中国科学史学史研究的概况与发展策略

近年来,中国的科学史学史研究虽有进展,但科学史学史的研究环境、研究主体、研究手段、研究对象等方面存在的制约因素限制了它的发展,发展处境困难。中国科学史学史研究要想摆脱困境,赢得较大的发展,需要国家和社会、科学史研究共同体以及科学史学史研究群体的共同关注和推动。

中国科学史学史概述(摘要)

中国科学史是一门古老而又年青的学科,说它古老是因为它在两千多年前就已经萌芽了;说它年轻是因为它到现在还不能算是进入成熟时期,严格地说尚未形成一门真正的科学。因此有必要把中国科学史的研究工作向前推进一步,提高到科学的程度。研究科学史和研究其他学科一样,必须跟上时代,不论是研究方法还是指导思想都应随时代而改变。中国科学史做为世界科学史的一个重要组成部分,它的研究也不例外,同样需要用新观点、新方法。中国科学史研究从其萌芽时起,到现在已经历了两个历史阶段,目前应转入第三个历史阶段。下面进行简单的论述。

科学史的向度

该文旨在发展一种系统的科学史学史分析。作者通过分析不同科学史研究者心目中所分别抱有的旨趣或动机、所分别认定的认知目标和对象、所分别采纳的研究角度和方式、所分别追求的认知价值和意义，识别、区分科学史的不同研究向度并描述科学史研究之向度空间。与此同时，作者通过分析这一向度空间的结构及纵向演变机制，以理解科学史研究的整体发展格局（科学史编史思想的纵向发展和横向互动，科学史与纵。

《自然科学史导论》、《中国数学源流》出版

我校郭金彬副教授的科学史研究最近完成了二个项目:《自然科学史导论》和《中国数学源流》。《自然科学史导论》由郭金彬与中国科学院自然科学史研究所副研究员王渝生博士合著。这是一本“将古今中外的自然科学史、科学史学史、科学史文献三者熔为一炉”的学术性著作。其第一篇以简炼的文字对自然科学发展的历史作了概述,主线清晰;

西方科学史理论讨论会在青岛举行

在中国科学院青年科学基金的赞助下,中国科学院自然科学史研究所近现代研究室于1986年5月20日至5月25日在青岛召开了西方科学编史学,科学史方法论及科学史学史讨论会。来自全国各地高等院校和研究机构的19名中青年科学史工作者参加了这次会议。目前,在我国科学史的研究工作有了很大的发展,科学史工作者的人数也有很大增加。从这个意义上可以说,科学史在我国已初步形成了一个独立的学科。但是,在我国科学史研究和教学工作中。

林文照先生1964年毕业于厦门大学物理系，分配到中国科学院自然科学史研究所，长期致力于科学外史、物理学史、技术史、科学史学史等不同领域的研究工作，发表专业论文数十篇．历任副研究员（1986）、研究员（1988），先后担任《中国科技史料》常务编委（1984—1986）和常务副主编（1987—1996）；《自然科学史研究》副主编（1985—1987）、主编（1988—1998）．第四届全国古籍整理出版规划小组成员．协助筹建中国科技史学会，曾任中国科学技术史学会常务理事兼综合研究委员会主任委员，是全国STS学术讨论会的最早发起组织者之一．先后担任大型工具书《中国历代文献精粹大典》副主编兼科技卷主编、《中国科学技术典籍通汇》副主编兼综合卷主编．1992年起享受国务院特殊津贴．

Epitome of Research on the History of Science and Technology in China:A Review of the Book Series History of Science and Technology in Pre-Modern China in Comparison with Needham’s Science and Civilisation in China

The early twenty-first century witnessed the publication of the book series Zhongguo kexue jishu shi中国科学技术史(History of science and technology in pre-modern China),which was initiated and organized by the Institute for the History of Natural Sciences,Chinese Academy of Sciences,and compiled by a multitude of Chinese scholars.In comparison with Science and Civilisation in China by Dr.Joseph Needham,Zhongguo kexue jishu shi is superior in the layout characteristics,literature collection,research and explication,field investigation,and simulation experiments.

Keeping Abreast of“International Historical Sciences”:Dialogue and Exchange
