本研究旨在分析磁振磁电疗法在慢性盆腔疼痛综合征治疗中的疗效。方法 采用随机对照试验设计,选取60名慢性盆腔疼痛综合征患者,分为试验组(磁电联合治疗)和对照组(仅电刺激治疗),每组各30例。通过观察和比较两组的炎性因子水平、盆骨疼... 本研究旨在分析磁振磁电疗法在慢性盆腔疼痛综合征治疗中的疗效。方法 采用随机对照试验设计,选取60名慢性盆腔疼痛综合征患者,分为试验组(磁电联合治疗)和对照组(仅电刺激治疗),每组各30例。通过观察和比较两组的炎性因子水平、盆骨疼痛情况、临床疗效及并发症发生率,评估磁振磁电疗法的治疗效果。结果 试验组在炎性因子水平、盆骨疼痛情况和并发症发生率方面均低于对照组,且临床疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 因此,磁振磁电疗法能有效降低慢性盆腔疼痛综合征患者的炎性因子水平和并发症发生率,减轻盆骨疼痛,提高治疗效果,具有临床推广价值。 展开更多

目的:观察磁振磁电疗法联合中药协定方丹红通精方干预下慢性前列腺炎/盆腔疼痛综合征(CP/CPPS)患者疾病的疗效与细胞因子分泌型IgA(sIgA)、血管细胞黏附分子-1(VCAM-1)、白介素-8(IL-8)水平的变化。方法:CP/CPPS(气滞血瘀证)患者随机分... 目的:观察磁振磁电疗法联合中药协定方丹红通精方干预下慢性前列腺炎/盆腔疼痛综合征(CP/CPPS)患者疾病的疗效与细胞因子分泌型IgA(sIgA)、血管细胞黏附分子-1(VCAM-1)、白介素-8(IL-8)水平的变化。方法:CP/CPPS(气滞血瘀证)患者随机分成3组,实验组70例,予磁振磁电疗法并联合丹红通精方口服;对照1组71例,予磁振磁电疗法治疗,对照2组69例,予丹红通精方口服;6周为1个疗程,共2个疗程。治疗后统计治疗的总有效率、NIH-CPSI评分、中医证候评分、前列腺液中sIgA、VCAM-1、IL-8水平。结果:实验组、对照1组、对照2组实际完成例数分别为68、67、65例,总有效率分别为86.76%、79.10%、78.46%,实验组与各对照组的总有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。3组患者治疗后的疼痛或不适评分为(4.61±2.37)、(5.86±3.26)、(6.94±2.25)分,排尿异常症状评分为(2.98±1.75)、(3.85±2.01)、(3.94±1.95)分,生活质量评分为(3.26±1.87)、(4.54±2.13)、(4.69±1.72)分,NIH-CPSI总评分为(10.64±5.91)、(4.59±6.87)、(15.54±5.76)分,治疗后实验组与对照1、2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3组患者治疗后中医证候评分(5.56±3.42)、(7.37±4.57)、(8.16±3.65)分,实验组与对照1、2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。各组治疗前后比较,实验组sIgA(Z=-7.170)、VCAM-1(Z=-7.182)、IL8(Z=-7.18)显著降低;对照1组sIgA(Z=-7.032)、VCAM-1(Z=-7.130)、IL8(Z=-7.116)显著降低;对照2组sIgA(Z=-6.802)、VCAM-1(Z=-6.973)、IL8(Z=-6.768)显著降低;均具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。治疗后组间比较,实验组sIgA、VCAM-1、IL-8显著低于对照1组、对照2组(P<0.05)。结论:磁振磁电疗法联合丹红通精方对气滞血瘀证CP/CPPS的治疗效果良好,其作用机制可能通过调节sIgA、VCAM-1、IL-8等细胞因子,激活免疫系统功能,抑制炎症,促进局部炎性物质吸收有关。 展开更多

