超临界H2O/CO2混合工质汽轮机初凝区中,碳酸腐蚀问题对于汽轮机的安全稳定运行具有很大的影响,因此对于初凝区碳酸腐蚀过程的模拟分析至关重要。首先对初凝区中碳酸腐蚀的腐蚀机理进行了分析,对碳酸的直接还原以及缓冲效应两类机理进行... 超临界H2O/CO2混合工质汽轮机初凝区中,碳酸腐蚀问题对于汽轮机的安全稳定运行具有很大的影响,因此对于初凝区碳酸腐蚀过程的模拟分析至关重要。首先对初凝区中碳酸腐蚀的腐蚀机理进行了分析,对碳酸的直接还原以及缓冲效应两类机理进行了基本概述。接着对De Waard模型、BP(Cassandra)模型等经典腐蚀模型进行了整理并绘图分析,给出腐蚀速率与其影响因素之间的关系。不同的腐蚀模型,腐蚀速率随影响因素的变化情况有一定差异,但是总的趋势和规律相同。选择一维模型在微观尺度下进行碳酸腐蚀的仿真模拟,并将腐蚀模拟结果与经典腐蚀模型进行了对比分析,二者之间在腐蚀速率计算方法以及影响因素规律方面相互印证。为工程中碳酸腐蚀速率的预测以及超临界H2O/CO2混合工质汽轮机安全防护方面提供一定的参考依据。 展开更多

金属合金在聚光太阳能热发电系统中会受到熔盐腐蚀,导致其寿命缩短。为了延长Incoloy 800H合金在碳酸熔盐腐蚀中的使用寿命,采用真空感应炉熔炼制备了不同Al、Cr含量的Incoloy 800H(800H)合金,通过XRD、SEM、TEM等分析测试手段,探究Al... 金属合金在聚光太阳能热发电系统中会受到熔盐腐蚀,导致其寿命缩短。为了延长Incoloy 800H合金在碳酸熔盐腐蚀中的使用寿命,采用真空感应炉熔炼制备了不同Al、Cr含量的Incoloy 800H(800H)合金,通过XRD、SEM、TEM等分析测试手段,探究Al、Cr元素对800H合金耐碳酸熔盐腐蚀的作用机制。结果表明:在650℃的碳酸熔盐[32.1%(质量分数,下同)Li_(2)CO_(3)+33.4%Na_(2)CO_(3)+34.5%K_(2)CO_(3)]中浸泡240 h后,Al含量为3%的800H合金的腐蚀速率为1071.00μm/a,当铬含量为2.75%时的800H合金的腐蚀速率为359.56μm/a,腐蚀产物主要为LiFeO_(2)和NiO。这是由于随着Al含量的增加,试验钢基体表面形成的Al的氧化物钝化膜更厚更致密,从而起到良好的保护作用。Cr含量的降低会减少可溶性Cr氧化物的生成,使其他保护性氧化层生成的含量增加,减少基体中Fe元素的析出,从而提高了合金的耐腐蚀性能。 展开更多

本工作研究了碳化养护对水泥基材料早期抗碳酸水溶液腐蚀性能的影响。测试了经碳化养护后的试件在碳酸水溶液中不同浸泡龄期的抗压强度和腐蚀深度的变化,并采用X射线衍射分析(XRD)、热重分析(TG-DTG)、低场核磁共振仪(LF-NMR)和扫描电... 本工作研究了碳化养护对水泥基材料早期抗碳酸水溶液腐蚀性能的影响。测试了经碳化养护后的试件在碳酸水溶液中不同浸泡龄期的抗压强度和腐蚀深度的变化,并采用X射线衍射分析(XRD)、热重分析(TG-DTG)、低场核磁共振仪(LF-NMR)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等测试手段,对碳酸溶液腐蚀后试件微观结构和腐蚀机理进行了分析。结果表明:碳化养护提高了砂浆试件在碳酸水溶液腐蚀前的初始抗压强度,碳化形成的方解石填充了孔隙,使得结构更加致密,从而阻碍碳酸水溶液向内的扩散速率;另外,致密且溶解速率更慢的方解石层包裹着水化硅酸钙(C-S-H)凝胶,减少了钙的溶出。碳化养护从这两方面减缓了碳酸水溶液的腐蚀速率,提高了水泥基材料的抗碳酸水溶液腐蚀性能,这使得砂浆试件浸泡90 d后的腐蚀深度降低了51%~68%,并减轻碳酸水溶液腐蚀后的强度损失。碳酸水溶液腐蚀前期,以C_(3)S、C_(2)S和CH的腐蚀为主,伴随CaCO_(3)的脱钙;腐蚀中后期,以CaCO_(3)的脱钙为主,伴随C-S-H凝胶的脱钙。 展开更多

The compositions ... The cerium conversion film was applied to improving the corrosion resistance of Mg-Gd-Y-Zr magnesium alloy. The film was electrodeposited on the surface of the Mg-RE alloy in cerium nitrate solution. The compositions and morphologies were analyzed by X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning election microscopy (SEM). The corrosion behaviors of the film were investigated electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), potentiodynamic polarization tests and immersion tests. The results show that the optimum parameters for electrochemical deposition are as follows: pH 10.0, time 30 min, 50 mmol/L Na2CO3 and temperature 25 ℃ by the designed experiments according to the orthogonal table L(9, 34). The corrosion protection efficiency is dependent on the deposition parameters. The cerium conversion film shows better corrosion protection behavior than chromate conversion film on Mg-Gd-Y-Zr magnesium alloy. 展开更多

