类水滑石对污泥焚烧飞灰浸出液中磷的纯化 被引量:1

采用Mg-Fe型类水滑石(LDH)吸附剂提纯污泥焚烧飞灰(ISSA)浸出液中的磷,探究了吸附剂煅烧对磷吸附效果的影响及磷吸附和脱附机理.研究发现,在高浓度磷溶液(>1000mg/L)中,未煅烧的类水滑石(LDHu)磷吸附容量高于煅烧后的类水滑石(LDHc).... 采用Mg-Fe型类水滑石(LDH)吸附剂提纯污泥焚烧飞灰(ISSA)浸出液中的磷,探究了吸附剂煅烧对磷吸附效果的影响及磷吸附和脱附机理.研究发现,在高浓度磷溶液(>1000mg/L)中,未煅烧的类水滑石(LDHu)磷吸附容量高于煅烧后的类水滑石(LDHc).LDHu具有典型的层状结构,磷的吸附与脱附主要通过磷和金属离子沉淀-溶解、静电吸附-排斥、配位作用和离子交换实现.而LDHc层状结构消失,形成双金属氧化物,不存在明显的阴离子交换作用.经LDHu或LDHc吸附和NaOH溶液脱附后,ISSA浸出液均具有良好的磷纯化效果,磷相对纯度从36%分别上升至77%和69%,磷回收率分别为84%和57%.纯化后的溶液适合制备高值含磷产物. 展开更多

磷蛋白在植物信号传导和胁迫响应中有着非常重要的作用,磷蛋白质组学研究已经成为蛋白质组学研究领域中备受瞩目的一个部分.本研究用酚提取法以水稻日本晴苗期叶片为材料提取叶片总蛋白,提取率达3.5%;用固相金属离子亲和层析柱纯化富集... 磷蛋白在植物信号传导和胁迫响应中有着非常重要的作用,磷蛋白质组学研究已经成为蛋白质组学研究领域中备受瞩目的一个部分.本研究用酚提取法以水稻日本晴苗期叶片为材料提取叶片总蛋白,提取率达3.5%;用固相金属离子亲和层析柱纯化富集磷蛋白,得到磷蛋白占总蛋白约6.4%.对过柱洗涤液、不同阶段洗脱液等各个组分进行SDS-PAGE,粗略检测其蛋白含量,并根据单向SDS-PAGE结果对总蛋白、高峰段磷蛋白、非高峰段磷蛋白以及富集后再纯化的总磷蛋白进行双向电泳,比较其中的蛋白差异.本研究提出的方法和程序可在7 cm聚丙烯酰胺凝胶上检测到多达856个磷蛋白,是一种非常有效的磷蛋白富集、纯化和分离鉴定的方法. 展开更多

A rate model, which considers axial dispersion, external mass transfer, intraparticle diffusion and nonlinear isotherms, and ports periodic switching is adopted to simulate the simulated moving bed (SMB) process. The effects of flow rate in Sections 2 and 3 and switching time on the operating performance parameters: purity, recovery, productivity and dcsorbent consumption are studied. A simulation approach is applied to simulate the operation and performance of the SMB. The model predicts the performance of the transient and cyclic steady state behavior to a reasonably good extent, and provides guidance operation condition of the SMB process. 展开更多

The method of plasma-spray coating of hy- droxyapatite (HA) onto pure titanium has been demon- strated to be effective to enhance the osteogenic differentiation and accelerate bone regeneration. Yet it is still a big challenge to figure out the interplay among im- plant surface properties, adsorbed proteins and cell-surface interactions. In this study, the plasma-sprayed HA-coated titanium (HA-Ti) surface was compared with the titanium substrate in terms of protein adsorption, cell adhesion and differentiation. The phase composition, wettability and to- pography were characterized. Compared to the Ti substrate, the HA-Ti had a smaller water contact angle, but larger micro-scale roughness, and showed a poorer ability to ad- sorb fibronectin (Fn), bovine serum albumin (BSA) and serum proteins. However, it could adsorb larger amount of recombinant human bone morphogenetic protein 2 (BMP- 2). The osteoblasts and bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) tended to adhere on the Ti substrate. By contrast, the BMSCs cultured on the HA-Ti showed a stronger tendency toward osteogenesis differentiation. 展开更多
