小梅山猪是我国优良的地方品种猪,纯种小梅山猪体型小而紧凑细致、繁殖力高、杂种优势明显,为了更好地保护与利用这一优秀种质资源,本试验对小梅山猪育种中心纯种小梅山猪的种质指标进行测定,并分析其杂交利用情况。结果表明:该猪场现... 小梅山猪是我国优良的地方品种猪,纯种小梅山猪体型小而紧凑细致、繁殖力高、杂种优势明显,为了更好地保护与利用这一优秀种质资源,本试验对小梅山猪育种中心纯种小梅山猪的种质指标进行测定,并分析其杂交利用情况。结果表明:该猪场现有猪群的群体近交系数为0.1953,头胎平均总产仔数为(13.57±3.70)头,头胎平均产活仔数为(12.75±4.23)头;2胎及2胎以上平均总产仔数为(14.09±4.17)头,2胎及2胎以上平均产活仔数为(13.39±3.92)头,后肢畸形率为0.40%,黑脚为0.60%,杂毛为0.20%,驼背为1.40%;纯种小梅山猪日增重、饲料转化率、胴体瘦肉率分别为324.4g/d、4.01∶1、46.23%,而培育的长白×小梅山二元杂交猪和大约克×长白×小梅山三元杂交猪日增重、饲料转化率、胴体瘦肉率分别为553.7 g/d、3.31、53.33%和622.3g/d、3.18、57.83%。 展开更多

目的:通过对湖北省脑卒中康复单病种质量控制指标数据的动态监测总结分析,促进本省脑卒中康复医疗水平提升,完善康复质控管理方案和体系建设。方法:对湖北省康复医疗质控中心30家省级质控哨点医院的脑卒中康复10项质控指标进行连续性数... 目的:通过对湖北省脑卒中康复单病种质量控制指标数据的动态监测总结分析,促进本省脑卒中康复医疗水平提升,完善康复质控管理方案和体系建设。方法:对湖北省康复医疗质控中心30家省级质控哨点医院的脑卒中康复10项质控指标进行连续性数据收集和统计分析。结果:2020年9月—2021年3月,30家哨点医院上报脑卒中质控每月数据共计151份,其中运动功能评定率和肩痛预防宣教率稳定在100%,其他各项指标的均有明显波动:脑卒中康复早期介入率30.85%—74.70%、认知功能评定率71.00%—86.00%、言语功能评定率65.00%—92.31%、吞咽功能评定率87.31%—100%、吞咽障碍营养筛查率6.69%—95.00%、下肢深静脉血栓(deep vein thrombosis,DVT)发生率3.39%—8.30%、肩痛发生率8.30%—17.80%和ADL改善率80.00%—89.30%。结论:本省各地区普遍开展了脑卒中康复评估,其中运动功能评定开展最为普及,在并发症(DVT、肩痛)防治及ADL改善方面均体现较好效果,但各地医疗服务能力存在差异,尤其脑卒中康复早期介入率、吞咽营养筛查率存在不稳定情况,部分医院服务率低下,提示本省脑卒中康复评估服务存在薄弱环节,需要加强针对性培训及质量管理,以提升脑卒中整体康复服务能力。 展开更多

Resistance Evaluation of Capsicum spp. Germplasm to Meloidogyne incognita 被引量:3

[Objective] This study aimed to screen out hot pepper germplasms highly resistant to Meloidogyne incognita, thereby providing resistant resources for hot pep- per breeding. [Method] Comprehensive analysis combining cluster analysis and sub- ordinate function was conducted through determining related resistance indexes of 67 hot pepper germplasms 50 days after inoculated with M. incognita. [Result] The effects of M. incognita on related resistance indexes were significantly different am- ong the hot pepper germplasms. Egg index and gall index had abundant genetic variation with variation coefficients of 143.16% and 118.95%, respectively. Based on the gall indexes, cluster analysis of hot pepper germplasms was performed. The 67 hot pepper germplasms were divided into 4 groups (resistant, moderately resistant, susceptible and high susceptible). The resistance intensity of the hot pepper germplasms were ranked according to the sum of subordinate function values of various resistance indexes. The total function values of Rela 2 and L506M were the largest (2.00), indicating that these two germplasms were immune to M. incognita. The total function values of L287-2, L522-1M, L504M, L515-2, 13SM100-1, L512M, L292-1, L319, L316, L317, 13SM87-1 and Rela 5 were larger than 1.95, indicating that these germplasms were highly resistant to M. incognita. [Conclusion] This study could provide certain resistant resources for resistance breeding of hot pepper to M. incognita. 展开更多

Tea Germplasm resources are the material foundation for improving varieties and also the basic research which is good for developing and expanding tea well-bred varieties in tea field, especially in quality selection and biotechnology research. Furthermore, excellent tea germplasm is primary condition for tea breeding and quality. Therefore, identification and screening excellent tea germplasm become particularly important. We need accelerate develop high-quality tea varieties, and it need to base on exploring and studying tea germplasm. This paper reviews the research progress of tea germplasm on identification from morphological characteristic, biological characteristic, quality characteristic, resistance and heredity. However, there are still some problems on identification and screening of tea germplasm, no effective methods have been found so far which apply on early identification and genetic engineering, so we should make intensive and long lasting study tea germplasm and analyze systematically various identification, which are benefit for breeding high-quality seeds, shortening the breeding period and summing the new way of breeding. We expect them to play the key roles and provide the theory basis for genetic improvement, classification and breeding in tea plant. 展开更多

The physical and mechanical properties of wood affect the growth and development of trees, and also act as the main criteria when determining wood usage. Our understanding on patterns and controls of wood physical and mechanical properties could provide benefits for forestry management and bases for wood application and forest tree breeding. However, current studies on wood properties mainly focus on wood density and ignore other wood physical properties. In this study, we established a comprehensive database of wood physical properties across major tree species in China. Based on this database, we explored spatial patterns and driving factors of wood properties across major tree species in China. Our results showed that(i) compared with wood density, air-dried density, tangential shrinkage coefficient and resilience provide more accuracy and higher explanation power when used as the evaluation index of wood physical properties.(ii) Among life form, climatic and edaphic variables, life form is the dominant factor shaping spatial patterns of wood physical properties, climatic factors the next, and edaphic factors have the least effects, suggesting that the effects of climatic factors on spatial variations of wood properties are indirectly induced by their effects on species distribution. 展开更多
