Based on the concept of “three-wide education”, this paper analyzes the current training mode of gynecology master students, and puts forward a new training mode of “four-in-one” in view of the main problems, with the four pillars of basic knowledge, clinical skills, scientific research innovation and moral and political integrity, aiming at comprehensively improving the comprehensive quality of gynecology master students. This paper will analyze the shortcomings of the existing training mode one by one and further explore the theoretical basis and practical application of the new mode of “four-in-one”, in order to provide new ideas and methods for gynecological medical education.展开更多
