针对多障碍物海流环境下多自治水下机器人(AUV)目标任务分配与路径规划问题,本文在栅格地图构建的基础上给出了一种基于生物启发神经网络(BINN)模型的新型自主任务分配与路径规划算法,并考虑海流对路径规划的影响.首先建立BINN模型,利... 针对多障碍物海流环境下多自治水下机器人(AUV)目标任务分配与路径规划问题,本文在栅格地图构建的基础上给出了一种基于生物启发神经网络(BINN)模型的新型自主任务分配与路径规划算法,并考虑海流对路径规划的影响.首先建立BINN模型,利用此模型表示AUV的工作环境,神经网络中的每一个神经元与栅格地图中的位置单元一一对应;接着,比较每个目标物在BINN地图中所有AUV的活性值,并选取活性值最大的AUV作为它的获胜AUV,实现多AUV任务分配;最后,考虑常值海流影响,根据矢量合成算法确定AUV实际的航行方向,实现AUV路径规划与安全避障.海流环境下仿真实验结果表明了生物启发模型在多AUV水下任务分配与路径规划中的有效性. 展开更多

发育性癫痫性脑病(Developmental epileptic encephalopathies,DEE)是以早发癫痫、脑电图异常及发育落后或倒退为主要特征的一组疾病,具有病因复杂、药物难治的特点,严重影响患儿,尤其是婴幼儿的发育,是儿童神经系统疾病中的难题。近年... 发育性癫痫性脑病(Developmental epileptic encephalopathies,DEE)是以早发癫痫、脑电图异常及发育落后或倒退为主要特征的一组疾病,具有病因复杂、药物难治的特点,严重影响患儿,尤其是婴幼儿的发育,是儿童神经系统疾病中的难题。近年来,随着精准医学的研究逐渐兴起,已发现越来越多的DEE致病基因,但这些基因在体内具体的致病机制及信号通路依然有待研究。本文主要介绍了DEE遗传模式以及基因检测的选择,通过癫痫表型来辅助判断基因检测的时机,尤其是单基因突变相关的DEE和新的治疗药物,以辅助DEE临床诊疗决策。同时介绍利用用于DEE研究的神经生物学模型来有效推进癫痫研究,从而针对性进行基因靶向治疗。 展开更多

规划一条高时效且低代价的三维(3D)航行轨迹,成为目前无人机广泛应用亟须解决的问题。针对蚁群算法在航迹规划中出现的航迹长度和平滑性不足问题,通过改进蚁群系统中的节点移动规则、构造多重启发信息并结合粒子群优化算法的全局搜索能... 规划一条高时效且低代价的三维(3D)航行轨迹,成为目前无人机广泛应用亟须解决的问题。针对蚁群算法在航迹规划中出现的航迹长度和平滑性不足问题,通过改进蚁群系统中的节点移动规则、构造多重启发信息并结合粒子群优化算法的全局搜索能力,提出了蚁群粒子群融合算法。同时,就飞行航迹中出现的动态避障问题和目标点变化问题,提出了改进生物启发神经动力学模型算法,该算法针对3D静态最优航迹中出现的障碍物和目标点变化,实现了局部在线航迹调整。实验仿真结果表明,蚁群粒子群融合算法能在3D静态环境中规划出一条期望航迹。同时,改进生物启发神经动力学模型算法不仅能对突发障碍动态避障,还能对动态目标点变化实时跟踪。 展开更多

Based on potted plant experiment, BP-artifieial neural network was used to simulate crop evapotranspiration and 3 kinds of artificial neural network models were constructed as ET1 (meteorological factors), ET2( meteorological factors and sowing days) and ET3 (meteorological factors, sowing days and water content). And the predicted result was compared with actual value ET that was obtained by weighing method. The results showed that the ET3 model had higher calculation precision and an optimum BP-artificial neural network model for calculating crop evapotranspiration. 展开更多

Peripheral nerves are particularly vulnerable to injuries and are involved in numerous pathologies for which specific treatments are lacking. This review summarizes the pathophysiological features of the most common traumatic nerve injury in humans and the different animal models used in nerve regeneration studies. ~Ihe current knowledge concerning Wallerian degeneration and nerve regrowth is then described. Finally, the involvement of intraneural vascularization in these processes is addressed. As intraneural vascularization has been poorly studied, histological experiments were carried out from rat sciatic nerves damaged by a glycerol injection. The results, taken together with the data from literature, suggest that revascularization plays an important role in peripheral nerve regeneration and must therefore be studied more carefully. 展开更多

The phenomenon of activity synchronization in biological neural network is considered. Simulation of neurons dynamics in the 6-layer neural network with 110 elements in different regimes: regular spikes, chaotic spikes, regular and chaotic bursting, etc was performed. Izhykevich's phenomenological model that displays different types of activity inherent for real biological neurons was used for simulation. Space-time diagram for the entire network and raster plots for the whole structure and for each layer separately were built for visual inspection of neural network activity synchronization. Synchronization coefficients based on cross-correlation times of action potentials for all neurons pairs were calculated for the whole neural system and for each layer separately. 展开更多