目的:探讨磁振磁电治疗仪联合前列倍喜胶囊治疗慢性前列腺炎/慢性骨盆疼痛综合征(CP/CPPS)的有效性及安全性。方法:采用前瞻性、双中心、随机、开放、阳性药物加载、平行对照的临床设计。将124例已确诊为CP/CPPS患者按数字表法随机分为... 目的:探讨磁振磁电治疗仪联合前列倍喜胶囊治疗慢性前列腺炎/慢性骨盆疼痛综合征(CP/CPPS)的有效性及安全性。方法:采用前瞻性、双中心、随机、开放、阳性药物加载、平行对照的临床设计。将124例已确诊为CP/CPPS患者按数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组62例,对照组服用前列倍喜胶囊,观察组在服用前列倍喜胶囊基础上联合磁振磁电治疗仪理疗,疗程14 d。治疗14 d结束后,比较两组治疗前后美国国立卫生研究院慢性前列腺炎症状指数(NIH-CPSI)评分及两组治疗总有效率;评估两组有效性和安全性。结果:两组治疗后的疼痛症状评分、排尿症状评分、生活质量评分及NIH-CPSI总评分均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05);治疗后观察组的疼痛症状评分(7.34±3.26 vs 9.50±2.47)分、排尿症状评分(3.53±2.56 vs 4.50±2.35)分、生活质量评分(5.94±2.89 vs 8.03±2.60)分及总评分(16.65±7.90 vs 21.95±5.70)分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组临床总有效率为83.87%,明显高于对照组的53.23%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗期间两组患者均无不良事件及不良反应发生,安全性评价为Ⅰ级。结论:磁振磁电治疗仪联合前列倍喜胶囊能显著缓解CP/CPPS患者的临床症状,疗效确切且安全性高,同时缩短治疗时间。 展开更多

Substituent Effects on 13C NMR and 1H NMR Chemical Shifts of CH=N in Multi-substituted Benzylideneanilines

Fifty-three samples of multi-substituted benzylideneanilines XArCH=NArYs (abbreviated XBAYs) were synthesized and their NMR spectra were determined. An extensional study of substituent effects on the 1H NMR chemical shifts (δH(CH=N)) and 13C NMR chemical shifts (δc(CH=N)) of the CH=N bridging group from di-substituted to multi-substituted XBAYs was made based on a total of 182 samples of XBAYs, together with the NMR data of other 129 samples of di-substituted XBAYs quoted from literatures. The results show thatthe substituent specific cross-interaction effect parameter (△(∑σ)2) plays an important role in quantifying the δc(CH=N) values of XBAYs, but it is negligible for quantifying the δH (CH=N) values; the other substituent parameters also present different influences on the δc (CH=N) and (δH (CH=N). On the whole, the contributions of X and Y to the δc (CH=N) of XBAYs are balanced, but the δH(CH=N) values of XBAYs mainly rely on the contributions of X. 展开更多

Folate-conjugated Fe_3O_4 nanoparticles for in vivo tumor labeling

Highly biocompatible superparamagnetic Fe3O4 nanoparticles were synthesized by amide of folic acid (FA) ligands and the NH2-group onto the surface of Fe3O4 nanoparticles. The as-synthesized folate-conjugated Fe3O4 nanoparticles were characterized by X-ray diffraction diffractometer, transmission electron microscope, FT-IR spectrometer, vibrating sample magnetometer, and dynamic light scattering instrument. The in vivo labeling effect of folate-conjugated Fe3O4 nanoparticles on the hepatoma cells was investigated in tumor-bearing rat. The results demonstrate that the as-prepared nanoparticles have cubic structure of Fe3O4 with a particle size of about 8 nm and hydrated diameter of 25.7 nm at a saturation magnetization of 51 A·m2/kg. These nanoparticles possess good physiological stability, low cytotoxicity on human skin fibroblasts and negligible effect on Wistar rats at the concentration as high as 3 mg/kg body mass. The folate-conjugated Fe3O4 nanoparticles could be effectively mediated into the human hepatoma Bel 7402 cells through the binding of folate and folic acid receptor, enhancing the signal contrast of tumor tissue and surrounding normal tissue in MRI imaging. It is in favor of the tumor cells labeling, tracing, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) target detection and magnetic hyperthermia. 展开更多

In this paper, we report a ferromagnetic resonance study on the permalloy film of submicron sized rectangular arrays prepared by electron beam lithography and the theoretical simulation to the non uniform demagnetizing effect and ferromagnetic resonance data. By theoretical simulation, the magnetization, gyromagnetic ratio and g value of the sample are determined. The theoretical curves of the dependence of the resonance field on the field orientation φ H fit well with the experimental data. When the steady magnetic field is applied near the film normal, a series of additional regular peaks (up to eight ) appeared in the FMR spectrum on the low field side of the main FMR peak. The resonance field of these side peaks decreases linearly with the peak number. The possible physical mechanism of these multiple peaks was discussed. 展开更多

