磁性量子点电致化学发光法测定李氏禾提取液中的过氧化氢 被引量:4

利用巯基乙酸水热法合成出表面修饰—COOH的CdTe量子点,并将CdTe量子点(QDs)连接在Fe3O4纳米粒子表面,制备出CdTe/Fe3O4磁性量子点。通过磁力将磁性量子点修饰于石墨电极表面。在pH7.5的PBS缓冲溶液中,H2O2可使CdTe量子点产生电致化学发... 利用巯基乙酸水热法合成出表面修饰—COOH的CdTe量子点,并将CdTe量子点(QDs)连接在Fe3O4纳米粒子表面,制备出CdTe/Fe3O4磁性量子点。通过磁力将磁性量子点修饰于石墨电极表面。在pH7.5的PBS缓冲溶液中,H2O2可使CdTe量子点产生电致化学发光,H2O2浓度在4~100μmol/L范围内与CdTe量子点的电致化学发光强度呈良好的线性关系,检出限为0.24μmol/L。据此建立了测定样品中过氧化氢含量的电致化学发光分析法,并成功地应用于李氏禾草汁原液中过氧化氢含量的测定。该研究借助纳米Fe3O4的磁力特征,使敏感膜易于形成和更新分离,简化了实验操作,同时起到增强发光强度的作用。 展开更多

基于COMPASS力场,建立25组对硝基苯酚(4-NP)、3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(APTES)和正硅酸四乙酯(TEOS)的预聚合体系,运用分子动力学方法进行计算模拟。利用径向分布函数及积分数据,筛选出体系4-NP∶APTES∶TEOS的最佳配比为10∶20∶80。实验... 基于COMPASS力场,建立25组对硝基苯酚(4-NP)、3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(APTES)和正硅酸四乙酯(TEOS)的预聚合体系,运用分子动力学方法进行计算模拟。利用径向分布函数及积分数据,筛选出体系4-NP∶APTES∶TEOS的最佳配比为10∶20∶80。实验中,采用水热法合成磁性纳米颗粒,在其表面修饰氨基,与巯基乙酸修饰的碲化镉量子点结合,形成基于硅基表面的磁性量子点。根据分子动力学模拟的结果,以4-NP为模板分子、APTES为功能单体、TEOS为交联剂,按照计算机模拟的配比,在磁性量子点表面合成4-NP分子印迹聚合物,并将其作为传感器的识别元件,成功应用于检测水环境中的4-NP,方法的线性检测范围为5~150 ng/mL,检出限为1 ng/mL,回收率为98.7%~101.2%,相对标准偏差为1.5%~2.4%。 展开更多

Simultaneous effects of conduction band non-parabolicity and hydrostatic pressure on the binding energies of 1S, 2S, and 2P states along with diamagnetic susceptibility of an on-center hydrogenic impurity confined in typical GaAs/Alx- Ga1-x As spherical quantum dots are theoretically investigated using the matrix diagonalization method. In this regard, the effect of band non-parabolieity has been performed using the Luttinger-Kohn effective mass equation. The binding energies and the diamagnetic susceptibility of the hydrogenic impurity are computed as a function of the dot radius and different values of the pressure in the presence of conduction band non-parabolicity effect. The results we arrived at are as follows: the incorporation of the band edge non-parabolicity increases the binding energies and decreases the absolute value of the diamagnetic susceptibility for a given pressure and radius; the binding energies increase and the magnitude of the diamagnetic susceptibility reduces with increasing pressure. 展开更多

Using an equation of motion technique, we investigate the spin-polarized transport through a quantum dot coupled to ferromagnetic leads and a mesoseopie ring by the Anderson Hamiltonian. We analyze the transmission probability of this system in both the equilibrium and nonequilibrium cases, and our results reveal that the transport properties show some noticeable characteristics depending upon the spin-polarized strength p, the magnetic flux Ф and the number of lattice sites NR in the mesoseopic ring.
