目的分析莫西沙星引发的神经/精神系统不良反应的特点,为临床安全用药提供参考。方法收集2014年3月至2018年5月西安市不良反应监测中心莫西沙星治疗肺部感染引发的神经/精神系统不良反应报告21例,对不良反应类型、首发时间、累及器官、... 目的分析莫西沙星引发的神经/精神系统不良反应的特点,为临床安全用药提供参考。方法收集2014年3月至2018年5月西安市不良反应监测中心莫西沙星治疗肺部感染引发的神经/精神系统不良反应报告21例,对不良反应类型、首发时间、累及器官、临床症状、转归及患者的性别、年龄、有无基础疾病等信息进行统计分析。结果收集的不良反应报告中莫西沙星的用药方式均采用静脉滴注,用药剂量为推荐剂量0.4 g,每日1次。出现严重不良反应3例,一般不良反应18例。其中,男7例,女14例。不良反应的首次发生时间为用药后2~5 d的9例(42.86%),小于24 h的12例(57.14%)。出现不良反应的患者中有基础疾病的19例(90.48%),无基础疾病的2例(9.52%)。不良反应累及的系统/器官主要为神经/精神系统,临床表现有头晕、头痛、麻木、精神异常、谵妄、幻觉及幻视等。所有发生不良反应的患者经对症治疗或停药后均好转或治愈。结论莫西沙星致神经/精神系统不良反应的发生率较高,特别是患有基础疾病的老年患者。因此,在合并用药时应加强对莫西沙星引发神经/精神不良反应的监护。 展开更多

Appropriate selection and measurement of lead biomarkers of exposure are critically important for health care management purposes,public health decision making,and primary prevention synthesis.Lead is one of the neurotoxicants that seems to be involved in the etiology of psychologies.Biomarkers are generally classified into three groups:biomarkers of exposure,effect,and susceptibility.The main body compartments that store lead are the blood,soft tissues,and bone;the half-life of lead in these tissues is measured in weeks for blood,months for soft tissues,and years for bone.Within the brain,lead-induced damage in the prefrontal cerebral cortex,hippocampus,and cerebellum can lead to a variety of neurological disorders,such as brain damage,mental retardation,behavioral problems,nerve damage,and possibly Alzheimer’s disease,Parkinson’s disease,and schizophrenia.This paper presents an overview of biomarkers of lead exposure and discusses the neurotoxic effects of lead with regard to children and adults. 展开更多

Some studies document that odorants influence in sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems, and neurophysiological brain activity. Odors compounds can act on the neuroendocrine system, neurotransmitters and neuromodulators, influencing psychological behavior as well as body function. The study was conducted in 20 individuals in each test to analyze the effects of essential oil inhalation on psychomotor performance in the healthy volunteers. Two tests were performed in the present study (1) SLCT (six letter cancellation test) and (2) DLST (digit letter substitution test). These tests were carded out for the assessment of psychopharmacological activity of essential oil of Rosa damascena Mill., in healthy young human individuals belonging to the age group 18 to 22 years. The results of the psychomotor performance test in healthy human individuals revealed that there was improvement in psychomotor functions. 展开更多