To make full use of the advantages of MR fluid to devices, a model of double ended, shear combined and valve typed MR damper is designed and manufactured, and the dynamic properties under sinusoidal excitations are experimentally studied. The experiment results show that the maximum damping force of the MR damper at the full magnetic intensity reaches about 20 kN while the maximum power required is less than 50 W, which predicts that the MR damper will be a powerful measurement for semi active vibration control of civil infrastructures. 展开更多

The role of Nil(NO3)2 in the preparation of a magnetic activated carbon is reported in this paper. Magnetic coal-based activated carbons (MCAC) were prepared from Taixi anthracite with low ash content in the presence of Ni(NO3)2. The MCAC materials were characterized by a vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), a scanning electric microscope (SEM), and by N2 adsorption. The cylindri- cal precursors and derived char were also subjected to thermogravimetric analysis to compare their behavior of weight losses during carbonization. The results show that MCAC has a larger surface area (1074 m21g) and a higher pore volume (0.5792 cm3/g) with enhanced mesopore ratio (by about 10~). It also has a high saturation magnetization (1.6749 emu/g) and low coercivity (43.26 Oe), which allows the material to be magnetically separated. The MCAC is easily magnetized because the nickel salt is con- vetted into Ni during carbonization and activation. Metallic Ni has a strong magnetism on account of electrostatic interaction. Added Ni(NO3)2 catalyzes the carbonization and activation process by accelerat- ing burn off of the carbon, which contributes to the development of mesopores and macropores in the activated carbon. 展开更多

It is found that four energy gaps and corresponding four frequencie in middle of energy gaps exist in the magnon band along Kx direction perpendicular to the superlattice plane. The spin quantum numbers and the interlayer exchange couplings all affect the four frequencies in middle of the energy gaps. When all interlayer exchange couplings are same, the effect of spin quantum numbers on the frequency wg1 in middle of the energy gap Δw12 is complicated, and the frequency wg1 depends on the match of spin quantum numbers in each layer. Meanwhile, the frequencies wg2, wg3, and wg4 in middle of other energy gaps increase monotonously with increasing spin quantum numbers. When the spin quantum numbers in each layer are same, the frequencies wg1, wg2, wg3, and wg4 all increase monotonously with increasing interlayer exchange couplings. 展开更多

The authors' theoretical investigation on the high-frequency response of magnetized metallic magnetic films showed that magnetic films may become left-handed materials (LHMs) near the ferromagnetic resonance frequency of incident waves with right-handed circular polarization (RCP) and linear polarization (LP). The frequency range where LHM exists depends on the waves polarization, the magnetic damping coefficient, and the ferromagnetic characteristic frequency corn of the film. The alkylation of sulfur compounds with olefine is considered to be an attractive way to attain high level of sulfur removal by raising the boiling point of sulfur-containing compounds to ease their separation from lighl fractions by distillation. A series of superparamagnetic supported catalysts, used for alkylation of thiophene with 1-octene, were prepared by loading H3PW12040 (HPW) onto commercially available nanoparticles γ-Fe2O3 through incipient wet impregnation method. The catalysts were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infra-red (FT-IR), thermo gravimetric analysis (TG), N2-adsorption and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). The physicochemical characterization reveals that 7-Fe203 could be accommodated to immobilize and disperse HPW. Moreover, possessing high magnetization of 26.1 A.mZ.kg-1 and with mesoporous structure with specific surface area of 35.9 m2·g^-1, the 40% (by mass) HPW loading catalyst is considered the proper catalyst for olefinic alkylation of thiophenic sulfur (OATS) and can be separated in an external magnetic field. The catalytic activity was investigated in the alkylation reaction of thiophene with 1-octene, and the conversion of thiophene is up to 46% at 160 ℃ in 3 h. The 40% (by mass) H3PW12O40/γ-Fe2O3 catalyst can be reused 6 times without too much loss of activit and keeps its property of superparamagnetism. 展开更多