The radial basis function (RBF) emerged as a variant of artificial neural network. Generalized regression neural network (GRNN) is one type of RBF, and its principal advantages are that it can quickly learn and rapidly converge to the optimal regression surface with large number of data sets. Hyperspectral reflectance (350 to 2500 nm) data were recorded at two different rice sites in two experiment fields with two cultivars, three nitrogen treatments and one plant density (45 plants m^-2). Stepwise multivariable regression model (SMR) and RBF were used to compare their predictability for the leaf area index (LAI) and green leaf chlorophyll density (GLCD) of rice based on reflectance (R) and its three different transformations, the first derivative reflectance (D1), the second derivative reflectance (D2) and the log-transformed reflectance (LOG). GRNN based on D1 was the best model for the prediction of rice LAI and CLCD. The relationships between different transformations of reflectance and rice parameters could be further improved when RBF was employed. Owing to its strong capacity for nonlinear mapping and good robustness, GRNN could maximize the sensitivity to chlorophyll content using D1. It is concluded that RBF may provide a useful exploratory and predictive tool for the estimation of rice biophysical parameters. 展开更多

针对无人机路径规划中全局静态路径优化和局部动态避障的需求,提出一种基于生物神经动力学模型的改进A^*算法实现全局冬天路径规划。建立生物神经动力学模型,并应用该模型实时获取环境中的动态障碍物信息,通过神经元的活性值来引导无人... 针对无人机路径规划中全局静态路径优化和局部动态避障的需求,提出一种基于生物神经动力学模型的改进A^*算法实现全局冬天路径规划。建立生物神经动力学模型,并应用该模型实时获取环境中的动态障碍物信息,通过神经元的活性值来引导无人机的局部动态避障。设计了一种A^*算法的优化启发函数,有效地减少A^*算法在全局路径搜索过程中的节点数量,提高A^*算法的全局搜索效率。最后,将生物动力学模型中神经元的活性值融入到A^*算法的实际代价函数中,融合算法保证了A^*算法在全局路径优化的性能,又秉承了生物神经动力学模型的局部实时避障能力。静态路径和动态路径下仿真结果表明:与生物动力学模型相比,该融合算法考虑到实际代花费问题,能够在动态和静态环境下规划出一条低代价的全局路径;与A^*算法相比,该融合算法可提高全局搜索效率,且实现实时动态避障性能。 展开更多

针对3维复杂山地环境中执行无碰撞低空飞行任务的旋翼无人飞行器,提出了一种高时效、低代价的航迹规划策略,设计并采用了改进的稀疏A*算法和生物启发神经动力学模型的融合算法.该算法在稀疏A*全局优化搜索的基础之上融入生物启发神经动... 针对3维复杂山地环境中执行无碰撞低空飞行任务的旋翼无人飞行器,提出了一种高时效、低代价的航迹规划策略,设计并采用了改进的稀疏A*算法和生物启发神经动力学模型的融合算法.该算法在稀疏A*全局优化搜索的基础之上融入生物启发神经动力学模型来调整局部航线以加快最优航迹的形成,并运用神经动力学模型来实时获取和处理环境中的局部动态信息,实现了融合算法的在线规划能力,从而解决了传统最优路径搜索算法无法实现的动态规划的难题.通过在3维空间中设置多峰山地,尤其是凹形山体作为障碍进行仿真实验,实验结果表明,该融合算法不仅降低了A*算法的复杂度和耗时,而且改善了生物启发神经动力学模型尚未考虑的代价花费问题,更能够在线应对任务空间中的突发威胁,使旋翼无人飞行器在动、静态障碍物相结合的复杂环境下能够规划出一条安全、快速抵达目标点的低代价且优质的航迹. 展开更多

Changes of neural firing patterns and transitions between firing patterns induced by the introduction of external stimulation or adjustment of biological parameter have been demonstrated to play key roles in information coding.In this paper,bifurcation processes of bursting patterns were observed from an experimental neural pacemaker,through the adjustment of potassium parameter including ion concentration and calcium-dependent channel conductance.The adjustment of calcium-dependent potassium channel conductance was achieved by changing the extracellular tetraethylammonium concentration.The deterministic dynamics of chaotic bursting patterns induced by period-doubling bifurcation and intermittency,and lying between two periodic bursting patterns in a period-adding bifurcation process was investigated with a nonlinear prediction method.The bifurcations included period-doubling and period-adding bifurcations of bursting patterns.The experimental bifurcations and chaos closely matched those previously simulated in the theoretical neuronal model by adjusting potassium parameter,which demonstrated the simulation results of the theoretical model.The experimental results indicate that the potassium concentration and conductance of calcium-dependent potassium channel can induce bifurcations of the neural firing patterns.The potential role of these bifurcation structures in neural information coding mechanism is discussed. 展开更多

Objective: To seek new method for the treatment of peripheral nerve injury. Methods: In rat model with sciatic nerve defect, chitosan collagen film was sutured into conduit to bridge 5 mm , 10 mm nerve defects. Rats that underwent end to end anastomosis were taken as controls. General observation, electrophysiological study, histological study and image analysis were performed at 4, 8, 12 weeks postoperatively. Results: In 5 mm nerve defects, the quality of nerve regeneration was similar to that of the control group. For 10 mm nerve defect, nerve regeneration was inferior to that of the control group. Chitosan collagen film obviously degraded at 12 weeks postoperatively. Conclusions: Chitosan collagen film conduit can be used to bridge peripheral nerve defect. 展开更多