Electrochemical measurement, quantum chemical method, and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) were performed to investigate the inhibitive effect of 2,3,5-triphenyl-2H-tetrazolium chloride (TTC) and 2,4,6-tri(2-pyridyl) -s-triazine(TPT) on the corrosion of mild steel in lmol.L^-1 HCl at room temperature. Impedance spectroscopy measurement showed that the polarization resistance increased and that double layer capacitance decreased with the increase in the inhibitive concentration, and the results of potentiodynamic polarization showed that the inhibitors suppressed both cathodic and anodic processes of steel corrosion without change in the mecha-nism. Higher the orbital density distribution strength of the lowest unoccupied molecular orbital, higher is the molecule dipole, and lower energy gap between the energy of the highest occupied molecular orbital and the energy of the lowest unoccupied molecular orbital resulted in higher inhibitory efficiency. The results of SEM analysis showed that the metal-was protected from aggressive corrosion by the addition of TTC and TPT. 展开更多

The polarization curves of mild steel in de-aerated 0.5 mol NaHCO 3+0.5 mol Na 2CO 3 solution with and without erodent particles of 300 g/L of 100 μm alumina have been measured using a rotating cylinder electrode (RCE) apparatus over the range of rotation speeds from 0 to 4 000 r/min. The results show that the mild steel in the de-aerated slurry exhibits classical active/passive polarization behavior. The speed of cylinder rotation has a great effect in the presence of particles on the active dissolution current density. The erosion-corrosion process is severely erosion-dominated for the mild steel. However, the poor corrosion resistance of the mild steel in such turbulent slurries is also significant, especially at lower than 4 m/s. 展开更多

Works on exploring an environmentally clean method for producing an Mg,Al-hydrotalcite(Mg6Al2(OH) 16CO3·4H2O) layer and/or calcium carbonate(CaCO3) layer on Mg alloy in a carbonic acid solution system(aqueous HCO3-/CO3 2-or Ca 2+ /HCO3-) at 50℃ were reviewed.Conversion treatment for the Mg,Al-hydrotalcite conversion coating was as follows.Mg alloy was treated first in acidic HCO3-/CO3 2-aqueous for precursor layer formation on Mg alloy surface and then in alkaline HCO3-/CO3 2-aqueous to form a crystallized Mg,Al-hydrotalcite coating.Duration of an Mg,Al-hydrotalcite coating on Mg alloy surface was reduced from 12 h to 4 h by the conversion treatment.On the other hand,for reducing the formation time of CaCO3 coating on Mg alloy,the aqueous Ca 2+ /HCO3-with a saturated Ca 2+ content was employed for developing a CaCO3 coating on Mg alloy.A dense CaCO3 coating could yield on Mg alloy surface in 2 h.Corrosion rate(corrosion current density,Jcorr) of the Mg,Al-hydrotalcite-coated sample and CaCO3-coated AZ91D sample was 7-10μA/cm 2,roughly two orders less than the Jcorr of the as-diecast sample(about 200μA/cm 2) . The corrosion inhibition of mild steel in 1 mol/L HC1 by N, N'-bis (2-hydroxybenzaldehyde)- 1, 3-propandiimine (2-HBP) has been investigated by using potentiodynamic polarization, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and chronoamperometry measurements. The experimental results suggest that this compound is an excellent corrosion inhibitor for mild steel and the inhibition efficiency increases with the increase in inhibitor concentration. Polarization curves reveal that this organic compound is a mixed type inhibitor. The effect of temperature on the corrosion behavior of mild steel with the addition of the Schiff base was studied in the temperature range from 25 ℃ to 65℃. The experimentally obtained adsorption isotherms follow the Langmuir equation. Activation and thermodynamic adsorption parameters such as Ea, △H, △S,Kads and AG,ds were calculated by the corrosion currents at different temperatures and using the adsorption isotherm. The morphology of mild steel surface in the absence and presence of 2-HBP was examined by atomic force microscope (AFM) images. 展开更多

It was proved that strain Lactobacillus delbrueckii B5 constituted biofilms in the presence of different amounts of carbohydrates (5% sucrose and a mixture of 5% lactose, 5% fructose and 5% maltose). The obtained information was used in a study treating the anticorrosive properties of microbial biofilms synthesized by the latter strain. The study of the corrosive stability of steel samples was conducted on the gravimetrique method. The rate of corrosion, calculated. It is known that localized corrosion attack takes a preponderant role in the onset of stress corrosion cracking of pipeline steels in high pH conditions. Carbonate/bicarbonate solutions can be employed to study the localized corrosion behavior of these materials. In addition to the presence of chloride ions in the electrolyte, the solution temperature is also of prime importance to the onset of pitting corrosion. The aim of this work is to evaluate the influence of the testing temperature on the corrosion behavior of the API 5L X70 pipeline steel which is a standard material for gas pipelines in Brazil. Samples were exposed to a solution consisting of Na2CO3, NaHCO3 and NaCl at three different temperatures: RT (room temperature), 40 ℃ and 60 ℃. The corrosion morphology was observed using SEM (scanning electron microscopy). The results showed that pitting corrosion became facilitated when the steel was immersed at higher temperatures. 展开更多