Objective: The aim of the study was to study the nuclear magnetic resonance image (MRI) feature for involvement of paranasal sinuses in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC). Methods: The MRI of 56 patients with NPC and paranasal sinuses infringed were evaluated between December 2003 and August 2004. Results: Among them, 56 (100%) showed breakage in the wall of paranasal sinuses, 29 (51.8%) had thick mucous membrane in sinuses, 36 (64.3%) showed tumour invasion sinuses, 55 (98.2%) connected with primary carcinoma with the lesion, and 14 (25%) stored up fluid in si- nuses. On MRI scan technique, the positive ratios of diagnoses were 66.1%, 76.8%, and 98.2% respectively (P 〈 0.000) in the horizontal section, coronal section and sagittal section. And nearly 60% was in the TlWl and T2Wl, but 100% in strengthen scan. Conclusion: The findings of sinuses wall breakage, thick mucous membrane in sinuses, tumour invasion cavity connective mass, and same enhancement signal in MR image may indicate the paranasal sinuses involved by primary turnout. The sagittal section and enhanced MRI scans are helpful to diagnosis. 展开更多

In this paper, single crystal EPR study of a new binuclear copper (Ⅱ) cluster compound-[Cu2(α-C(10) H7CH2CO2)4 (DMF)2]·[DMF]2·H2O](DMF= (CH3)2NCOH) at room temperature is reported. The lines of △Ms=±1 allowing transition and △M=2 forbiding transition are shown in EPR spectra. The experimental data are consistent with the calculated results by the leastsquares fitting prograrn in three principal planes of g and D tensors. The spin Hamiltonian parameters are as follows: gx=2. 1482, gy=2. 0529 ,gz=2. 3905, D= 0. 348 cm ̄(-1) and E =0. 01 cm-1. The diagrams of the energy levels have been obtained when the magnetic field is oriented to three principal axes. The polycrystal EPR spectra have been measured at room temperature and 77K, respectively.and the parameters of these spectra are given (g∥= 2. 094, g⊥= 2. 425, D= 0. 37 cm-1,E=0). The parameter of the isotropic magnetic exchange interaction J=-254cm-1 is determined, and that of the anisotropic magnetic exchange J1=-153 cm-1 is calculated. The average magnetic susceptibility of the polycrystal sample χ= 1. 39 ×10-6 (c. g. s) has been measured by Faraday powder method. Thus the average magnetic mornent μ=1. 43 B. M. can be calculated. Coal-based Magnetic Activated Carbons (CMAC's) were prepared from three representative coal samples of various ranks: Baorigele lignite from Inner Mongolia; Datong bitumite from Shanxi province; and Taixi anthracite from Ningxia Hui Auto- nomous Region. Fe3O4 was used as a magnetic additive. A nitrogen-adsorption analyzer was used to determine the specific surface area and pore structure of the resulting activated carbons. The adsorption capacity was assessed by the adsorption of iodine and methylene blue. X-ray diffraction was used to measure the evolution behavior of Fe304 during the preparation process. Magnetic properties were characterized with a vibrating-sample magnetometer. The effect of the activation temperature on the performance of CMAC's was also studied. The results show that, compared to Baorigele lignite and Taixi anthracite, the Datong bitumite is more appropriate for the preparation of CMAC's with a high specific surface area, an advanced pore structure and suitable magnetic properties. Fe304 can effectively enhance the magnetic properties and control the pore structure by increasing the ratio of meso- pores. An addition of 6.0% Fe304 and an activation temperature of 880 ℃ produced a CMAC having a specific surface area, an iodine adsorption, a methylene blue adsorption and a specific saturation magnetization of 1152.0 m2/g, 1216.7 mg/g, 229.5 mg/g and 4.623 emu/g, respectively. AIM: To evaluate the spatial distribution of cerebral abnormalities in cirrhotic subjects with and without hepatic encephalopathy (HE) found with magnetization transfer imaging (MTI).METHODS: Nineteen cirrhotic patients graded from neurologically normal to HE grade 2 and 18 healthy control subjects underwent magnetic resonance imaging. They gave institutional-review-board-approved written consent. Magnetization transfer ratio (MTR) maps were generated from MTI. We tested for significant differences compared to the control group using statistical non-parametric mapping (SnPM) for a voxelbased evaluation.RESULTS: The MTR of grey and white matter was lower in subjects with more severe HE. Changes were found in patients with cirrhosis without neurological defi cits in the basal ganglia and bilateral white matter. The loss in magnetization transfer increased in severity and spatial extent in patients with overt HE. Patients with HE grade 2 showed an MTR decrease in white and grey matter: the maximum loss of magnetization transfer effect was located in the basal ganglia [SnPM (pseudo-)t = 17.98, P = 0.0001].CONCLUSION: The distribution of MTR changes in HE points to an early involvement of basal ganglia and white matter in HE. 展开更多
