碳纳米管辐照损伤的计算机模拟

应用分子动力学模拟方法,对碳纳米管的辐照损伤性质进行了考察,研究了碳原子的离位阈能对出射角度的依赖关系。估计离位阈能的平均值是23.5 eV.考察了离位过程原子运动细节,并分析了几种辐照缺陷的形成机理。

The piezoresistive effect in the pristine CNT films ... The piezoresistive effect of the pristine carbon nanotube (CNT) films has been studied. Carbon nanotubes were synthesized by hot filament chemical vapor deposition. The piezoresistive effect in the pristine CNT films was stud-ied by a three-point bending test. The gauge factor for the pristine CNT films under 500 microstrains was found to be at least 65 at room temperature, and increased with tem-perature, exceeding that of polycrystalline silicon (30) at 35℃. The origin of the piezoresistivity in CNT films may be ascribed to a pressure-induced change in the band gap and the defects. 展开更多
