72%的优质硫铁矿精矿。 展开更多

A novel alkoxycarbonyl thiourea resin(ATR)was synthesized by monomer polymerization of oxydiethane-2,1-diyl dicarbonisothiocyanatidate and polyethylene polyamine,and characterized by FT-IR.The adsorption properties of ATR were investigated by batch test.The adsorption capacities for Au(Ⅲ),Ag(Ⅰ),Cu(Ⅱ),Zn(Ⅱ),Fe(Ⅲ),Ca(Ⅱ)and Mg(Ⅱ)are 4.65,4.40,0.40,0.90,0.86,0.0080 and 0.016 mmol/g,respectively,when the adsorption condition is as follows:contact time 24 h,temperature 30℃,initial concentration of Au(Ⅲ)5.08 mmol/L and that of other metals 0.10 mol/L,and concentration of acid 1.0 mol/L.The adsorption capacity for Au(Ⅲ)increases with the increase of contact time,temperature and initial concentration of Au(Ⅲ).The capacity after five adsorption-desorption cycles remains 90%that of the first time,and the separation factors of ATR for binary metal ion solutions are larger than 995,indicating that ATR is of good regeneration property and selectivity.XPS results show that the functional atoms of ATR supply electrons for Au and coordinate with Au during the adsorption. 展开更多

This work focuses on the organic depressant,disodium bis(carboxymethyl)trithiocarbonate(DBT),as a selectivedepressant in copper?molybdenum sulfide flotation separation.Micro-flotation,Zeta potential,FTIR and XPS measurements werecarried out to investigate the selective depression mechanism of DBT on chalcopyrite.Zeta potential and FTIR measurementsrevealed that DBT had higher affinity for chalcopyrite than molybdenite and the XPS results of chalcopyrite before and aftertreatment with DBT further proved that DBT adsorbed on chalcopyrite surface.The investigation indicates that the mechanism ofDBT adsorbing on chalcopyrite is mainly physical adsorption.Locked circuit experiments were carried out and the results showedthat DBT could be considered as a cleaner option in commercial Cu?Mo flotation separation circuits. 展开更多
