目的 探讨基于“脑肾同调”理论调神补肾法针刺治疗帕金森病的疗效。方法 将95例帕金森病患者分为2组:对照组48例,脱落2例,剩余46例,患者给予口服美多芭和森福罗治疗;研究组47例,脱落1例,剩余46例,患者在对照组治疗方案的基础上,运用调...目的 探讨基于“脑肾同调”理论调神补肾法针刺治疗帕金森病的疗效。方法 将95例帕金森病患者分为2组:对照组48例,脱落2例,剩余46例,患者给予口服美多芭和森福罗治疗;研究组47例,脱落1例,剩余46例,患者在对照组治疗方案的基础上,运用调神补肾法针刺治疗。比较两组患者的中医症状积分变化。运用新版帕金森病评估量表(world dyskinesia society unified parkinson’ s disease rating scale,MDS-UPDRS)评估患者的病情程度。使用坐立—行走测试(timed-up-and-go,TUG)评估患者的平衡能力。运用10米最大步行速度(10 m maximum walking speed,10 m MWS)评估患者步行能力的改变。检测两组患者治疗前后血清中肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)、α-突触核蛋白(α-synuclein, α-syn)、β-淀粉样多肽1-42(β-Amyloid1-42,Aβ1-42)的水平。结果 两组患者治疗后的中医症状积分明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),且研究组的水平低于同期对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后的MDS-UPDRS各项评分明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),且研究组MDS-UPDRS各项评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后的TUG明显降低(P<0.05),10 m MWS明显升高(P<0.05);且研究组的TUG低于对照组(P<0.05),10 m MWS高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后的TNF-α、α-syn、Aβ1-42明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),且研究组的TNF-α、α-syn、Aβ1-42低于同期对照组(P<0.05)。结论 调神补肾法针刺可改善帕金森病的中医症状,控制病情发展,改善平衡能力和步行能力,可能与降低神经损伤有关。展开更多

A proposed method based on a BP neural network (called the H-BP algorithm) for compensating function model errors is put forward. The function model is assumed as y =f(x1, x2,… ,xn), and the special structure of the H-BP algorithm is determined as ( n + 1) ×p × 1, where (n + 1) is the element number of the input layer, and the elements are xl, x2,…, xn and y' ( y' is the value calculated by the function model); p is the element number of the hidden layer, and it is usually determined after many tests; 1 is the dement number of the output layer, and the element is △y = y0-y'(y0 is the known value of the sample). The calculation steps of the H-BP algorithm are introduced in detail. And then, the results of three methods for compensating function model errors from one engineering project are compared with each other. After being compensated, the accuracy of the traditional methods is about ± 19 mm, and the accuracy of the H-BP algorithm is ± 4. 3 mm. It shows that the proposed method based on a neural network is more effective than traditional methods for compensating function model errors.展开更多

Methods Based on s...Aim To eliminate the influences of backlash nonlinear characteristics generally existing in servo systems, a nonlinear compensation method using backpropagation neural networks(BPNN) is presented. Methods Based on some weapon tracking servo system, a three layer BPNN was used to off line identify the backlash characteristics, then a nonlinear compensator was designed according to the identification results. Results The simulation results show that the method can effectively get rid of the sustained oscillation(limit cycle) of the system caused by the backlash characteristics, and can improve the system accuracy. Conclusion The method is effective on sloving the problems produced by the backlash characteristics in servo systems, and it can be easily accomplished in engineering.展开更多
